7.99 (after tax) For six chocolate topped Cream Puffs, perhaps I was expecting too much? You do get maximum cream filling and its a nice vanilla cream, not just a whipped cream (those are such a bummer) and they tasted extremely clean and simple..... But I cant confirm that since they didnt have ingredients listed. Theres a souffle Cheesecake thats making me feel was the way to go... guess Ill be back at least one more time in the future.

My review of the strawberry soft cream cake , the cake was disappointing to say the least. I looks nice but the taste is bland. The cake was like a sponge , no taste and the whip cream was the same , tasteless. I won t return.

Some of the most beautiful desserts ive seen can be found here. It also has very delicious sandwiches. Theres even a crescent wrapped hop dog. Everything looked so delicious. It was very hard to make a choice. Cant wait to come back and try something else. This would be a great place to get a really awesome birthday cake instead of youre everyday grocery store cake.

Ordered a 2 tier cake for my daughter birthday and look what I got. I asked them to replace the letters with my daughter name, thinking itd be the same little cubes shown in the picture, but nope. And there are no candy shoes and ballon! Either the picture is misleading, or the baker is not doing the job. Its priced at $210, so I thought it might be worth it, plus its a big brand franchise, but the lesson I learned is otherwise. Will never go there for cakes, nor recommend to friends.

I ordered 4 berry custard pastries at 4 PM Saturday. They were already stale, hard and definitely not fluffy. While still edible they were a far cry from a typical French bakery in Paris or even la Chataigne in Lafayette, CA. Their doughnuts and cookies might be better.

They get 5 stars for being inconsiderate and unempathetic business owners. Their pastries are overly sweet, lack flavor, and are overloaded with sugar. I used to visit with my husband, eager to support the new Paris Baguette in Brentwood, hoping for the same great service as their San Jose location. However, the pastries here look stale, and the service is terrible. I dont blame the employees; its clearly a management issue. The safety standards are also poor I injured my finger and ruined my nail due to a lack of safety locks on their drawers(posted video on yelp - https://yelp.to/dVMYOEhcQ9). I m so sad to find out that my nails are forever ruined. My husband tried to reach out to management but was completely ignored (I attached his review; this is how they treat their customers no response, not even an apology!). Horrible food, terrible service, and unsafe conditions! I do not recommend this location to anyone, especially considering their unsafe and unhealthy practices. I recently discovered another place called Dore s Cafe if you are looking for high-quality pastries. Their strawberry cream cake and Napoleon pastries are a thousand times better than those here, with just the right amount of sweetness. Im still exploring more of their offerings, but they are already proving to be a much better choice. Vegetarian options: Do not recommend Kid-friendliness: This place has some serious safety concerns. Be extra careful when opening the pastry doors as it smashed my finger really badly, and the owners were completely indifferent when I brought this up. No apology! I wouldnt recommend this location due to safety hazards and irresponsible franchise owners/management. Plus, the pastries taste old and bland compared to other locations. If you want to try Paris Baguette, go to Dublin or Concord. The ambiance, food, service, and selection are far better. For a great local alternative, try Dores Cafe. Their pastries are superior with less sweetness. I posted video on my other yelp review of those drawers - https://yelp.to/dVMYOEhcQ9 So if an adult can get hurt by those, definitely not suitable for kids.

We used to be so happy that a Paris baguette opened up in Brentwood. But your lack of empathy clearly screams out loud to us, you don t follow what you preach on your walls about happy customers, they are nothing more than a sale to you, what a shame! We regret the day we came to the Paris baguette that day to get some pastries because there are no safety procedures in place at this location nor any responsiveness if the customer is hurt and bleeding. I have attached photos of what happened, my wife when opening the pastry cabinet smashed her finger and we had to go to the ER to get an Xray as it was turning black and blue. That evening I returned and also took photos/videos that shows the unsafe cabinet, there are no guardrails to prevent someones finger from being smashed (as a reasonable person would expect). The next day we spoke to the manager Nav. All we asked for is to file incident report and point him out how unsafe those drawers are. Then days passed and the manager just kept on dragging on how the owner is planning to call owner out of town owner busy . Finally we realized owner never intends to call so we asked for medical papers back now we are being ghosted. Truly disappointing experience in this location. We don t usually write this but we have to so nobody else has to go through the same experience as we did! If I could I would put negative stars for this store.

Atmosphere was very beautiful and inviting. Very Paris cafe style and very clean. Food was very good but please do better with the cake slice size. I paid over $7 for a slice and the size was super small. I was shocked when I opened the box. I plan on going again and seeing if maybe it was just maybe by error I received such a tiny slice. Overall, I enjoyed the different varieties of pastries. It is kind of pricey, I did pay almost $50 for two lattes and 4 pastries and one slice of cake.

Absolutely in love of their cakes. They carry wide variety of cakes from coffee to fresh fruit ones. You can always find their cakes delicious with perfect amount of sweetness into it. I bought Mixed Berry Soft Cream Cake to celebrate my friends birthday and she loved it. Also bought few other snacks from here, they were also very fresh n very tasty. They have small sitting area inside the store. Very clean. Shout out to people who work there. Very friendly & attentive staff. Will definitely try their other items soon. Thank you!

I ve visited Paris Baguette several times since it s opened and while the food is fantastic (it always is) and the employees are kind, it is frustrating that if you re not there before noon on any given day, you ll barely find any pastries left to purchase. Paris Baguette is a chain bakery and if your closing hours are at 8PM, and the next closest chain is 20 miles away, I would expect after being open nearly 6 months now, you d have an idea of how much you need to bake based on the number of average sales a day and peak hours. It isn t helpful to simply tell a customer to show up early. People who work 9-5 jobs can t always show up early. You lose customers if you don t have anything to sell well before closing time and I hope the team considers reevaluating how and when they need to bake, or the cut off time for fresh pastries, or at least put up a sign to indicate when a cut off time is, to cover their peak hours. Clearly people like me are willing to buy it would be nice to visit and walk out of the store with what I actually wanted. Parking: Can get busy with the gym at times but overall you will always be able to find parking

Discovering a new gem in Brentwood was a delight! Stepping into this bakery for the first time, I was greeted by a charming ambiance and an array of delectable treats. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, considering the quality and variety of pastries and cakes on display. Everything, from the decor to the presentation of the baked goods, exuded a sense of care and attention to detail. It was evident that the staff took pride in maintaining a clean and tidy environment, which only added to the overall positive experience. I left with a satisfied sweet tooth and a determination to return for more. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone in search of delicious treats and impeccable service in Brentwood.

It s a pretty big store compared to other locations I ve been into. Me and my niece stopped by early evening around 4:30 ish. If you want to get some of the really good options, I recommend coming early because I guess once the shelves are empty they don t fill them back up come evening time. Which makes sense I guess. They do still have desserts and sandwiches available. There were people in the store eating and hanging out. The atmosphere is ok. It s like bakery/cafe. You smell the goodness as soon as you walk in. Customer service: it was ok. They helped us right away. One thing I don t like is when they grab your dessert from the window. They don t wear gloves so if they re not careful their hand and fingers may touch your dessert. I watched the guy that helped us, he was very careful but one of his fingers almost touched the top of my dessert. I don t know maybe I m just being nit picky. The check out is easy, you can pay with cash or credit (tap payment option). First experience at this store is ok. Taste: is it always wonderful! That s all!

To be honest not sure what it is about this location. Went in and the vibe was just off. Employees just chit chatting about their weekend party. All good I dont usually care about that, however Im standing up there trying to get some service and just stood there for 60 seconds before anyone even said hi or if I needed anything. Outside of that, this location seems to have a much smaller variety then every other PB Ive been to. My parents like this place so Ive been to the ones in Pleasanton, Pleasant Hill, and also San Francisco. They all have a much wider variety of items. I went in there on a Tuesday at noon and all there was for individual cake slices was cheesecake souffle. Like 1 option what gives lol. I would prob skip this one and hit up the ones in other cities to be honest.

Been enjoyung PB since its opening. Im new to the rewards program, I was excited to use a coupon tonight for the first time but was given a hard time. After placing my order, I pulled up and scanned the coupon Free Pastry w/ Purchase of Beverage. When I looked at the screen I didnt see my beverage order and that the system picked up the Welcome Free Pastry instead. She said she hasnt had a chance to ask me about the size thats why it wasnt in the system yet. So I told her I would like to save the Welcome coupon for a later day but she kept saying thats the coupon I scanned. Then I explained to her I opened the Free Pastry w/ Purchase of Beverage coupon but the system pick up another coupon instead because my beverage order wasnt in yet when I scanned. So she canceled it and asked me to scan the coupon one more time, but the system picked up the same Welcome! Free Pastry coupon again. She kept going on and on about me choosing that particular coupon but I clearly opened the Free Pastry w/ Purchase of Beverage and I showed her on my app but she started explaining how the Free Pastry w/ Purchase of Beverage works, i.e. you have a get a drink and she emphasized the drink is not free. YES! I know that! I just ordered an iced tea! It seemed that there was a communication break down so she had to get the manager unwillingly and first thing she said to the manager was she scanned the wrong coupon. I said I did not, the system picked up another coupon. Then she said You scanned twice, remember? That really upset me and I said I scanned the same Free Pastry w/ Purchase of Beverage coupon, she probably realized I was a little upset so she just shook her head and mumbled nevermind. With the managers help, I successfully scanned the coupon of my choice. Although the manage also seemed confused about the different types of coupons available. I did not appreciate the staffs attitude at all, I personally think she was being a bit rude. After the transaction, she went off to chit chat with the manager and did not worry about getting my beverage ready. I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with the manager. Also, it was my first time buying an iced tea, is it a standard to have this much ice? Some melted already, it was filled all the way to the top and their ice cubes are huge. I have to say, this experience was rather disappointing.

Great vibe and fresh pastries! The prices were a little high, especially compared to 85C, but reasonable. Be sure to sign up in their app to get a free small coffee on your first visit! The one thing I didnt really like is that their pastries are self serve, where you make your selections using tongs. I dont like having to trust others to keep things clean in the display. Id rather have individually wrapped pastries like 85C or 99 Ranch to ensure food is untouched.
