This is a great store. I went in with a bag full of a variety of vitamins and supplements I had collected over the years (bought online) that weren't really working for me, so I asked for advice and Adrian was super helpful and kind explaining a lot of options. !

The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience. I will always go to a Vitamin Shoppe. A special shout-out to Alex for always taking care of me and my needs. He provides the best customer service and is a great communicator.

Had what I needed, not the cheapest place but also not the most expensive plus it's not GNC garbage, lol.
The woman who has been there every time I've been there is very polite, competent, knowledgeable, sweet and very customer friendly and oriented.......

They will price match any advertised price, including Amazon....

They always have great items on sale too. Buy one get one free or 50+ % off

Nice place. Plenty of stock, easy to get to, and knowledgeable staff. If EB on Imperial, just make a U at Randolph, much easier than directions given.

A worker with the name "Ian" is the reason for the one star rating. This has been my second visit to the store and the second time I have had to deal with Ian (and my last).

On my first visit, he couldn't answer some basic nutritional supplement information without giving me an attitude, trying insinuate that I was dumb because I had to ask some questions. I finally asked another worker there who was way more informative and pleasant to deal with.

I was able to stay away from this place for almost 7 months until my wife needed some hard to find supplements which they did carry, so i went back. Sure enough Ian was there. As I was there for a while, I could not help but hear him talking immaturely to his fellow workers. Towards the end of my visit, he was even sneezing to where he thought it was funny to try to sneeze as loud as he could, as he looked to his fellow workers for laughs. He never wiped his nose or washed his hands after this. To make matters worse, when I was ready to check out the other workers were on break so I had to deal with this idiot.

As I checked out the phone rang, and as he was talking and trying to stuff the receipt in the bag, I tried to take it from his hand so I could review it, but he just jammed it in the bag and shoved it at me and walked away to talk on the phone.

The guy is a dick - he has no manners and no common sense. He could be a roid'head. If you want to see him in action and how juveinile a grown man can act, check him out here. If you want a normal shopping experience without having to worry about catching his germs because he is un-hygenic, shop elsewhere. Anyplace that would hire people like this is crossed off my list. I'll go to their competition before helping support this kind of experience.

A nice selection of goods, vitamins and substances for your health needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. A little pricey but worth checking out if you looking for something specific.

15 minutes waiting for help before walking out. There was only 1 employee...i understand that given the times, but it hurt my experience nonetheless.
