I definitely love their decorations and overall atmosphere. They are friendly. They even offer to customize our coffee. And another thing I'd like to mention is their marble cake. They told me it's their family's favourite and it is indeed delicious. They open fron Wednesday to Saturday. Would come back again.

Had the Cranberry Chicken sandwich, it was delicious! The rye bread was crispy and fresh. The plum was perfectly ripe! The best part, though, were the two cookies they included for dessert. Amazing!

I have not been here in years. Someone had told me it closed!!! I am so glad it did not!! My neice and I went for lunch. The food was amazing!! I got the Wasabi beef sandwich and beef barley soup. SO GOOD. It is such a cozy atmosphere. Their staff was amazing. They have grab and go section for home. I grabbed a couple of soups,their chicken salad, and caramelized onion dip. I had the chicken salad tonight for dinner. So good!! Definitely going back!!!

Great food with great presentation. Also ready yo cook or reheat items for purchase. Her quiche is a must if you go for breakfast - served wirh roasted baby potatoes, an apple sausage, baked apple slices and fruit.
Don't forget to visit the small boutique attached.

Amazing little diner! I met Alicia she was great! She gave me some chocolate chip cookies that were huge and delicious. Atmosphere was positive. I had the lox bagel and it was delicious. I never had one before with Fresh basil and cucumber. Great locally owned place. They even have a retail side. Way to go Alicia! Look out Martha!

Its been awhile since I have been here, still a wonderful experience. Cute little shop inside with a variety from baby clothes to outdoor decor. I had an awesome cranberry, chicken salad, sandwich for lunch. It came with a couple pieces of fruit, a cookie, and a rich brownie. Perfect!

Parking: There parking spots are almost always full because they are in a smaller area, also because they have such good food! But everyone manages to get a parking spot! Alicias is a hidden gem in Brea -- the best breakfast and lunch served in Orange County. Their Pink Cloud sandwich is to die for and the Lox bagel is wonderful too. But the best thing is their scones on Friday, made the English way and with the best Devonshire cream. Alicia and her daughters who run the restaurant are warm and friendly and become more like family than servers -- my wife and I love them! Thanks Alicia and ladies!!!!

Went to meet friends at our old hangout and eat fabulous sandwiches....What a joke! I can make a better sandwich for half the cost at home. Try to complain.... they dont care! They have really gone from amazing to its time to close shop!! My sandwich bread was so dry and the cranberry and cream cheese spread were in one small clump in my sandwich, wasnt even spread out... No more cucumbers just wilty lettuce, I guess there must be a shortage of cucumbers Seriously a waste of time and money. I dont usually write reviews but I was sooo upset that my money was wasted on this place, NEVER AGAIN! .... And it wasnt just my sandwich, my mom and sisters were just as bad.

Yum. I had the Bellas Vegetarian sandwich it was large and very filling! The ingredients very very fresh. The sides of fruits and desserts, were an added plus. This was my first time at Alicias cookery. By recommendation I bought an albondiga soup to take home.

Finally visited for my first time after living in LA Habra most of my life. My pink cloud sandwich was delicious but the best of the day was the 3 layer cake. It was delicious and moist layers of vanilla caramel and chocolate. Friendly staff as well.

I share a birthday with a friends daughter and almost every year we meet at Alicias to celebrate over lunch. I look forward to it so much because the food is fabulous, fresh, and flavorful and the employees are friendly, with a ready smile. The owner is usually always there and loves to come out to her guests and say Hello! Great place! Oh, and did I mention they have a wonderful little gift shop and packaged food to go? Youll love it!

I wish that Id thought to take a picture of my order! I had a Brianna sandwich that came with brie cheese, chicken and green apple. So incredibly delicious I also had the potato cheese soup and with my sandwich came some perfectly ripe fruit. The honeydew was so sweet and juicy, it was like dessert all on its own. But wait! It doesnt stop there. Along with my sandwich and fresh fruit came the sweetest pastry. Im not sure what it was, but it had a fabulous fruit spread and a cheesecake type of texture. AND a chocolate cookie, which I thought to bring home to my son. I only ate half of my sandwich. The price, a little more than a standard sandwich, but the TASTE, totally worth the price. This was my first visit to Alicias, and my girlfriends and I toured the gift shop which is attached after we ate. They have an amazing boutique with a little bit of something for everyone! We didnt try any alcohol this go around, but since Ill DEFINITELY be back, Im saving that for next time And by the way, the owner, Alicia, she was there personally greeting and talking to several of her obvious regulars. Shes a real class act.

Love this place for so many reasons. One being that Alicia herself is an absolute joy to be around (fun and so inviting!) But another, that everything is genuinely made from scratch and with love. Alicias...you cant go wrong by stopping by. The food is delicious and the place is just so quaint. Food is home is made there. Somewhere you can meet with other women, your husband, friends, eat and have a delicious beverage Theres a shop with beautiful and cute things, for inside and outside. You can eat, drink and shop....ALL IN ONE PLACE. What more can you ask for? Open on Wednesdays to Saturdays only. Alicias is worth stopping by....check it out. We pray that she will continue for many more years.

Beautiful quant business. Half eatery... half gift shop. Was able to eat outside while maintaining social distancing. Plenty of parking. Easy to see from the street. And they do catering as well. Curb side delivery also. Right now they are serving breakfast and lunch. A nice little gem to have in Brea.

Not open Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. Why do I start with that? Cause if you go on a Friday for lunch, you will probably be back on Saturday for breakfast, and when you come back Sunday for lunch, you are going to be very upset. This gem has been around for a very long time. They have like 3-4 sandwiches I really love, and a few that are good that I will get if I cant decide. Breakfast is really good. Prices reflect the quality you will get. This isnt so much a first date place, but will serve for everything that comes after. Baked goods that come with your sandwich are outstanding. Ive never tried the take home meals, but understand that they are supposed to be superb. Oh, if you are going on a picnic, order your sandwiches here, your date will love it. Parking is fine, can sometimes get a little crowded. Parking, entrance, bathroom and seating are all accessible. Location can accommodate a large group, will have to move some tables, may have to ask if extremely large. I have personally seen groups around 25, they were all seated together comfortably. Very family friendly. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend, always try to come when I am in the area, or want to take a girl out for a lunch she wont soon forget.

Fresh, delicious sandwiches and bread. Sandwiches are a generous portion-I had a Turkey avocado with chipotle mayo. Mayo has a hint of heat, but very good. I love the gift shop, too!

They have such delicious food! I especially like the cloud and Brie sandwiches. She always has different types of specials and homemade deserts! There are a few tables outside to enjoy the foliage, they bring out your meal whether your inside or outside. They have added a very cute boutique store with direct access from the restaurant, theres plenty of beautiful and fun home decor and they theme the store depending on the Holiday

This place is absolutely charming. When I visit with my wife, we always joke about how it feels like we are in a Hallmark channel movie or something. Lets not forget the incredibly thoughtful and cute boutique next door. Owner (Alicia) walks around in the cutest aprons and checks in on everyone. Just go when you have a chance, youll be glad you did.

The best, the lunch menu is loaded with excellent soups, salads and sandwiches. And if you get the chance, sign-up for a cooking class. Not only is Jonathan and Alicia 5star cooks but I left with homemade Chicken Milano with pasta, Cream of Asparagus Soup, Hotel Garlic Butter and a bottle of Runamok Maple Syrup.
