Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

It's been awhile since all that's going on, but I was in the area and felt like having a good burger. I picked one up to go and I remember why I like this place. The burger was really good as usual. The customer service was good as well. With all the rules that we need to follow now to eat out now my order took a minute but I was okay with that knowing that things are in place now to make sure everyone is safe. It was still relatively quick and I was happy with how my experience was.

Service was fast and friendly. Our food came out in a timely manner and still hot. They allowed us to modify our orders without compromise to our dietary requirements. This place is top notch for that. My family and I will be returning. Oh and bottomless sweet potato fries. :)

I think they are short staffed and were having a hard time keeping up with everything. But my two things that really struck me as odd were they don't charge to add onions to your hamburger but they charge a dollar to add grilled onions to your hamburger that just seems so strange can you imagine in and out charging extra for grilled onions.
But the other thing they have something they call endless fries, so they started out giving us a fairly meager portion of fries. Then when we asked for more fries they came out with a bowl with literally 8 fries in it as shown by this picture.
On the plus side the fish and chips were excellent

Good location next to brea mall. But when we especially come for their claim chowder soup. They are out. Order royal red Robin burger but they forgot bacon and egg. But bottomless fry was good.

Service was ok. Food was bare minimum i was better off going to fast food place. The quality of food preparation and food at red Robin has gone downhill. I go to a restaurant for servjce food presentation and good drinks. At the rate i have observed over the last year, red Robin will fail soon. This is the burger served to me. By the way. We stood at the host stand for more then five minutes before we decided to seat ourselves in the bar.

Endless root beer floats! The evening waiter/ bartender service was great. The floats are all we went for. Never had it with soft serve before and, it was delicious! Five stars on the floats and service we got that day.

My daughter and I moved back to Orange County a month ago. We've already been to Red Robin 3 or 4:times. Love the atmosphere and food, especially unlimited steak fries with the delicious selection of burgers. Today 8-13-24 we went there again for the $10.00 Cheeseburger Tuesday. Bartender/Waitress (same person) was so nice, it was getting busy and she worked so hard to get every tables orders in. She did a great job, professional. My only irritation was that two different families came to the bar area with several kids and sat in booths there. It was mid day, not happy hour. The other part of restaurant I could see had several booths and tables available. Think people with several kids should sit in the restaurant section, not the bar area. People want to come in and have a drink, appetizer, food and relax and watch sports on the overhead tv's. But the booths were being taken up by large families of 5 or 6 people, several kids. It is frustrating. If bars allow families with kids, then people can bring babies too who are fussy crying. People go to the bar section to rest, relax, have a beer or cocktail. Think full families with kids should eat in the main restaurant where there is always plenty of booths and tables.

The buns for the burgers were rock hard. Tasted extremely stale. Both mine and my kids burgers had the same rock hard buns, pretty unappealing.

I have been going to this, please. Before alex had left, the general manager desiree is amazing and has a great staff in particular Priscilla and Becca. There are few others that I don't know their names, but they are all super attentive. When in the area don't hesitate to stop in and have a meal and meet the wonderful staff that will serve you.

This location is by far the worst representation of a true Red Robbin. Hiring young hostess that lacks any customer service, bribed by young men, gets offensive- rude - condescending- disrespectful to a father mother and two children which had been 1st and waited 8 mins. Before hostess showed up. I watched her interaction with three different parties. She managed to be confrontational at the young mother. Then proceeded to supposedly NOT remember how many were in the mother's family after she had told her THREE times.
I was quite taken back as I have never seen a hostess EVER be rude and unprofessional and speak in a condescending tone. She then said she was going seat the young boys/men first since they asked to be seated 1st. Two of the parties waiting asked for the manager.
He was no different. Taking sides himself. Seemed nervous and unsure what to do.
Both were a poor representation of Red Robbin. I have been to several locations and yes different cities.
I had not seen such a display and lack of hospitality and customer service.
This has NOTHING to do with the food. I love their food and I choose Red Robbin when I entertain our Out of town people, customers or family.
This whole experience is completely unacceptable. I question those with authority or perhaps lack of experience when hiring host or hostess or even management.
I waited Five days to do this review as I needed to make sure I was being fair in this awful experience. OH I left to have a most outstanding dinner across the street. I did see two other parties leave as well.

Avocabo salad seemed a bit smaller this trip. Hoping that's not the trend. Had to fill up on fries!

Existen alrededor y muy sercas muchos restaurantes y la verdad q me gusta Red Robin, porque puedes pedir refill de papas, ensalada, mandarinas, macaroni. Bueno con lo q hayas acompañado tu comida. Es una muy buena opción.

I've been to a few other locations and unfortunately service was slow at my recent experience at this location. There was only one server on the bar side of the restaurant waiting on tables and making drinks. If took a while to receive our food and one part of it was technically wrong which took a few more minutes to correct it. The best thing about Red Robin are the bottomless sides which can be switched to a different side at any time. The steak fries are good but it takes like 10 minutes or more for a new order. It took so long that we only replenished once and didn't feel like waiting for another order even though it would have been nice to have more fries. This means that we ordered two sandwiches, but only refilled our fries once due to slow service.

There is hardly ever a super long wait time to get seated at a table. Food is delicious, and fries are hot and fresh when brought to our table. It is very easy to split the bill when you have large groups.

Found a long hair in one of our burgers. Waitress and Manager did not come over to appease the person that found the hair. We had to get our utensils and napkins. Extra side orders never came out. We had to get up and ask for check since no one came our table for the remainder of our meal. Left very disappointed

One star. Mediocre. Slow 🦥 service. No utensils. For a 🥗 and burger not even a napkin. 2 runners. No service . Wait time 25 minutes to sit , order. Then by one hour got napkins and refill of 💦 water. Arrival time 12:45 pm - 1:30 pm Tuesday.

So everything was just ok. My wife ordered a meal that had endless fries, but when the fries arrived on her plate, they were undercooked quite a bit. Too raw to eat for her. So, she asked for more to be fired up, and they didn't arrive until she was finished eating what she had ordered. Restaurant wasn't busy either. So, why the kitchen was so slow to re-fire those fries is still a mystery to me.

I had a great experience. Sure, it's a chain, but the burgers and fries are legit. My service could not have been better. I didn't have to wait for a table and the total didn't break the bank. And my kids were very happy with the food and the vibe of the restaurant.

It was busier than usual and appeared the kitchen may have been short staffed as it took an excessive amount of time to receive our order and when I received my pizza it was made with sliced tomatoes instead of chopped and worse yet it was luke warm. The requested sides also took a long time to arrive. Glad I was meeting a friend and not in a hurry.

Muy buena comida.

Los meseros necesitan tener mas servicio al cliente, la comida donde sea la encuentras, pero cuando vas a un restaurant vas por servicio.

El mesero que nos atendio claramente se disgusto porque hablabamos poco ingles, dejaba la comida nomas como con desprecio, ordenamos algo mas y no llego, no volvio a preguntar despues de dejar la comida a ver si necesitabamos algo mas, solamente 2 servilletas para cuatro personas.

Aparte de vender comida en un restaurant se venden recuerdos.

I ordered the shroom burger and I felt I have had better types of the same burger at other sit down restaurants. It was good, but for a place known for burgers it was a little under par. The staff was great and very attentive to when we were in need of attention.

Arrived on a Friday night with a party of 3. There was a wait time of about 5 minutes. The place was slightly crowded but service did not disappoint. We had burgers and fries they were delicious. Can’t ever go wrong with Red Robin. Top notch service for a very good price!!😃

The worst customer service. First they staff saw us standing there waiting to be seated and didn't offer us a seat. Then we ordered our food and was taking forever to be served. The waitress passed by and said they were waiting on the kids pizza. After about 20 minutes someone brought us the 2 burgers. Didn't say anything just left the food on out table. The food was cold and the onion rings were all cut up. they were not even the whole onion rings. So I had to flag down any waitress passing by to let them know our food was cold. They took the food and no explanation of the other food. I waited 10 more minutes to see if they would bring us our food. I flagged out waitress down and said we were leaving. She said she thought the Mgr came to talk to us. worst experience. We have gone to different Red Robin through out the OC this place is the worst ever.

Best ever. Instead of grumpy waiters, that at other places just want you to live the place, Red Robin people are nice, happy and truly make your time spent at the place a wonderful time. The food came fast, hot and delicious. I went 4 times in a week. Recomendo para Brasileiros tb. São muito educados.

Love this place ! Great food!!! My date had the fish and chips which was a great portion and incredible!!! And I had a chicken club. Which was also great portion and absolutely scrumptious. The staff, the management and cook are the epitome of what a restaurant should have. Will definitely return soon !!

I had excellent service from the waiter. The spicy burger I had was not at all spicy, but it did have good flavors. The garlic fries were not garlicky enough, I want to be able to breathe and kill a vampire or two.

Somos clientes desde hace varios años nos gustaba mucho la comida el servicio las wings y tortilla soup😋 pero está última vez estubo pésimo la mesera atendía mal horas esperando la comida y ni papas traían y a otra mesa si les llevaron

Being generous here. The food wasn't terrible, but I expected better. Also, the server showed up once to take our order and that was it. Had to ask a busboy for drink refills. Lastly, the restaurant had a funny oder to it, a little musky, not sure what it was. It sure wasn't coming from the kitchen. Kind of a mildew type of smell. First time here in a long time and probably will not be going back. I'd rather eat at Islands, Cheesecake Factory, Lazy Dog Cafe, or BJ's - all four are right there too.

Hit and miss frankly. Tonight burger was raw, fries undercooked, waiter a bit MIA no help when needed to go boxes. Pizza underwhelming (crust was like a soft precooked style) no crunch to it at all for a thin crust style. Last visit was a solid 5
Playfully just saying tonight was B team tonight. Worth $66 for 3 people? With waters? No.

Friday night we walked in with a crowded restaurant and operations were on point. Food came out less than 15 min and service was great. Server had a few too many tables and we missed a couple small details but not her fault. Nice to have a positive experience in a full service place these days

Terrible service!!! Waiter took our order and we never saw him again! No napkins, no water, forks, nothing!!! We had to ask the other server for things. Did not get asked for more fries. Horrible experience. Never going back!
