Thai chicken salad was outstanding. Great ingredients and delicious Thai dressing. The chicken was tasty. The jambalaya pasta with shrimp was pretty good, but the noodles were kind of over done. Flavor was nice, though. Sour dough bread rolls were amazing. Crusty, and soft inside. Butter made it awesome. Outdoor and indoor options. My friend and I both belonged to the birthday club, so we both got a slice of cheesecake for free. There were dozens to choose from. I got the Tiramisu cheesecake. She got the chocolate fudge cheesecake.

Went to the Brea location to celebrate my birthday on a Saturday late afternoon. We were seated almost immediately. The ambiance is very nice. Great employees exemplify excellent service to which we were provided. The server regularly checked in on us. Food was prepared well. Just make certain that you ask for extra sauce if you don't want your food served dry. Ordered the carbonera,, which was an excellent choice. I was surprised at the end when I was served with an amazing slice of cheesecake with the plate nicely decorated. I had a really good experience. Great job Brea Cheesecake Factory.

First time, and I will definitely go back soon! The food was beyond fantastic, so incredibly delicious. The drinks were so good, unlike other places that taste like watered-down drinks. And let's not even talk about their cheesecake. They are the most delicious, creamy, soft cheesecake I've ever had in my life. No wonder it's called the place for cheesecakes! 😁

My daughter's took me for lunch on Valentines Day. It was my first time ever eating at the cheesecake factory. Omg!! I've been missing out. The stake was amazing 😋 and tender. Seasoned well, not needing anything. Medium rare. The mashed potatoes, the crab dip, was so good on the lightly toasted bread. I had spicy tuna appetizers on fried rice. My mouth is watering right now, thinking about the food. The pasta was glorious 😋. Oh, I can't forget about the spinach 😍. Lightly sautéed and seasoned to perfection. Yes!!! spinach 🤗 I'm not sure why people were putting down the cheesecake factory, but they definitely need to give it a try. The service was a 10. The food was a 💯. I'm going back 😍😍

I went in for my husband’s birthday and we were told we could be seated immediately (restaurant was very empty), but we were told to stand in the lobby while the waiteress stood behind the booth looking down at something for about five minutes. At one point we thought we were getting seated by a different waiter, but he took a different group of guests and sat them. Eventually we were seated next to a guy who was stood up for a date in front of the loud but empty bar.
Not a romantic location. No one came to bring us drinks or introduce themselves as the waiter. After about another 15 minutes of sitting and other people being seated and having a waiter after us, we got frustrated and left. I wanted to get the free cheesecake but it was ended up being 50% off at the front. False advertising and horrible service.

Got the cheesecake anyway and ended up going somewhere else for dinner.

Place is delicious!
Had a great lunch with my wife and we both enjoy our meal.
I had a ribeye steak which is delicious and is also affordable considering the size of it.
I paired that with Mac and cheese and it hit home!

My wife on the other hand had the kimchi rice which she says was awesome.

I haven’t tried all their plates but I do think they would be worth a try.

I completely enjoyed the time I was there. Our server was perfect and attentive. The food was delicious. Been at The Cheesecake Factory before at another location but it has been a while, for sure I will be visiting more often.

The “carne asada” plate, is not a full piece, they sliced on 5 small pieces mixed with onions that looks Ike noodles and fill your plate with half mashed potatoes and “clumped” rice. Not a good experience.

ANYONE who eats at Cheesecake Factory is a sheep!!! I dont understand how people like their food unless you're JUST getting their cheesecakes. Has breakfast there one time. Eggs were the only thing that was good. Potatoes were hard as a rock and ham was very weird tasting. It was not sweet. It was gross. My brother ordered a fish and rice after his disgrace of a breakfast and it was still not that good. Better than everything else but not that good either. Service was nonexistent. Our server kept on disappearing. I dont understand what people see in these places. Saw one that had 11 health code violations. One being not having a thermometer in the fridge units... yikes. I wouldn't be surprised if every restaurant is like this, to be honest. Never gone back since then. Disgusting food. Gordon Ramsay would flame this place on just the menu by itself. Too many options. Bond to have screwed up many items.

Well, I was @ Cheesecake Americana Mall. The host last night was terrible! I tried getting a table for 5 people, and as she was taking down my name, she also told me. " I may or not call your name." But the waitlist is 45 minutes to 1 hour
Really?! May not call my name?? Then why bother waiting for a table for 45 to 60 minutes?
Plus, she has somewhat of an attitude.
Thanks, but no thanks. I ended up spending my money somewhere else...

Ended up with food poisoning after eating here. The carbonara pasta was more oil than sauce, I think that's what triggered the food poisoning. I ended up in the ER the day after eating here.

Wow.. you just can't beat Cheesecake for lunch. The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. The Cheesecake Factorys have a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

The salads are delicious, and the lettuce, greens, and other ingredients are always fresh. We like to split the dinner portion of the chicken piccata. It is simply delicious.

We were a large group so we opted for outside at their recommendation. Unfortunately they set us up under the non working heaters. The girls were cold. We had to move our own tables around. A bit awkward while the staff was watching. As a business owner, I'd consider that a liability.

Had a Sunday Brunch for the 1st time. Got there early before the opening. The wait was really short and within minutes we were seated. The full menu was available besides the Brunch menu. We enjoyed our meals together and added this place as a great place to eat Weekend Brunch with families.

I had the absolute upmost HONOR of being served by the one. The only, Alexis!!!! She was so nice and witty, she was very nice, friendly, attentive, and got everything our table wanted in a fast, speedy time, request Alexis when you come or GET OUT‼️‼️🔥 🔥‼️‼️🤟🤓😋
She was so slay. She had an apple watch so you know she was on top of it. She also recommended me some chicken, and it was the best chicken I've ever had in my entire life. El pollo loco doesn't even have chicken as crazy as this. Absolutely diabolically brilliant. It's rumored that Alexis has won the lifetime achievement award for best cheesecake employee... twice. An icon.

My family’s favorite restaurant, we arrived during a busy time but they were able to get a party of 6 a table within 10 minutes. Our favorite starter would be the avocado egg rolls. Must try if you haven’t . Food always come out hot and taste amazing.

So back in mid 2010's sometime around 2014 I came here with 2 friends and we ordered a plate of pasta and 2 other plates of food. The pasta had a napkin in it. We told the waiter only for the plate to be changed, without apology nor any form of sympathy.

It's been over 10 years and I have never been back to the Cheesecake factory. It is ALWAYS going to remind me of low quality food with low quality standards.

I keep thinking about it once in awhile and it still disgusts me to this day.

Took my mom other day celebrate her 80th birthday. Got sat down around 630ish pm. I totally understand it was super busy. We were party of 7. I'm going assume was too much for our server. Took awhile to place our order in. Just seem she didn't want deal with us. Kinda felt ignored too. We were there almost 3 hours! Waiting to order, waiting for food,waiting for the bill. I was done. They gave one our plates to another table. She offered cheesecake for the mistake. Out 7, 3 of us got sick that night. Disappointed, usually no problem other times. Yeah, we won't be going back .

Order the steak medallion portions were small you would figure mashed potatoes is the cheapest thing on the planet and they barely put enough to raise it 1 in off the plate 25.00 for four little pieces of steak the size of quarters I'll never be ordering this ever again.

Always busy, so I knew to make reservations for the fam. The only reason I'm typing this is because we had a great server - Whitney. We will be back just for her!! For this visit, we ordered classics like Pasta Da Vinci (always good) and new dishes like Italian Sausage & Mushroom Rigatoni. Spicy wasn't in the description so beware (wish I knew). Order it w/out pepper flakes. One of us ordered the fried chicken "tik tok" salad (smh), they liked it lol. We had to finish off the meal with Lemon raspberry cream and Chocolate Caramelicious Cheesecake w/ Snickers - Loved it. See you Whitney!!

To owner: do not attempt to correct me. I ordered Italian Sausage & Mushroom Rigatoni. My dish was not red or have the word 'spicy' in the title or description.

The cakes served with the ice creams are dry and dull. Desserts take too long to arrive (our 2 dinners were a day apart).
It's too cold in the dining room (it's an economic and environmental mistake to set the air-conditioning so low).

I had a nice burger and fries at Cheesecake Factory in Brea California and it was great. I haven't been there in maybe 5 years and I hope to go back more often . I really like their ice tea.. Its hard to find good unsweetened ice tea...Great Burger and fantastic Iced Tea and nice people..👍👍

Ordered a coconut mojito and filet medium. I saw the bartender make my drink and as it sat for 10 minutes getting watered down. Didn’t get it until I said something remotely loud. How long do you have to leave a steak in the line before it gets to well done? I didn’t eat, I left. These young servers need to get over themselves and provide the standard of service their workplace promises its customers. Otherwise, GO GET ANOTHER JOB.
