I love Jersey Mike's, but when I went to this location the subs seemed smaller than usual.

i don't know why they have to have attitude, came to pick up an order for uber eats and my order said that it had drinks but all they had to do is be nice about it because i asked a simple question. i felt attacked for just asking what my uber eats app told me. i give it 0 stars. december 9 at 12:50pm

Best sandwich made to your liking!! Prices are great 👍 & you can see & add condiments as they're making your sandwich unlike Jimmy John's that makes your sandwich however THEY see fit to make! Jersey Mike's doesn't hold back on the meats & cheese either! 🥪💣🥪 💯💥

This is sad to say but I'll never return to the Jersey Mike's in Brea! There was breadcrumbs & Lettuce & Salt/Pepper & Meat's & Cheese & Oil ALL OVER COUNTERTOP! There was a FLY ON THE CUTTING MACHINE, I showed the employee and he shrugged it off like it was no big deal!! Didn't bother to clean the area! He was so rude & unprofessional! I WAS visiting this store every other week but NO MORE, IT WAS GROSS 🤢 I'll take my business to Crossroads, they're always clean & very nice employees . I'm shocked how poorly maintained Brea was!!

Mikes is close to our gym and we occasionally go there for lunch after a workout. Yesterday we had very loud men at the next table & that was a problem for me. We like the subs though.

This location is disorganized and unprofessional. They messed up my giant order with a regular size and tried to pass their mistake on to me to cover their butts by making a SECOND regular size.
I normally wouldn’t care. But the fact that the only 2 employees did not gaf, I’m here saying avoid this location.

I ask for the portobello mushrooms said had peppers 🌶 not much portobello peppers about 1/4 cup ask be tossed it wasn't very suggle ask for tomatoe lettuce had that no jepenlo I was wait the bus it so suggle veggie mix fall ground way to much chesse tossed beens golden crisp I could a lot better myself a lot less oil you don't need use a lot oil

Terrible woman, I asked for a water cup because I was extremely thirsty but she declined and said guests only and proceeded to ask me to leave the store.

Update: As I was leaving I was given a free drink as an apology for the wait and that did help me feel less frustrated. Also, the sandwiches were very good.

I will never order (online) from here again. Ordered online and came in when it was supposed to be done. It hadn't been started. Side note, I had no idea where to pick up my order. They definitely need some signage. The store kept taking walk ins and not making my sandwiches while I waited. I asked them about it and they said it was starting next. 10 minutes later, my order still hadn't been started but they kept taking walk in orders non stop. I waited in the store for 20 minutes after I talked to someone before I got my order. If I had not ordered online, I would have gotten my food so much faster.

Just want to say I’ve always loved jersey mikes but tonight I had a great experience! The young lady who helped me (I believe her name was Kayla) was very friendly and had a great positive vibe! My order is somewhat unusual but it was no big deal to her. She made it the best it’s ever been made, props to her! Give her a raise, the world needs more people like her!

Staff seems friendly and get my order right every time. This area has changed since we used to live near years ago. Much better than before.

They can’t ever get my order right, it’s just a veggie cold sub on rosemary parm. It’s never on the right bread, really annoying. Don’t feel like I’m asking for a lot.

Our family's go-to sandwich spot after church. Their Super Sub is our favorite, Mike's Way and with pickles. Their meats and cheese are always fresh as well as their breads. So good!

Not what I rmbr Jersey Mike's tasting like. Super slow staff, friendly tho. Store wasn't as clean as it should be esp behind the counter where the sandwich makings were. Good location, easy to find but for the money spent, def not worth it. Sorry #jerseymikes

I know that all these sandwich places are pretty similar, but there's a little something special about Jersey Mike's. Everyone behind the counter is pretty nice, and it's one of those places where they'll sometimes treat you special if you can make them laugh. Your mileage on the menu may vary. Though the are a lot of choices, not all of them will appeal, and some will simply be really similar to something else. All in all though, everything's pretty decent quality.

Do yourself a favor and get a #9 on Rosemary Parmesan bread. You won't regret it. Also, surprisingly, they've got some of the most killer cookies and brownies in town. Grab one of those to if you wanna treat yourself.

I have always had good, organic food here. The meats are top quality and bread is made on premises all-the-day long. If you are a sandwich connoisseur this is the place. They are also really into oil, vinegar and oregano, m.m.m.m!

We went for lunch on a Friday and despite being fairly busy, we received our food quickly! Everyone was friendly and our sandwiches were great!

Expensive! Rude workers! Absolutely the worst, they screwed up my sandwich and didn't offer to fix it! Took them 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches plus they were super rude and slow on the uptake. Zero Star Experience!

Prices are a bit high for a frequent lunch spot but the food is worth it for when you do splurge. Staff is okay. Sometimes seeming very apathetic but 4 stars for the food and fresh preparation alone.

Terrible Service. I love their sandwiches and eat at Mikes often. that beind said, this particular franchise has absolutely abysmal service. Dirty tables, apathetic staff and excessive wait times- even when they have more employees than customers they still wander off and leave you waiting.... go to the one at Imperial and Beach to save agravation.
