I love the kind of customer support I get from coming here. Annie is very helpful and explains in depth the supplements. She explains the effects and well as the dosage that should be taken. I love that I get can my body fat tested free of charge to help stay on track with my fitness goals. The Evolt also breaks down the macronutrients depending on my fitness goals.

My sister & I had the BEST experience here today! We went in for body scans & the workers were welcoming, extremely knowledgeable & encouraging for each of our personal fitness journeys. I asked many questions about products & the worker explained everything so well & gave me great recommendations. I am genuinely so excited to try out various products & go back to track my fitness progress & purchase the products that work for me!

They are so incredibly helpful when it comes to helping you out with your fitness goals. Whether you've been doing it for years or just getting started they are more than happy to help you in the right direction with supplements, nutrition, anything. Never had a bad experience and if you join their challenges you get to do free InBody Scans!

I wanted to give them a shot; I've always shopped at Nutrition Zone due to their larger array of brands besides their own... Between Nutrishop's website and the guy saying he can order all the brands I was sold, UNTIL when I called and asked to order a few supplements he suddenly couldn't order them, not allowed to carry them. Well I guess get your website straight and don't flip flop on your previous statement. Better prices online with more incentives, better selection, and better customer service.

Experience was horrible.. The people were friendly enough but I bought a bottle of protein after my workout, went home and it didn't taste right but I figured it was because it was a brand I don't normally drink. Turns out the protein had expired in May 2013.. I called to let them know and was told by the guy on the phone have me the excuse that they almost never sell that brand. This was beside the point. Never once did the associate apologize for his shops GROSS oversight. Worse than that he started giving me attitude about it. Incompetence in customer service at its finest.

1/12/25: Came in for the Evolt 360 body scan and to shop for a supplement. Daniel greeted me with enthusiasm and kindness. It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly face and chit chat a bit while I got set up on EVOLT. Daniel helped me through the process and then, went over the results with me in great detail. He complimented me, encouraged me and educated me!! Daniel is very knowledgeable!! We pinpointed a specific area of health to address and he helped me pick an electrolyte supplement. Daniel gave me all the health benefits and even shared his personal positive experience. I’m so excited to stay focused on my health and come back for a scan and learn more about what my body needs. Thank you Daniel for truly outstanding service. You turned a simple body scan into a really powerful experience. ❤️ I appreciate Daniel and Nutrishop Brea for helping me implement the steps needed to achieve my Optimal Health! See ya soon!

Great experience the staff is knowledgeable helped me with everything I needed. Gave me discounts. I also took the body exam to determine body fat and BMI, they explained it perfectly. 👍🤙

Been going for about 10+ years, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this place for beginners to professionals.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful... When the store is actually open. The sign says open. They're open on Saturdays from 10am-7pm. I'm here on Saturday at 1pm. The place is dark with no posted reason... Out to lunch? Not sure.
