I had the Hot Pastrami & the Caprese Sub! Buy far the best sandwich I have ever had both were warm & so flavorful! They are nice big sandwiches easily shareable. Service was incredible they were so friendly & went over the menus with us. Highly recommend & we will be coming back! New favorite sandwich place! :)

Was with my gf and saw Roadrees and stopped out of curiosity. Omg, sandwich and salad was DELICIOUS. Ordered the Turkey, avocado, bacon sub, and a chicken cesar salad. You can tell everything is made there, even the croutons. Very friendly, and the patio feels like home. I didn't even get a chance to take a pic of the food. We inhaled it. 😆 found our new favorite spot.

First time visiting the sandwich shop while driving by. We were looking for something quick that we could take on the road with us. It was about 1:30 pm. The area was very dead, and there were not many people out on a Sunday afternoon. The shop was not busy, only a few costumers inside finishing their meal. The 2 sandwiches we got were pretty tasty and fresh. The salad we got was very fresh, and tuna was not fabulous but tasty. A little outdated and small place inside but large outside patio sitting area.

The owner is super nice and genuine, food is always on point and so good. Never had a bad experience coming here, been coming here ever since Dinos which is across the street has gotten worse, Never going back there again after trying roadees. The owner is the best part, she made us feel welcome and not uncomfortable. Definitely my favorite sandwich shop in CA

OK, I have been a customer at roadies for years. Recently, it has really began to suck. Yesterday I was at liberty high school around lunchtime. I pre-ordered my sandwich on their website. I did this a solid 20 minutes before I placed the order. I walk across the street because I don’t wanna lose my parking spot to pick up my sandwich. Come to find out there was something going on with their Internet. They were not getting their orders. I get that . So everybody in line had to give their order to the people who wanted them to wait 30 minutes for the sandwich to be completed. I had already ordered my sandwich and I was annoyed. The person behind the counter had a little to no empathy for the situation. I gave her my order. Ask her to please try to hurry. I got my sandwich probably 20 minutes later. I see person after person coming in with the same frustration. Most of the people at this time of the day are probably from the school and during their lunch hour. The sandwiches is already paid for, so we really felt like we were being held hostage at that point. I get my sandwich and by this time I only have time to take a few bites of my sandwich as I walk across the street. After I get back to the classroom I realize they were little no mayonnaise on it no meat on it and it was really really dry. I choked what I could down. Now picture this I’m in the classroom. I cannot leave the classroom to bring the sandwich across the street. There’s no place to keep a sandwich in the classroom. So I tried to call them to see what they could do. they’re not answering their phones. I decided to call them today. I really wanted a refund. I felt as a long time, I would get some empathy. No, it was suck it up and deal with it cupcake. That’s what I felt like I got I would’ve been happy with a credit or another Sandwich, Sincere apology that will never happen again. Anything would’ve been better than what I got. I told her that I would have to leave a negative review and I really did not do that. She said go ahead.. Now please understand in downtown Brentwood, we have other options. There are restaurants literally on every corner I would recommend if you’re in downtown Brentwood go to another establishment. These people don’t back their products. They have zero customer service and evidently they cannot manage any sort of empathy for their longtime customers. BYe Bye Roadies!!

oh by the way, don’t use their online order at all don’t. They automatically give a 20% tip. I’m not opposed to giving tips. I just want to see if the service is worth it before I make the decision what type of tip I’m going to leave.

The sandwiches are delicious and they give you a generous serving of food and drink. The Italian Cream sodas were amazing. I am not big on pastrami, but the Reuben-esque sandwich was to die for. Definitely worth the price. The staff was super friendly and they have a lovely garden patio seating area to enjoy your meal. Overall, a wonderful little cafe.

Ordered 7 sandwiches online, that way they would be ready when we got there. We arrived at the set pick up time (given by them ) and had to wait 20 minutes for our food to be ready. The girl at the register said that they had people walk in so they do those orders first. I told her I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait, that’s the whole point of ordering ahead.

We then get home. My son’s sandwich had everything on it that it wasn’t supposed to have. My sandwich had mayo on it, so after one bite it went in the trash. Then the two heated sandwiches were completely soggy. Basically 4 of the 7 sandwiches were not edible.

What a waste of $100.

Do not go there unless you want to wait in a hot building for overpriced, soggy, sandwiches that have everything on it that you don’t want.

Sweet girl at the register!! She didn’t seem sure about pricing so she must have been new. Super quaint, sweet spot. My drink was amazing and refreshing. Be sure to visit 😁

First time visitor. Asked for suggestions and had most of the menu recited back to me which was more confusing than helpful. They don’t offer oil and vinegar as condiments so that threw out most of the Italian-style options. Settled on the Caprese with the addition of turkey and what I got was a dripping, garlicky mess. Small portions of both mozzarella and tomatoes when I clearly asked for extra tomatoes, one small slice of turkey that came in at an extra $4, and enough garlic aioli to kill a flock of vampires. Had to scrape off most of the garlic and pesto to spare both my clean pants and taste buds, but the bread was already so saturated that it still fell apart while eating. Finished it in about 6 bites as I was extremely hungry and it wasn’t all that big. At $18+ this was one of the biggest rip-offs I’ve come across in the Bay Area to date, and I’ve seen my share. To make matters worse, the restroom was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month. Safe to assume I won’t be revisiting any time soon.

The vegetarian sandwich was a cold disappointment. Literally. It was cold bread with cold avocado and cold hummus with cold veggies. The bread was supposedly toasted but cold. I waited 15 min for this. I was extremely disappointed. I'm assuming the other sandwiches might be better.

Exactly what I wanted from a sandwich shop. We ordered three different sandwiches and a salad, and they did not disappoint. The bread was good, portions were generous, and the flavors were satisfying. What I also appreciate is that when I ordered online, they called to confirm that we placed our order at the correct location. They also have outdoor seating if you choose to stay, and it's both well decorated and shaded. I would definitely return when I'm in the area.

The food itself was okay-I got the bbq chicken sandwich (it had way too much bbq sauce). The thing that really irked me about this place is that the employees set the language on the tip machine to Japanese so that you wouldn’t be able to tell which button said “no tip” (thus forcing you to tip). Super greedy.

Workers are so nice, they give out samples at the farmer’s market that taste so delicious, it makes you want to get a full sub. The cafe is a really cute little place with a bunch of road signs that makes it really cool! I’d recommend the meatball sub, the caprese, and the turkey sub.

Came to Brentwood for the Farmer's Market and left trying this place. Hands down the best sandwich spot!! Love how it's family owned and they are all so kind here. Super cute retro look inside. Can't wait to go back!!

Came to Brentwood for Dinos and ended up here instead. The sandwiches IMO are the best in Brentwood! We'll definitely be coming back again soon.

I found this place a while ago and have come here several times since. There's a few things I love about Roadees. The first is the Caprese Sandwich which is my go to that I order every single time and served hot. Second is the Mango smoothie, probably my favorite place to buy one. I also love the giant popsicle sticks with questions which is always fun to do with my kid while we wait. The employees have always been awesome even after the management change. I really enjoy coming here.

Wow... Lived here 30 years and don't know how we missed this place. Tired of the chain sandwich shops ? Roadees offers FRESH ingredients with Fresh baked on site bread. All this at a price less than Togos or Subway. Also have smoothies

Each sandwich made to order using obviously fresh ingredients. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Good selection of sandwiches from which to choose. I particularly recommend the hot pastrami. Decor is clean and inviting. Look forward to calling myself a regular at this fine establishment.

We love to eat at Roadies when we are in Brentwood. Great food at reasonable prices. It is a family owned operation and you feel the warmth and friendliness when you walk in.

I go to Roadies often for a warm sandwich and here homemade cakes. If your ever in the area you should definitely stop by you won’t regret it. The service is impeccable and the owner is very friendly.

Very cute place with great sandwiches! The owner is very sweet and it's clear that it's family owned which is so great and rare these days. Also has a great back patio to sit on!
