Mr French Crepe

One of the best crepes in LA area. Must try is Charlotte in sweet crepes and Mr French Crepe Favorite. In savory La Jordaniere is good. Must try Date Shake.
Really awesome people. Super friendly warm and welcoming. Amazing. I would give super amazing for hospitality and food.

The owners were so sweet, the man offered my friend and i a free scoop of vanilla ice cream (of course dont expect that from them, he was just being kind) and we ordered the strawberry crepe. it came with strawberries, strawberry drizzle, powdered sugar, whipped cream, and the ice cream scoop he offered. it was finished promptly, maybe 5 minutes? it was so delicious!!!!! and it was my first time having a crepe! my friend who is familiar with french cuisine said it was super authentic and we both enjoyed it very much. im glad that my first crepe was from them. they seem like the nicest couple running a cute little mom and pop business, i would love to eat from them again!!! we ate from their location in the food court at brea mall, but i heard they have a location in irvine which is temporarily closed. i live in irvine and am so excited to try more of their yummy crepes for when they return. definitely recommend, must try at least once!!!! :) lots of love from crystal!

Update 6/25 manager reached out to me and offered a refund / complimentary crepe, they had an emergency. Now I feel bad. Their third party support needs work but the owner themselves is wonderful.
Placed an order online and found the location was closed at the food court. Was given two different support phone numbers, owner number went to voicemail.

The crepes were amazing. I had the Three Amigos and my daughter had the Romeo and Juliette. The food was high quality. Also- the customer service was phenomenal. Paid attention to detail and aimed to personalize your order. I would highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant experience. Nice atmosphere.
If you want to forget about the crowd that is inside Wholesome Choice. Go to this place. The food tasted amazing and the gentleman who is running the place is very kind. You will love it!

This is a very special place. I loved the way he kept adding ingredients while cooking the Cuban, little by little. A little olive oil here, a little cheese there... Mix in some herbs, a little more cheese... Very delicious!

Next time I'm going to bring somebody. It is an experience worth sharing. Hence this review. I believe he deserves 12 stars for both the crepes and ambiance.

Also, you can buy from the grocery store and get crepes, and pay at the same time. I don't know many places like this. It's a game changer. The pastries next door are superb. He also does juices.

Big thanks to Mr. French Crepe for making this happen. He deserves all the best. Go give him a visit, you're going to love it!

So tried this new crepe place inside the wholesome choice. They are having grand opening specials on the sweet crepes but not on savory ones. The sweet crepes I guess are good. I ordered the savory one, smoked salmon. However, he put it out too long so it cooked my salmon. I like my salmon raw and velvety!! So, cuz of that I gave him 2 stars. Though I actually tried their banana sundae crepe and it's pretty good. Also tried their peche medle. The peach is way too ripe.

Possibly THE BEST crepes on the planet! We were in search of great crepes after our recent visit to France and tried many other French eateries around Orange County serving crepes, but Mr. French Crepe is the absolute best place we have found. Camille (owner) was incredibly welcoming and is passionate about providing exceptionally fresh, high quality food. We even preferred these crepes to the ones we had in France.We will be back soon!

I m 6 months pregnant and I really wanted (no, needed!) a crepe. We re not from the area, but they had the best reviews and for all the right reasons so that s why we came to Mr. French Crepes. Literally, the most delicious crepes I have had he made me a special crepe just the way I wanted it, so friendly, and it was an experience too. I will always come back here when we re around the area. Merci beaucoup ! For the crepes!

Had a change of heart with this establishment today when the operator asked me and my friend if we are working today. Frankly, we don t know why we were asked this. It is no one s business. Then he asked my female companion if she works with me. My friend is Muslim and he asked her previously if she has children. I think the reader can see a fact pattern here with his line of questioning. It takes the whole afternoon to get coffee and crepes. The service is very slow. The time before last we went there, he charged us for three coffees when we only had two. One coffee was too sweet and he charged us for a remake. I ll never go back and can not cash in the coffee he owes me. He said he made a mistake after he charged my credit card.

Incredible apple pie rolled up crepes..peppermint batter with hot fudge... The cardamom and pistachio crepe with honey and rose water is crispy on the edge and fluffy in the middle. They should be open 24 seven!!

Once we found this place (tucked inside the grocery store) we had a great experience. The owner was incredibly sweet and helpful. The food was amazing. We got the 4 cheese crepe and added eggs and turkey. We also go the Apple a la mode crepe (I didn t get a picture). The crepes were huge and perfectly cooked. We also had some fresh squeezed blood orange juice which was amazing.

Our little one enjoyed sitting at the counter and watching the entire process of the crepe being made with care. We even met another couple that go there often and exchanged stories of our travels outside of the U.S. and love of different foods. Be sure to get a freshly squeezed juice drink made at the same location. Thanks to the staff that always make us feel welcome and at home each time we visit.

*INSIDE WHOLESOME CHOICE* Delicious sweet and savory crepes with the friendliest people making them! It does get pretty crowded by their stand since it is near the checkout area so keep that in mind. If you are covid cautious, the experience might be a little stressful especially on the weekends or other busy supermarket times

Pros: - Crepe is delicious, especially the batter with just the right texture - So many classical and creative choices for both sweet and savory crepes - The owners couple are French and very nice! Cons: - Not so much ingredient in it (smoked salmon in my case) which makes it less worth the price - Small place in the grocery store

Extremely low quality coffee,not recommended. The staff are not friendly, I asked for extra small paper cup and we were asked to purchase it from the store!!! The crepes and food is mediocre and way better food could be find nearby.

Best ever crepe I ever had. Friendly service and helpful. My family ordered 3 crepes. 1 savory and 2 sweets. All were done perfectly and superb taste! Mr. French is very welcoming and I could tell he really loves what he does because it shows with his superb customer service and delicious crepe with fresh ingredients. We will always stop by each time we visit our kid at UCI. This place is inside Wholesome Food in Irvine. I highly recommend this place.

Highly recommend! The man working the station was so sweet! I couldn t decide between a sweet and savory crepe and ended up choosing savory. He loaded my crepe full of turkey. Later he came over to me with a sweet crepe and said he didn t want me to leave without dessert. Sweetest man working.

I never recommend this bakery. Short-haired woman working at the counter was humiliated the customer as she preferred to take different dessert from next bakery which is located inside of the Wholesome Choice. She threw dessert of customer. She was RUDE! and When I tried to explain her to be nicer even if the customer didnt prefer to take their goods, she kept going to show the same rude behaviors to me. I am sorry but whatever you sell to the customer, you must know how you must to behave! If you are not going to be respectful, DO NOT DO BUSINESS! You are located under another company and You have to RESPECT to others. MOST ESPECIALLY TO CUSTOMER.
