Most expensive ihop don’t know If it’s cause it’s next to knotts so they charge more. $5.59 for cup of orange juice and $4.99 for a soda. Service wasn’t great had to keep asking for stuff cause waiter never checked on us

The world's smallest pancakes are HERE! Really claustrophobic atmosphere! I don't recommend this place.... Could use a REALLY GOOD CLEANING.

Fabulous location for an IHOP. The food is good and is prepared the same at all the locations. I have two major complaints! One is they allow homeless people in their bathrooms and to wander around the restaurant. I'm sorry but when I'm sitting down to pay $40 for a breakfast I could make at home for $10 I do not expect the smell of urine walking by me and the bathrooms to be soiled. My second complaint is that I ordered a lemonade drink and it looked like water but cost me $6.00. No refills. Our service was good and there was no wait to be seated. #LOCALGUIDES

From when I got there the staff was super friendly. The manager Jose was nice and greeted us with a smile. They were very fast to tend to my party and I. We like to come here for the sweetie crepes but they are no longer have them on the menu. So disappointing!!☹️ However, we asked the server and he suggested berries crapes instead and also I wanted to order a denver omelette breakfast and it was not the menu. Nevertheless the server made it happen. I didn’t catch his name. Thank you anyway. Food was amazing and service the same.

Never got food, never got service 😒! Walked in, took a team of 6 ppl to figure out if we can sit in the section. Then no one came to serve us, even after 15 mins waiting. A family came in after us and got served before us in the same section. Waste of time with poor service and outrageous prices for the size and appearance of this place.

Some of the fluffiest pancakes I've ever had. The food was amazing. Service was great too considering they were very busy. Does end up being a bit pricey especially if you're a large family but the portion sizes are very good.

Today I have the opportunity to go eat to the best place that I ever see, the food was delicious, I order an omelette and was the best thing that I taste in my life 😋. Jeni take out orders and she was great. Talking about the food price it was really good, for the price of 16.99 $ I receive a big plate of food and also I can call to order the food . I really recommend this place for all this aspects, you will pass a really good experience there.

Good breakfast, but terribly overpriced. The eggs benedict was $16.99, that's reasonable. A glass of OJ (not fresh squeezed) was $5.99, that's overpriced. But the real shocker was the side of French toast. It's a single slice of bread - Texas toast or something similar. It was $8.28 for one piece of French toast....thats not overpriced, that's highway robbery!

A reliable breakfast spot! The omelettes here are bulky and destined to satisfy one’s stomach, much same as with the pancakes! Waiter here is straight to the point and professional and the inside is clean and woodsy as one would expect off an Ihop.

[Though, keep an eye when outside as, while this is NO fault of the establishment, sometimes you may see some “funny” folk wander and hang outside the premises.]

This was an off the cuff visit. Spur of the moment on Christmas Eve after picking up a dinner box at Knotts. The staff couldn't have been more Jolly! It was busy, but none of that hindered our server, who happily explained specials and options. Food came fast and hot and with a smile. A+++ all the way.

We actually loved this ihop. We were there (12/30/23) Christmas decorations were still up inside and it was lovely. It wasn't crowded during the time we went (around 7pm). I really liked how small this ihop was. I know most people dont like that but it felt "homey"...The person who greeted us at the door was also our server. I'm sorry but I don't remember his name(had glasses). He was very kind and checked on us often. The food here was better than all the ihops we have been to. We've gone to plenty in CA! The eggs were cooked perfectly on my eggs benedict, the pancakes were fluffy. This is one of the rare ihops that still give flavored creamers.. our local one doesnt do that. Our kids really liked the cups and our server got them extra ones to take on the road. Thank you, these small gestures mean a lot. Overall, everyone that worked at this ihop (at least the night we were there) were all amazing. We'll make sure to dine here again.

Tried to call in order to pick up said they were busy to call back man hung up called back 30 min later same person answered said was still busy ..this time I was in their parking lot ...no one was even in restaurant. Use to go all the time now I go to Denny's and norms. They want business

I order pot roast they give me shredded very dark meat with dark gravy NO potatoes NO carrots very ugly looking it look very GROSS I didn’t say anything about it because my husband was not feeling well but I will NOT go back there Never NO wonder why it was Monday Early lunch only 3 Tables occupied Absolutly Horrible and gross food 🙁☹️😩

We enjoyed this IHOP so much that we went there for breakfast, 2 mornings in a row. We had the same waitress both mornings. Kiddos to Norma for doing an amazing job.

This was one of the smallest but very clean IHOP's that I've been to. Our server was new but very attentive and mannerable. Everyone was busy with refilling the condiments or cleaning.sweeping and making sure the place was in excellent condition. They even came over and sang Happy Birthday to my aunt as it was her birthday. I was very happy with this location.

Man.... the food at this IHOP sucks. My expectations when coming here are already not high, but they really didn't care about the quality at all. Never coming back.

The waiter was friendly and attentive so not blaming him at all.

This place has gotten way too expensive! $9 for just 3 basic pancakes, they were good but not that good, is just too rich for my blood.

We came back and decided to give it another try, we expected the prices to be a bit high but the average for a breakfast for one is $16!!!! We left and are done here

Wow! I will never go back. Poor customer service and the food cold and salty. We were on our way to Disneyland and made a quick stop. We needed to keep asking for drinks, napkins, and utensils. Poor poor service.

I went for breakfast this morning after visit other location few years ago. Food was good but Hispanic old lady server was not friendly. I am not sure that I will revisit this place or not.
