Julian our server made the experience one of the best dinners I've ever been to! He was so nice and his attitude was so refreshing after being used to waiters acting like they don't care! He was extremely polite and fun to talk to and made sure our dinner was perfect and was constantly making sure we were happy with everything. Just his customer service alone makes me want to come to dinner here again asap, thank you Julian for the wonderful dinner and service!!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with dark wood accents and soft lighting. The steaks are expertly cooked and full of flavor. The sides are equally delicious, from the creamy mashed potatoes to the crispy onion rings. The service is impeccable, attentive, but not intrusive.

My family and I love this Black Angus location it’s always clean with really friendly staff. I would recommend reservations for holidays even Mother’s Day! We had dinner tonight and it was delicious! I must say I do not recommend the crème brûlée. It was burnt on top and very frozen on the bottom. It was disappointing but the rest of the visit was really good! The atmosphere is really fun with the cowboy style art. Also the prices have been raised this year as it has everywhere else!

Have eaten here about 3 times in the last year so far. Services is always good and friendly. Plenty of parking outside. The place is mostly clean. During my last visit a few weeks ago my niece ordered a burger medium well and it looked great when it arrived. However, when she bit into it she had a 3" x 2" strip of greasy paper in her mouth. This was either paper from the burger or from the cheese. We don't know. The waiter and manager were alerted and they offered to replace the burger with a fresh one and comp the meal. They also gave her a free dessert for the trouble. The waiter apologized profusely every time he came to the table. For this I'll say service is great. However, they need to pay more attention in the kitchen to begin with.

It's my understanding that a restaurant chain would have a similar quality of their service and quality. It is not the case in this location. The steak was not as tasty, not as tender as other locations.

The service was great! Our waitress helped us pick out our food and she kept checking in on us. We also got the chocolate cake but we had it to go. It was a good serving with fudge and ice cream. We both ordered the loaded potato soup, so good! He got the ribeye topped with mushrooms and it was cooked well. I got the New York medallions, surprisingly very good. I thought it would be tough and dry but I was mistaken. Our meal was very good and the service was outstanding.

My meal was perfect !! My steaks temp was on point and the sweet potato was a great choice. Only wish was that I was craving a Moscato wine which they did not have. No biggie. Best meal I've had in a while and I've worked on the restaurant business for a while now.

My friend and I decided to go to Black Angus to get the campfire feast on 1/3/2025. We had a horrible experience. We got seated right away as there were hardly any customers in the restaurant, so we thought, oh, this may go fast. They sat us at a table but literally waited a good 10 min before anyone asked us for our drinks or at least give us water and what was upsetting was that we seen 4 servers just standing around laughing and telling stories in front of us. I gave eye contact to them several times as they smiled, but no question if I've been helped or needed anything. So finally we got someone to come to our table and I asked to be placed at another table because i didn't want their service. We thought the service would be different by moving tables, but no, it was the same slow service. I wrote enough, so let me make this short. We got our food, and there were nats flying everywhere. They got in our food and we couldn't eat it. The manager admitted to the nat problem. The manager gave us half off, which $44 is all we paid. The little that my friend ate, it was disgusting. he got what i believed was food poison because he kept throwing up and having the runs that night and the whole weekend. Sorry, but i will not be going there again.

What a great deal that I got through the DoorDash app. Buy one, get one free! Steak and shrimp duo, comes with bread and 2 sides. I got the loaded bake potato soup and the mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection and my order was on time. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back. Employees were very courteous and made sure to open the door for me.

I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time going to black angus, and it was such an amazing experience. They have a meal deal for 2 where you get 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 4 sides, and a dessert for $69. To me that's a deal and I was hungry too haha. The meat was cooked to perfection, and all their sides were all delicious. I'd go back again definitely. 9.5/10 for me

Aunque en esta última visita dejo que desear, los términos no eran los que pedimos y en específico mi 3/4 estaba termino 1/2 y más cocido de un lado que de otro, el side si estaba bueno pero la estrella que les falta en ambiente es debido a que había muchos insectos pequeños volando dentro del local y se juntaban en las mesas atraídos por los focos.

The food was incredibly delicious! The baked potato soup was perfect. The top sirloin was cooked exactly as I ordered, and the au gratin potatoes were cheesy and wonderful. But the best part by far was the cheery attentiveness and kindness of our amazing server Brooke.

On August 4th Me and my family went to this restaurant for diner,
the waiter charged double than what he should have charged, the total was $306 and we gave him 2 credit cards, one of which he had to charge $50 and the other $256, but he charged $306 for each one, when we ask why he call the manager and she said they will make the refund but they never refund the money to the credit cards.

Where do I start? I've been coming to this location since the 80's. I was there to celebrate my birthday with my spouse. At about 6pm the restaurant was not busy at all. It took over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged!! Only after I took a walk around the bar, did someone come to seat us. When the check came we were overcharged by $40 for one extra meal. Top that off, the refund for the overcharged bill was going to take one week to get back. Meanwhile the corrected bill was charged as well. So my dinner for two was temporarily going to cost me $250! One of the leads came to explain the overcharge, but offered no apology.
The food was delicious per usual, no complaints there. I ordered a drink from the bar, it came wrong. Wasn't worried about that. The restaurant itself could use major cleaning and some reupholstery for the booths which are all tearing and shredded. I personally love the old style of the original Stuart Anderson's so an update is not necessary, but replacing the textiles might be! The menu's were handed to us wet and kind of sticky? Everything just felt super dirty. Not the best of my experiences here. Truly disappointed in what it has become.

I had the pleasure of dining at Black Angus Steakhouse in Anaheim, California, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Arriving an hour and a half before closing time, I was thrilled to find a Black Angus, a once-favorite restaurant from my home state that's become a rare gem over the past decade. The restaurant’s ample parking made it easy to locate, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable air-conditioned atmosphere upon entering.

The interior decor and seating booths instantly made me feel at home. The restaurant was immaculate, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The gentleman who greeted us at the door and seated us was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

Our server, Kassie, was an absolute delight. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she handled all our questions with ease and a warm smile. We started with appetizers, and the deep-fried zucchini was out of this world! Every dish that came out of the kitchen that night was perfectly executed. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous and satisfying. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what we hoped for.

The entire dining experience exceeded our expectations. It’s not often we go out to eat and find both the service and food so exceptional, and this visit was no exception. Kassie made us feel like royalty, and her attentiveness was outstanding.

To the manager of this Black Angus location: Bravo! Your team deserves a round of applause. A special thank you to all the staff who made our evening so enjoyable. Although I didn’t take pictures of the food (a regret since it was beautifully prepared), the quality of the meal and the service left such a strong impression that photos seemed unnecessary.

I promised Kassie I’d share my thoughts on our visit, and I’m delighted to do so. She, along with the rest of the team, truly went above and beyond. I hope this review reaches the attention of the lead at this location and that each employee scheduled that evening is recognized for their excellent work. Got a median ribeye, gratin, soup, and a béarnaise sauce. The steak is great for its price. The sauce is wrong.

The little cup of sauce in the photo right there is nothing close to a Béarnaise sauce. But shouldn’t ask too much from a budget steakhouse. Btw my server was CJ, great guy.

We ordered their tomahawk for two and was pretty impressed with the quality and sides. Definitely can feed more than two people. For $129 I would recommend it. There were fruit flies flying around, and had to shoo them away, but other than that, good food and service was great.

The restaurant was infested with nets flying all over the restaurant. You could not enjoy your food or drinks because the nets were taking control. The bad part is that the waitress indicated that they are aware of the problem and it was nothing they could do because the nets are all over the restaurant. They need to close down a few days and have the nets' situation taken care of. I will never go back there.

I used to go there and my buddy.Salvador Is the waiterHe does an awesome job Always tip him well.. One of the main reasons.I go there they have the spinach artichoke dip.. Well not anymore.. The state was smaller than Normal I tried the ribs It seems if they were boiled Is very soft Just different.. The waitress I had Was leaving it like six thirty or seven pm She was nowhere to be found the whole time.Maybe she was trying to get out of there finishing up.I don't know but very poor service.. I don't see myself going back there again.. In my opinion Outback steakhouse has a better steak And blue cheese wedge salad Is with the bassomic topping.. Just much better quality.It used to be the other way around , but not any more.. For me it's outback for now on Is when I want a good steak

Service was slow and somewhat inattentive. I never got a refill of my water when I asked and had to wait a while for each course. I had to ask for the bread which should have been brought automatically. The bread was not warm, as I expected it to be. Filet mignon was okay and cooked as ordered, but had some inedible parts. The sides, appetizer and dessert were good.

Haven't written a food review in quite a while, but my dinner last night was so good that I have to write one. My server was "Sal", an older gentleman who's quiet demeanor, made us feel like we were in the most exclusive Hollywood restaurant. It was an "old school" type of professional service that I haven't seen in a long time.

I ordered a New York Strip with garlic butter, a garden salad and loaded potato with bacon and blue cheese. I have eaten at the top steakhouses in Orange County, and some in L.A., but from recent memory, this is the best steak I have eaten in a long time. The right amount of char on the outside and juiciness and deep beefy flavor of an aged steak, combined with the garlic butter was absolutely outstanding.

The loaded potato with bacon and blue cheese was also in a very good ratio of topping to potato, so I still got the flavor of the potato with bursts of bacony goodness and bit of blue cheese creaminess. The flavors complemented the steak and made for an awesome bite.

The Garden salad was not some little saucer plate with a couple leaves and one tomato, but rather a full plate of mixed greens and veggies that provided enough fiber for the steak to come. Before all that, we got 2 loaves of their complementary brown bread, which is served hot and a side of whipped butter that is very easy to spread.

Overall, this meal made Black Angus, my new go-to steakhouse. Yes, the meal was THAT good.

Just stopped in for phoned-in takeout and decided to wait at the bar. Dennise was awesome with a great greeting, excellent service and knew when to check on us and when to leave us be. The atmosphere was great and we ended up staying much longer than scheduled??
The takeout order was accurate and exactly as anticipated. We appreciate that you can depend on the consistency of their delicious food regardless of what location you’re at.
This isn’t our local Black Angus but when we are out this way we will definitely stop in.

Black Angus rocks! The Campfire Feast is one of the best deals of any chain restaurant. Where else can you get a boneless ribeye and a full rack of baby backs with apps, sides, and dessert for $65? Shout out to Justine who took care of us last week even though I was a little annoying with my order. She was patient and treated me and my son great. Definitely will be back!

If you're looking for petite steak, delicious shrimp, big potatoes, decadent smooth smashed potatoes. This is NOT the place. The most dry potatoes (sand texture) tiny steak, soggy shrimp. DO NOT waste your money!!!!!

Food was good. Steak was your cookie cutter variety meat. Tender filet yet cooked like on an assembly line... no special ingredients go into their process, and apparently aging isn't well thought out. Felt like I was eating at Outback or Texas Roadhouse. Mashed potatoes were on point and the Salad and appys were very tasty. That bread though, OMG.

Haven't been to Black Angus in awhile, now I know why.
Been craving for prime rib, the meat had tons of tough parts, very much under season.
We ordered the sampler dish, very oily.
We were seated in a booth, my back cushing very worn out, the party seated behind me ,by constant bouncing his back on back of chair.
I dont think I will return.

Food was great but, our server, Olga, was very forgetful. Had to be reminded about the bread. Also, I ordered a Pepsi with no ice and it didn't arrive until the meal arrived. My drink had ice, which I can understand as it was busy. However, I had to repeatedly ask for a refill which only came when we were getting ready to leave. Very disappointing.

Ordered for delivery. Didn’t get things we ordered, plus food was not even slightly warm. Called to ask where the missing stuff was they said “it’s right here you can come and pick it up if you want” terrible service won’t be suggesting to anyone.

The food was great. They have surprisingly wonderful cocktails. They also had a sign up for a pairing event that sounded fun. The music was a bit loud but understandable due to we were sat in the bar area. Staff was good but could be a bit better. The bathrooms were clean but needed updating. All in all it was a amazing dinner. Will go again.

I have been eating at Black Angus for 45 years. Tonight, my wife and I chose to eat here because we like it. I had the 12 oz ribeye with a lettuce wedge and a baked potato. It was all wonderful and the service was great!

Incredibly good all the way around. Server was great and helpful. Food was cooked perfectly and left our party, some regulars goers, more than pleased. Even saying it was a massive improvement from the last time they were there.

The best mashed potatoes and broccoli. Love the cheese bread and lobster. Steak had good flavor and yes the mango ice tea is the way to go. Good friendly staff.

We went back finally to try them again and they failed again. Our dinner was not hot but lukewarm. I sent my steak back to be hot and the one in return was not the same cut and thinner and had a lot of grissel. My husband prime rib was not hot either.The soup also was not hot. The bread and salad was the best.
Only good thing is we seen they upgraded which wasn't so dark anymore.

The food was great but the bread was hard and not eatible.The waitress started out good then we felt forgotten until time to leave and we asked for dessert to go instead.

Caught a nice happy hour here and was quite impressed! The chicken tenders were perfectly breaded. The shot and beer combo was perfect. Was very happy w the little food and drink I dud have!
