Really good. A little pricey. It was our first time trying Japanese cheesecake. It would be perfect if it has some fruit otherwise the flavor is very very mild. Definitely do not skip on the powdered sugar. I imagine it would taste like cardboard without powdered sugar to sweeten it up.

Never had the chance to eat the creamtella at this location because they're always short. Finally had the chance today but, it doesn't look anything like the one on the menu. It was a gift for a friend but decided not to hand it after seeing how it was presented. So glad I checked. Not worth $11.

Super yummy and fluffy! I had a cheese cake from a stand in lil Tokyo in LA. So when i saw this place i just had to try it. I'm so glad I did! It was even better then what I had before. The price for a cheesecake is not bad at all either. I wil be back for more of this yummy treat.

Very delicious moist bread. They have variety of different flavors, but I personally like their Original. There is no seating available at this place. It is a small place located inside The Source mall. Just place your order for pick up. I highly recommend this place.

Best Japanese cheesecakes ever!! I drive almost 2 hours from apple valley to get some of these cakes. They are well worth the drive. Delicious 😋, everytime my favorite is the original and the cream one. Highly recommended 👌 them!!

A small bakery but deserves 5 stars because I loveeee castella and their castella is soooo good ❤ They don't offer nothing but castella, I believe. Totally recommending it! It was worth the confusing drive (mind you, we are not local 😁). Give castella a try in general, wonderful fluffy yumminess. Then visit this bakery and grab boxes and boxes of castella 😋😋😋😋

Cheestella cakes are good and worth two stars, but I will never do any purchases again at this store, for the pooooor services!
At first, they didn’t notify me their missing item before I went to pick up my order. Secondly, they refused to refund me for the customers’ convenience.
I made the pickup order before coming, and the staff told me they didn’t have the ube cheesecake after I arrived, around thirty minutes after I made my order. They have thirty minutes to notify me before I arrived, but they didn’t.
Then the staff told me that she could change the ube cheesecake to a original one, and give me $0.5 refund for the price difference. I said I can take one cheesecake (since I ordered one original cheesecake and one ube cheesecake) and get the refund for the ube one. She said “the manager” told her that she cannot do that. She can only refund me directly with $0.5, if I want the whole item to be refunded for $15.50, I have to report to DoorDash and deal with the issue alone by myself. Literally they can refund me directly, but they would not refund me $15.50 because they still need to wait for the payment from DoorDash. They would rather let their customers wait for the refund.
They didn’t notify their customers earlier and force them to “change” to another item instead of getting refund. Never come back.

Ive been craving japanese-styled cheesecakes from watching Youtube. Where I live, there are only cheesecake factories (the restaurant chain).. So I came here while shopping for korean groceries, and.. wow! There was no wait at all because the cheesecake was already made and ready-to-go, yet it was so soft and delicious. The cheesecake even jiggles a bit in the box because of how fluffy and soft the texture it is. The cheesecake came out just as it looks in the pictures.

Not sure what this really is. It says cheese in the name but the Original takes like a soufflé and pronounced egg flavor. No cheese flavor. Name of this place is confusing.

These jiggly cakes are super delicious. Very light sweet and mouth melting. It light and simply amazing in taste. Would definitely love to try it over and over again. Light on the pocket too and worth the cost.

Called in yesterday for a order pick up for 2 cheesecakes at 3:30pm, I was told they were going to be ready in 2hrs. I show up at 5:30pm and was told to wait 45min more ended up leaving at 6:30pm, 3hrs for two cheesecakes is unacceptable. Customer service sucks the asian girl with colored hair and guy (pony tail & glasses ) are always on their phones not caring there was a huge line and also they gave attitude when customers ask a question. Also for some reason this location is always short on supplies so their menu is really short. Hopefully the Diamond bar location has better customer service and not have a short menu.

We always buy the Cheesetella but, unfortunately, what we bought @12:42 this afternoon was cold and does not taste fresh out of the oven, it seems that we purchased something that was baked yesterday. The quality has gone south. :(

I tried all. Creamtella was good but others are not worth to wait one hour for getting them. Also, the workers seem to dont care about hygiene at all. They touched all food with the same bare hand touched money and other stuffs without hand washing or other proper methods.

This bakery is located on the first floor of the source . It is a very small place with standing room for one person to order at a time. You pretty much order and then go to the outside window to pick up your order. The price is decent, ranging from 7-10$. Ive tried the cheesecake, which was super delicious and light. It was so good the next day I came back to order a second cheesecake. I also ordered the chocolatella for 7$. It was really good and light. It was not too sweet and reminded me of a angel cake or pound cake.
