This is a great place to get some baba tea. However, their smoothies are also great. I would highly recommend getting the coconut strawberry smoothie with strawberry poppers instead of the regular boba. It's a refreshing drink.

Big menu options. Ordered the shaved boba coffee topped with coffee ice cream, shaved mixed fruit topped with vanilla ice cream, and a honey milk tea with boba. The coffee ice cream is delicious and the fruit is fresh. The shaved ice is a good mix and refreshing. Not far from Knotts!

Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop by for a sweet tooth craving and go finish a bit of homework. The atmosphere is nice and everyone is very polite and welcoming.

Ordered Honeydew along with 6 other drinks.
All the other 6 drinks were ok but this honeydew had a chemical taste.
Look at the color in the picture.
We have ordered this elsewhere and it was never this neon colored.
Told the owner(?) about it and she said sorry she drank it.
Never been to a place where the boba shop refused tomake a new drink.
Ended up paying for a brand new drink.

I have gone a couple different times and google tells me it is open but when I get there it is closed. Hours need to be updated. Just be aware of time.

This place shares a parking lot with our hotel. While on vacation we have made a trip DAILY so far and gotten 4 drinks. The frosty milk tea #4, cookies amd cream and all the green teas are DELICIOUS. We are currently at 12 drinks from there & will continue to go for the remainder of our stay.

Grabbed a coffee on my way back to work. The store primarily serves boba so I wasn't expecting much but, oh boy... the coffee was rancid... Stale and old. Probably because of cheap beans, maybe uncleaned espresso machine or overextended water filter. Wasted money. Don't do it

Git two drink, a chocolate oreo shake, and strawberry banana smoothie with strawberry popping pears. Both were super yummy and super good, 10/10 would recomend ♡

Been here more times than I can count since it is on my way home from work. The Boba is always very yummy and drinks are as well. DEFINITELY would recommend trying the Frost Milk #4 as it is my fav! Wait time is reasonable and can be a bit long if they're packed, usually weekend for sure. Some of the drinks are sweeter than what I like but overall a good place to get my Boba "fix"

The boba coffee was amazing nice strong coffee taste. I always seek at place that sells good ice coffee better than starbucks. The cookies cream was good as well.

Their service was really bad. My daughter, wife and I got drink last saturday. One of the girl put stamps on the stamps card and it was full which was 10 stemps collected. The girl said i could can a free drink next time visit. Today I was there to get a free drink, they refused free drink. The owner said it was already redeemed last Satureday. I realized that it was the girl’s mistake Satureday. The owner showed me bad attitude and refused the drink. I was so frustraited and I will not use the store anymore. It was a terrible experience.

자주 이곳을 이용했던 사람입니다. 너무 화가 나고 어이없는 상황이라 리뷰합니다. 4일 전 저녁에 자녀와 함께 세 명이 저녁식사 후 들려 보바 3개를 시키고 계산을 하고 적립 도장을 찍었는데 근무하는 직원이 적립카드를 주면서 ‘다음에 사용하셔도 된다’고 말해서 3개 보바를 결제했습니다.
오늘 그 카드를 가지고 남편과 2개를 주문하며 적립카드로 하나 결제만 사용해 달라 했더니 사장님이라는 분이 자기네는 카드는 바로 사용한다고 그럴리 없다고 강하게 말하며 사용해 줄 수 없다 하더군요. 자녀와 통화로 그 상황을 확인시켰는데도 펄펄 뛰며 마치 저희가 공짜를 하나 먹고 싶어 온 것인양 해서 남편과 저는 황당했습니다. 너무 기분 나빠 결제를 다 해주고 나왔지만 마음이 씁쓸하고 지역 장사하시는 분의 태도가 너무 무례하더군요. 직원이 나오면 확인해서 다음에 해주겠다는데 다시는 가지 않을 생각입니다.

always good, personally I don't like the boba balls, but the Thai Tea Iced or Blended mmmm so good! LOVE how the cups r sealed b4 they give them to u, no pop on tops that pop OFF when u pick them up, nvr get our order wrong. I've never actually been inside to order or pick up, so I can't comment on the CS asspect of it. But for quality of goods, DEFINITELY give this place a try!

I did not have a great experience at Bobaholic. I ordered a strawberry smoothie with boba along with a coconut frappe. The smoothie was fine, but the frappe was pretty much all coffee. There was only coffee in it with no coconut flavor, which definitely surprised me. I expected a white coconut drink by itself, as I read from the menu a few times. Starbucks will let you know if a frappe has coffee in it or not, which should be standard practice. I let the man behind the counter know this, and he said all the frappes have coffee except for pistachio. There was no differentiation among the flavors to indicate this, but he offered nothing to make this right. That is certainly not customer service that is satisfactory. Unless they remedy this I will be going back to It's Boba Time going forward. Not recommended.

It's very hard to place the order when the machines are grinding and blending and you have to talk loud to place the order and they ask you what kind of toppings you want and you can't hear them and they don't display they're actual flavors so you can decide since you cannot hear them talk. They made a menu of toppings displayed somewhere!
