I waited a long time and its normal i get it. But not when my order was confused with a different one and i almost got charged 3xs more. And to know my order was not pushed thru… ? (One simple Iced lavender cream matcha). After waiting soo long, I wanted a straw, no straw . And the lid on the cup cheap..and flimsy it came off after my second sip spilled all over my shirt.. starbucks are messing up…. Not going there anymore…

Never had a wrong order and everything I got was great tasting.
Just wish they were the Starbucks that would stay open 24 Hrs.
They did it once but now they close at 1:30 am but open at 4:30 am.
That makes sense to someone who failed a business class.

Every day I order the same coffee in the morning, today I ordered it in the afternoon, I dont know what they gave me, its bitter and they added cream, I dont know why, I dont know if they train their workers because its not what I ordered, imagine ordering your favorite coffee and let them give you whatever they want

I want to give a shout and show much appreciation to the whole team! Ive been coming here for years, and the team is amazing! Working as certified pharmacy technician across the street at Walmart Ive have had some days and nights. 12-hour shifts, early days, long nights, the thoughtfulness from the team is great! For the first time we used the mobile app to order while sitting far back in the drive thru waiting. Thought it would be easier. When we got to the order window they said to place it earlier as it takes a few mins to get in. No problem. Except when we get to the pick up window we get chastised from the lady there we let her know we were already told and she just kept going like we were children that couldn t process being told once. I asked if we should pull in a spot so they could help people behind us and she said no. Then my drink wasn t even filled up. So disappointed and irritated how this was handled.

I came in through the drive thru today and a girl took my order and when I got to the window to pay it was a different person who charged me it was a male . BE AWARE OF what they charge you. I asked for a trenta dragon fruit with LIGHT ICE and they charged me an extra $1 but on the description it said no water extra base I asked the guy why was it that it said that on the description where it showed the extra $1 fee. He went ahead and said that it wasn t him who charged me that but that it was the girl who took my order. He explained that it was because I asked for light ice. And I said really? Since when do you guys charge for light ice? It doesn t charge for light ice when I place it through the mobile app and he said really ? I didn t know that so I went ahead and messaged customer service and I let them know that they are charging for light ice in a sneaky way. And customer service said they are NOT allowed to charge for light ice. Starbucks baristas shouldn t be charging extra for light ice especially if they are not allowed to. This is you guys stealing from people. Like really ? Does it come out of your pockets. Shake my head. And if you don t believe me Starbucks go ahead and check your footage and hear what they told me. I came in at 12pm in a black Jeep compass.

Got to the window realized I left my purse at home. Needed to set up Google pay with new card, so I told them I would drive around and come inside, because I didnt want to hold their line. Horrible service. Jenn with the rainbow hair the cashier was horrible. I placed my order with my wife. She was rude if the start but I assume she was habit. A bad day so I let it pass. Then I had placed my order same time as my wife and a sandwich and never got my drink. When my wife got All her order and people after me got their I asked what happen to my drink. She said it s being done in the order the orders were placed. Made no sense as I made mine with my wife. And people after got theirs and I never got mine. She never made an attempt to see what happen to my drink. More orders past and orders kept going made. She finally just yelled to get a my drink ready. That s when they finally made my drink in less then a min. Just horrible customer service. Didn t care about customer service. Pls management if you read this pls have a conversation with thus young girl. She does not know how to work.

States they a running low on trenta cups and Can only give a Grande water. When asked if they can fill my hydro flask to avoid using cups since they are running low I get told no. Ask for 3 cups of ice water and get told they are running low on ice and can t put ice in all the cups. Canceled my order all together which was $27 and some change. Won t be back especially if water and I are so hard to come by at this location

Gave me a total different order. I told them this wasnt what i ordered & I was told what I ordered was discontinued, and so they gave me a drink I didnt even like or knew what it was. The lady should have told me to begin with that they didnt have the drink I wanted, I literally just wasted my money, that was unprofessional of her. Update, I came back to this Starbuck years later to give it another try and they still gave me the complete wrong order again wrong ice coffee, asked for a warmed up banana bread and they gave it to me cold ! Save yourself some time & go to a different location

Decided to go thru drive thru since no parking was available and the batista was rude in regards to me not giving them enough time. Had some complicated drinks and didnt wanna struggle ordering thru drive thru. Either way the experience was horrible. Parking: Tried to order ahead since were from phx,AZ. Upon arrival seen that the drive thru lane blocks all parking and even obstructs traffic. Decided to go thru drive thru since no parking was available and the batista was rude in regards to me not giving them enough time. I do not like that I have to sign up for a rewards program to be able to order pickup. Also, to find this out after having to jump through hoops to even start the order in the first place.... This doesnt seem like a sound practice for a place that sells coffee. Why cant I just be a customer?

It was my First time using my mobile app to order ahead.. It was the most pleasant experience Ive had in a while... My drinks were sitting ready and waiting for me to get there... I will say it didnt take them very long to fulfill my order soo my drinks were sitting for a little bit (totally my fault)... Next time Ill order when Im a little closer to the store... Excellent service ... .. . Definite Go to Drinks- Venti Iced Caramel Macchitto and either Venti Dragon Drink or the Pink Drink... .. . They are Must Haves ... .. .!!! Vegetarian options: There egg white bites, impossible breakfast sandwiches, protein boxes etc... Parking: There is wheelchair accessible parking and entrance

Every single charging port is inaccessible. Plenty of seating though. And staff seemed good. But no where to plug in your laptop or phone or iPad :( please put a sign on the door that lets people know they will not have the option to charge their devices as my laptop is dead and have to find another location

I stopped by to grab coffees and act throb the drive through. It was surprisingly really fast. I ordered 3 frapps. And a vector ice coffee. They were all on point. A young lady named Merg helped me. I absolutely loved her and so did my grandson. He loves mickey mouse and so does she. She was talking to him (hes 2) about mickey while we waited for our drinks and bacon bites. She even drew a mickey mouse on his water cup!! I will definitely be back! She was awesome! Thanks Merg and all the baristas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I use to work at Starbucks so I know how hard they work.

I usually go here after going to Walmart or going to Petsmart. After my dog gets her pawdicure, we usually sit outside and she basks under the sun. I usually get her a water and puppacino. I usually get an ice tea. Forgot to mention. The staff is nice, about two times they messed up my order but I got to try their impossible sammich which I ended up liking a lot. So no harm about that. The Starbucks is clean looking not neglected and they do have napkins. Some Starbucks dont refill their napkins throughout the day... I wont name them.

I buy frappuccino at least 3 times a week in this place,, and every time it tastes different, if Im lucky it tastes very good but I really see that there is no exact recipe, today they made the wrong measurement and apart from that I knew pure literal milk, the coffee shines by its absence,,,, the most expensive coffee does not have quality control

Worst experience ever. Waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to help me out. My dog was really really really thirsty and all I wanted was a cup of water for him. Hes just a puppy. Poor thing. All the people working here were staring at me but never came to help me. So rude. Once I asked for the water, I had to wait for another 10 minutes and still didnt get it and so I got mad at theyre rude behavior and just left. My poor dog. I dont care if your busy or if there are a lot of customers, you have to treat your customers well. It takes 5 seconds to get someone water. Most of the workers werent even working rather, sitting in the back giggling. Seriously never coming back here again. BTW I came here at 11 pm on a Sunday night. Please dont ever ever hire workers like this its just bad for the business and customer experience overall.

Posted time is listed to close at 1am. Got there at 815. Waited almost 10 minutes in the drive thru to discover that a line was waiting for no reason. No one was there. My opinion is simple. Change your posted hours of operation if your not going to have people there. Waste of gas an time. Wouldnt recommend going to this location anytime thats evening since you dont know when they will really be open.

Associates were talking around and literally flirting with a customer. Waited about 5 mins until a cashier came up and took our order. Seemed like all the baristas were out of place. No one seemed to want to be there. Manager or shift lead was writing things and never coached his employees to not be flirting or chit chatting while customers need attention. The drinks were alright. Literally only reason I can give them 2 stars.

Worst Starbucks on the planet! Placed a mobile order at 12.49pm app said estimated pick up time 1:06pm. Showed up and waited until 1:19 pm. Asked cashier to cancel and for reimbursement, she said oh they are making it now waited another 10 minutes! An Asian lady seemed to be observing , maybe the manager... she sees Im getting aggravated and did not even acknowledge . I go to Starbucks every single morning of the week before work & this starbucks gave me the worst experience in my life . The woman who was at the drive thru window seemed like she hated her job after waiting so long for my drink in line my iced coffee was watered down & she did not say a word to me when I pulled up just scanned my app passed my drink over and not a single goodmorning or anything. I did a mobile order, pick up in store since i know line in drive thru is slow, i tried to open both doors and 5 baristas didn t even acknowledged i was standing at the door, 3 baristas continue to laugh and talk to each other. A quick hand sign will be appreciated but preferred to just ignore. I went back to my car, barista approach the door but didn t open it till she saw be turning in my car and exiting Starbucks. Starbucks @ Beach blvd in-front of Porto s much better in costumer service. Starbucks need to hire or trained employees on communication skills.
