Awesome arabic vibes. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Food was good 👍 Combo mix was great, delicious kibbeh, and I never tasted a good falafel as this one (inside is yellow not green!!!). Shawarma can be improved, it didn’t taste so good and it was too oily. Hookah was smooth. Overall great experience.

So $60 later and I couldn’t stay longer than an hour, the chicken was dry , the kabob was dry the hummus is the most pathetic I have ever tried, and that’s all you get! Hookah tasted like no one has ever cleaned it,

Can you at least work on the food? I seen shitholes worse than this place that was doing good because the food was good, and hire more servers? You have one guy running around like a chicken with its head cut off

Great ambience. Food is great- their chicken kebab plate and falafel plate was yum. At this location they have salsa class as well. Great place for fun with family and friends. Their seatings are amazing. It s outside open to sky. People allergic to hookah are not recommended I believe. Pita bread was fresh and yummy. Ask for spicy sauce it s awesome especially when you order kebab plates. They have special offer for college students for dance especially every Thursday.

Great place for food family and friends , service is very fast and courteous. They go out of their way to make authentic Egyptian fair in a perfect flavor and home style. We went as a group on Saturday 02/17/2024 evening, it was not well organized the main singer came out very late at night, the sound system was not working well, then the food was not good, for the price we paid , no coffee and desert included, no fruits at the end. We went to many parties and we can tell the difference. The hookah was all over when it should be on one side of the area, not everyone can handle the smoke. They should have had some kind of questions on tickets for this issue.

Service is horrible. It took him over an hour and a half to empty an ashtray. We booked a VIP table for six of us and they started wanting to shove tables next to us when we paid the full price not the discounted price. I personally made a phone call to them asking about the alcohol. She said they had an open bar and she never told me even though I asked her if I could bring my own bottle of alcohol and it upset me even more going in to the restaurant and seeing everybody carrying their own bottle of alcohol. They charge me a $275 for a bottle of alcohol that s not even worth 50 bucks in a regular store. Now I know clearly why half the hall was empty it s your service. This will be the first and last time I attend Any of your events. You guys need to improve your service because you re definitely gonna lose us as customers.

Food is terrible. Food freshness is never a matter of a personal taste when the hummus have been clearly bought from the market next door and the stuffed grape leaves were canned for sure and served on a plate! I could taste the can preservatives. I am Middle Eastern/Jordanian married to a Lebanese and know how original cuisine should be, especially when its fresh. Everything seems like its been reheated and refried, thus very dry. Lots of kids there, cranky, crying toddlers and some 5-6 years old running all around. I dont blame them at 11pm and after midnight. They should have not been brought to stay this late anyway. The band and singers are mideocre.

They advertise the food package appetizer with a dinner for $49.99 when I received the bill ! that 4999 became $90 It was written very small in the bottom that s for two person !!! my opinion that s old cheap advertisement for four people. I went with a group of friends to the Golden Rose in April. They had an incredible buffet set up for Ramadan. The food was amazing and delicious! I was able to try dishes I had never heard of before. One that made a distinct impression on me was mansaf. Wow, was it fantastic! It is a lamb dish, and I normally don t care for lamb. This dish completely changed my mind. I absolutely love it! We had such a fun experience that I decided to take my husband and son back the next week to celebrate my son s birthday. I called the day before and spoke with Theresa to ask if they would have mansaf when we returned. Even though they change the menu at that time, she made sure they would have it there when we returned. I will always remember the exceptional service I received from Theresa and the staff! They were all so kind and accommodating! I m finally leaving this review today because we will be going there for dinner again tonight and I can t wait!!!

I ve known this place for over 15 years that has gone through many ownerships. The most recent owner, zizi, is exceptional who has demonstrated a splendid customer service and equally important a party atmosphere where families and strangers gather to celebrate any occasion together. The most successful this restaurant has ever experienced compared to any previous ownership. And her attention to detail is amazing. She leads by example as her team members also demonstrate great welcoming experience. If you haven t tried this place then you re definitely missing out. So we went to Golden Rose on the weekend and I was very disappointed. Let me start with food, there was barely any maza on the table, no tabouleh, no Kibbe, even for main dish only chicken and Kabab no chops this time. On the top of that our alcohol drinks were served in cheap plastic cups! Excuse me but I am not in McDonalds here!!! A couple pays minimum of $400 to go to Golden Rose, which is obviously expensive, and it s fine we know we will pay that much but at least give your customers the food and service! And by the way the reason I am writing this is not to discourage people from going there, no but I am really hoping that the management/owner will actually improve the food and service. Thank you!

Zizi, the owner, isn t that nice of a woman and so are her employees. The word going around, while I can t be certain, is that she promotes unethical practices. Hostesses, males and females, at the door are bee2a and rude, seemingly from the deepest getto of the Middle East. Aside from that, the place is a lot of fun and food and music are great. These are just merely impressions and are not confirmed in anyway. Use your discretion.

Terrible customer service!!! And food was not great. I made reservations for 12 of us. No one informed me when I made the reservation that it was a set menu per person and everyone even those who didn t want to eat had to pay $50-$70 . And that included a soft drink. They brought water bottles out for everyone and a pitch of flat coke and seven up. When the bill came I noticed after paying and getting home that the charged us $30 for water and double charged for the drinks. I called them right away and they agreed to refund me, but said they couldn t refund my card, that I had to come by (45 min drive). Then when I tried to arrange a time they completely ignored me. Unprofessional and rude! When I discussed this incident with others, they said the same thing happened to them. What a terrible way to do business. You loose out on repeat customers! Response to owner: so now you are calling your customers liars?!? Wow!!! When multiple people complain about the same thing, you should look at your operations, nor blame the customer. I even showed you the receipts where there were double charges.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. This place was the worst place I ve ever been to. You are forced to pay $60 a person (nobody ever mentioned that to us upon entry) my 2 friends left right away when they found it was $60 for the food they bring out (..that they pick for you). It s kind of ridiculous why youre forced to pay 60 per person for food when you re not even hungry ( does not include the hookah or drinks) We let our server know before the food was brought out that they were leaving. Our server said no they are still getting charged because they sat down.. mind you they left after 5 min. The food on the other hand was terrible. For 60 a person you would think that the food and service would be great. But it was the complete contrary. We had a terrible server.. she was rude and looked like she was not wanting to be there. She kept rolling her eyes when we called her over to order a drink. We had to remind her about our drink every time. Our drinks took forever.. When the food was brought out it was already cold. The meat was dry and over cooked. The hummus really tasted like it was bought from the corner store. And the pita bread was hard. Overall the experience was terrible. The manager would not refund the 2 people that left right away when we first got there. We argued about it For 1/2 hr ..he finally said he would take the charge out for the 2 people that left but I am still waiting for my refund. Would not recommend anyone to come here. There are better Mediterranean restaurants out there.. don t waste your money here.

Don t go there! We went there for Iftar. We called and confirmed that there s live music. Upon entry, we asked again if there s live music and they confirmed. There was no live music. They played ver loud and annoying music over the speakers. The food was mediocre to say the least. Many dishes were not fresh. The sweets were very limited and not that good. They charged us for Costco water bottles even though we didn t order them.

I ve never been to this place before. At first I was amazed by the place, in shock of the amount of space they had. I went around 6:45-10pm. This place is a great spot to spend time talking to someone. During those times it s relatively quiet with some music. I ordered some food and enjoyed it very much. The staff was amazing. Probably the reason, I will be back. Uncle George was truly a warming attendant to my evening. He made me feel like family. Eventually the music started playing and they had a live band. Amazing talent. I believe for the first time I ve tried Hookah it was EXTREMELY SMOOTH. So much so I didn t believe I had taken much in. The seating was outside so make sure you bring a sweater if you go later. I spoke with the owner who was very thankful for our time there. Truly an experience I d love to visit again. Oh and by the way the tiramisu was delicious after a few minutes to defrost. A most lovely desert to end the night.

I thought the food was good but the first time I tried my credit card got declined so I went and got cash . The reason my card was declined is the credit card terminal operatored by the staff tryed to charge me 170 instead of 17 I didnt find out until I saw my list of transactions . Not blaming anyone mistakes happen that why I still gave it 3 stars . Edit =I believe it was Christmas Eve not really busy there was only one table eating and no server it was a guy with a tablet

Definitely NOT Mediterranean taste or presentation! Fatush salad too plain no flavor and rice also no flavor at all! Very disappointed also with low quality of olive oil in hummus and lebne just like canola oil with awful after taste in your mouth for few hours with hard burn! Not going back for food!

Good Environment, big fun polite hostess , but the only issues they have is the kitchen, the need to change the type of meet and spicy, smells not god and meet once it cold you can t eat it

The food and ambiance were perfect for our holiday celebration with friends. I loved seeing several big birthday party celebrations. The belly dancing and hookah made it more memorable. We will definitely return.
