Subway

10/20/21 ordered through the app last night. 20 mins later i realized the app didn’t mention cheese option, call several times to add adjustment and no one answered. Ok. Went to pick up my order, checked in and it was delivered promptly. However, i noticed i got a cup/ice of sprite instead of the bottle i ordered. Guy told me they only give you the cups and not bottles. Why would the app give me a choice between fountain and bottle? Ok. I drive off and a few lights later i start smelling onions, which i can’t consume raw. I pull over and check the sandwich: NOT ONE of my instructions were followed! This was one of the most bland, saddest looking sandwiches I’ve ever gotten! I cant turn around at this point or I’d be late to work. So i start calling them again, and again, and again. They NEVER answer! The line just always says the sandwich makers are busy yet no one was there when I picked up my order. 20 mins later I’m at work, still calling and no answer. I called another location on the way but they said I had to go back to this one to get my order remade properly. I was and still am upset that I starved at work without a break until 2am having to throw the sandwich away, not getting anyone on the phone and calling this morning with no one picking up AGAIN. Idk when subway fell off but this isn’t it. Just refund my money

Owner lost it over ordering a breakfast sandwich outside of breakfast hours (1 hour later) and charged me $14 without any warning.
Horrible experience as a daily customer, I'll gladly take my money to the other location up the street.

All of my worst experiences at a subway have been at this single location.

No reason to go here, go to the location on W. Central and Harbor, they are so nice there. They go above and beyond and serve you with a smile. Worse than not generous on ingredients here, they barely put anything in the sandwich sometimes.

It was difficult to keep my composure, seeing as how the owner, who prepared my sandwich, tried to shame me for asking to use a coupon. Happy to say I kept my cool and walked out, and said thank you, but I left hungry and a bit shocked. There was an immediate expectation that I would purchase the sandwiches regardless of whether they accepted the coupon. I would probably have done so if she had shown a bit of tact. They always cheap out on toppings and never go the extra mile like the subway just up the street.

Customer Service is top notch! I went today around lunchtime, it was busy but the 2 ladies working made a possible long wait into only a few minute wait by working in sync with one another. Bread is always fresh and veggies always crisp and fresh as well!

I go here when I’m craving a sub since it’s right near my office. The employees and manager are always so friendly whenever I come. They always prepare my sandwich just the way I like it. Never had a bad experience here and the line moves quickly compared to other locations.

Before egg sandwich eggs got smaller. I used to be able to make a carb free egg breakfast sandwich. It literally looked like an egg taco. It's amazing and always hit the spot! This lunch spot is by my work and when I was short on time and money subway always pulled through for me.

The Girl working was very Friendly. Told us that She was closing up soon but said we had enough time to eat. She also mentioned it would be good if we stayed and ate to keep her Company because ita kind of scary there at night

Had used their app,buy 2 get one free..Was suppose to be curbside,good thing I didn't .Between the app and the worker the order was a disaster one sub was suppose to have avocado which if I didnt tell her wouldn't have and it ,had been charged already.I will never go to any subways again.

Really good. Service was good even at a lunch rush. Most people dont sit in so plenty of seats. Vegetarian options: Veggies are always good Dietary restrictions: You can customize to your needs Parking: Busy but not horrible Kid-friendliness: Kids size sandwiches

Tried to call in my order for pickup, but I was told to order using their app instead after I had already started giving my order to them. Not very convenient for someone who planned to pay with cash....

5/18/19 = this branch has a good selection of drinks , they have 4 kinds of fresh lemonade or fruit juice self service machine , they have Horchata machine too , but costumer service not good , because never say sorry , no smile at all and it seems to be his the franchise owner , he looks like from India . Sorry that i will Never come back in this branch .

STAY AWAY ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed a catering order with Ashely. When i called back to confirm my pick up time, Imrana refused to acknowledge my order. Imrana and her boss Roswana Riz were incredibly difficult to communicate with. They DO NOT SPEAK/UNDERSTAND ENGLISH here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
