By far one of the best sbuxs, Ive encountered the employees seem calm, happy, and enjoy being themeselves at work. And play really good music. Luvs how vibrant the enviroment is, and how they manage an treat their employees. Working as certified pharmacy technician across the street at Walmart Ive have had some days and nights. 12-hour shifts, early days, long nights, the thoughtfulness from the team is great! For the first time we used the mobile app to order while sitting far back in the drive thru waiting. Thought it would be easier. When we got to the order window they said to place it earlier as it takes a few mins to get in. No problem. Except when we get to the pick up window we get chastised from the lady there we let her know we were already told and she just kept going like we were children that couldn t process being told once. I asked if we should pull in a spot so they could help people behind us and she said no. Then my drink wasn t even filled up. So disappointed and irritated how this was handled.

I came in through the drive thru today and a girl took my order and when I got to the window to pay it was a different person who charged me it was a male . BE AWARE OF what they charge you. I asked for a trenta dragon fruit with LIGHT ICE and they charged me an extra $1 but on the description it said no water extra base I asked the guy why was it that it said that on the description where it showed the extra $1 fee. He went ahead and said that it wasn t him who charged me that but that it was the girl who took my order. He explained that it was because I asked for light ice. And I said really? Since when do you guys charge for light ice? It doesn t charge for light ice when I place it through the mobile app and he said really ? I didn t know that so I went ahead and messaged customer service and I let them know that they are charging for light ice in a sneaky way. And customer service said they are NOT allowed to charge for light ice. Starbucks baristas shouldn t be charging extra for light ice especially if they are not allowed to. This is you guys stealing from people. Like really ? Does it come out of your pockets. Shake my head. And if you don t believe me Starbucks go ahead and check your footage and hear what they told me. I came in at 12pm in a black Jeep compass.

Horrible service. Jenn with the rainbow hair the cashier was horrible. I placed my order with my wife. She was rude if the start but I assume she was habit. A bad day so I let it pass. Then I had placed my order same time as my wife and a sandwich and never got my drink. When my wife got All her order and people after me got their I asked what happen to my drink. She said it s being done in the order the orders were placed. Made no sense as I made mine with my wife. And people after got theirs and I never got mine. She never made an attempt to see what happen to my drink. More orders past and orders kept going made. She finally just yelled to get a my drink ready. That s when they finally made my drink in less then a min. Just horrible customer service. Didn t care about customer service. Pls management if you read this pls have a conversation with thus young girl. She does not know how to work.

Gave me a total different order. I told them this wasnt what i ordered & I was told what I ordered was discontinued, and so they gave me a drink I didnt even like or knew what it was. I stopped by to grab coffees and act throb the drive through. It was surprisingly really fast. I ordered 3 frapps. And a vector ice coffee. They were all on point. A young lady named Merg helped me. I absolutely loved her and so did my grandson. He loves mickey mouse and so does she. She was talking to him (hes 2) about mickey while we waited for our drinks and bacon bites. She even drew a mickey mouse on his water cup!! I will definitely be back! She was awesome! Thanks Merg and all the baristas. I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I usually go here after going to Walmart or going to Petsmart. After my dog gets her pawdicure, we usually sit outside and she basks under the sun. I usually get her a water and puppacino. I usually get an ice tea. Forgot to mention. The staff is nice, about two times they messed up my order but I got to try their impossible sammich which I ended up liking a lot. So no harm about that. The Starbucks is clean looking not neglected and they do have napkins. Some Starbucks dont refill their napkins throughout the day... I wont name them.

Worst experience ever. Waited 10 minutes at the counter for someone to help me out. My dog was really really really thirsty and all I wanted was a cup of water for him. Hes just a puppy. Poor thing. All the people working here were staring at me but never came to help me. So rude. Once I asked for the water, I had to wait for another 10 minutes and still didnt get it and so I got mad at theyre rude behavior and just left. My poor dog. I dont care if your busy or if there are a lot of customers, you have to treat your customers well. It takes 5 seconds to get someone water. Most of the workers werent even working rather, sitting in the back giggling. Seriously never coming back here again. BTW I came here at 11 pm on a Sunday night. I did a mobile order, pick up in store since i know line in drive thru is slow, i tried to open both doors and 5 baristas didn t even acknowledged i was standing at the door, 3 baristas continue to laugh and talk to each other. A quick hand sign will be appreciated but preferred to just ignore. I went back to my car, barista approach the door but didn t open it till she saw be turning in my car and exiting Starbucks.
