IHOP

Today, I woke up craving a t-bone steak and eggs before work, so I decided to go to IHOP. As soon as I walked in, I told the person at the register that I wanted a t-bone steak and eggs meal. To my surprise, it came with pancakes, and to my even bigger surprise, the total came out to a whopping $36.85. Despite the high price, I still left a $4 tip.

I got to work around 5 am and began to dig into my $40 meal. The food was well-packaged and the customer service was excellent. The scrambled eggs needed seasoning, and I'm glad I asked for A1 Sauce for my t-bone steak becauseit needed more seasoning. The pancakes were fat and fluffy and they were delicious.

Overall, the food was okay and the customer service was great. I would come back, but I probably won't get the t-bone steak and eggs again. If you are ever up late or early in the morning and have the munchies, come to this IHOP because it's open 24/7.

Once they were seated, they ordered and her cousin Jingle Mata Rojas, ordered the CAPTAINS SEAFOOD PLATTER🐠🦞
We had just finished eating. But that platter left me ahankering for that DELICIOUS L👀king battered fish.
Which brings me (FINALLY) to why we went to the BURBANK iHop.
I told Daniella (Burbank iHop Waitress) why we were there and she went- BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY, and brought me a CAPTAINS SEAFOOD PLATTER, to show me what I’d get, if I wanted it.
It L👁️👁️KED as appealing and EXACTLY the same as the platter in Camarillo, so I ordered it and when finished eating (all of it), I was in iHop Heaven!!
We were so (happily) satisfied, we left Daniela a $20 tip, on a $58 Bill total.
This iHop is only about 2 blocks North from Burbank Blvd, next to Interstate 5.
There’s some street parking and the iHop parking lot has about 20 spaces on it.

Pancakes good. But paid over $16 for bacon/cheese brown omelet...it was not good! Way too brown with black stuff...probably cooked on dirty grill.

Fast and friendly service. Very busy Friday am @10am. Staff very friendly. Very clean also. Ordered ham and cheese Omlette, chicken fajita Omlette, French toast, and eggs and bacon. Served hot and tasty. Service was excellent. We always stop in when visiting Burbank.

The service was quick and friendly... I took a chance stopping in because I needed to get to the airport early but wanted to have breakfast with my Son before I left Burbank...the server assured me I'd be okay and I was...the food was very good too! 😋

Got great service despite coming in at 9:30pm on a weeknight. Staff was attentive and helpful, and the food was perfect as always. Waited for 15 minutes in this restaurant after being seated. There were 2 tables with guests and I watched the waitress give out food and go about her daily tasks and ignore me so I left. I will not return to this restaurant

Didn't see hotdogs on the menu, however I ordered sausage with my breakfast and got hotdog.

After reading the response from IHOP, I'm confused. How is getting a hotdog with your breakfast a good thing. It comes with breakfast sausage. Hope to see me soon they say, I hope you figure out what sausage is soon.

Really cheap yet really good at Ihoppy Hour! Our bill was only 50+ for 5 meals, 2 appetizers and a coffee. Really cheap. We are a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) We all left Ihop full and still with some to go. Service was great and it was not crowded.

One of the worst locations to go to. Lady who started her shift at 11pm had a horrible attitude. She was very racist and did not want to take out order. I say racist because after we decided to leave we made a comment that she did not want to serve us and she began stating racist remarks and even called one of our guest a fat pig. I will never return to this location nor recommend this place to anyone else.

I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 because the food is actually pretty good, whenever I can get it. However, don't ever bother trying to order from them at night, their customer service at night is horrendous. They claim everywhere they're open 24 hrs, but yet they stop taking orders between like 8pm-7am. I once tried to order from them late at night since they claime to be open 24 hrs and I tried to place an ASAP pick up order online and it said the soonest it'd be available was 7:15am, as if they were currently closed. This wasn't on a holiday or anything either that could affect the hours, this was on a normal day. I called them to see if every single sign saying they're open 24 hrs is correct, and someone answered but didn't say anything. I hung up and called again and it went straight to an automated voice message that said something along the lines of "sorry, everyone is currently busy, please call back later." I don't understand why they bother to stay open 24 hrs if they stop taking orders during certain hours, might as well just close.

Terrible customer service.

Went in with my girlfriend at 11pm to pick up her order through the app. She was too shy to speak up so I went in with her. An old lady employee said, "What do you need?" instead of "How can I help you?". It shows she didn't care for her job but I let it slide.

I showed the receipt, verified the location, and was told that they received no order and I had to call in the morning to talk to their boss. And to call the number on the receipt to "call the app".

She explained that the app sends them the order and if they don't have the order on their screen, they can't do anything. I asked her where on the receipt I should call, but she didn't know nor offered to help. I told her it was an inconvenience for people who order food for pick up and she said there was nothing she can do and shooed us away. No apology at all. The only phone number on the receipt leads to that IHOP. There's no "calling the app" nor anything on the app for refunds.

While walking away, she said to her coworker, "I don't even know why she ordered through the app if she can't even work through the app. It's crazy how they don't understand how the app works." and I asked her what was that.

She started asking intimidating questions like "How old are you?" and "Where do you work?" She was trying to look down on me. As a director in a fast food restaurant for four years, I know good customer service when I see it. She insulted my girlfriend for looking like she doesn't want to be there, but she was timid and not confrontational. I answered her questions and respectfully gave her advice on how to properly treat customers.

She yelled out sarcastically, "Have a good day, sir!" while interrupting me talking. I told her I don't handle disrespect and one thing I don't do is I don't back down and I will get my point across, but she still screamed out loud repeatedly, "Have a good day, sir!" while walking away. I finished up with what I had to say and walked away with my girlfriend.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know her name, but she was an old lady in her 60s with black hair who worked at BJ's and she seem agitated to be working there since it looks like she started her shift in at 11pm.

DO NOT go there at 11pm. As long as she works there. She doesn't know how to do her job correctly and needs more training. All we could afford was IHOP and now we're left starving for the night. My girlfriend spent 12 pancoins, the equivalent of $60 and this is the respect we get? Unbelievable. I expected more from an IHOP than a McDonald's.

A few days ago I was invited to be a part of my Mother in law’s Birthday dinner. I was lucky enough to have the night off since I cook for a living and I am always happy to attend a meal that I don’t have to cook.
Until I found out where the dinner was. I honestly love IHOP as a brand but the Burbank location has never given me good service.
Today was no different and with us being one of three tables that was an accomplishment.
We were seated and our order was taken then we just felt forgotten. We got our food but we had to flag our server down for refills. I would hope that with so few tables that we would have more attentive service. Honestly I don’t understand how this location is still open.

This was always my go to spot but after what happened on 4/13/2024 at around 10PM I will no longer be coming here. Me and 4 friends walked in and got seated right away. Our waiter had a little bit of attitude and was completely lost, he kept interrupting us while we were ordering and when my friends little sister that is 12 years old ordered off the kid menu. He said to her “ that is only for little kids” (then looks at her) and continues to say “ but just this one time I’ll let it slide” and still managed to get 3/5 of our orders wrong. After ordering it, it took them about an hour and 8 minutes to get our food even though it was lonely. My pancakes were hard and a little burnt but the steak omelette was perfectly fine. The mac and cheese with fries (kids menu item) had light flavor and pasta was still a tiny bit undercooked. The 3 sandwiches that my friends ordered but they had to remake it because they gave us the wrong sandwich. Said that the crispy chicken was very dry but other than that it was perfectly. And on top of that non of us ever got a refill on our drinks. As a worker in customer service I feel embarrassed and very disappointed with how poorly this service was.

IHOP is not how used to be,their vision is not quality,it is quantity,to start our server was a new server that I asked for a old breakfast sandwich ,she did not know,but I know they can make it,service was not great,our server disappeared and I never saw her,I asked to the manager for my check,the portions and the quality of their food no great,any way I think this experience make me to think twice before visiting this brand names of restaurants,my local coffee shop do a better service and quality than this brand.

Good atmosphere and plenty of parking. Took a long time to get water and didnt have strawberry syrup so I needed to borrow from another table. I believe they didnt have enough staff for the dinner rush. Not employees fault.

We couldn't tell if this location was short staff or the staff was very very new. Service was slow, one order/meal wasn't give to the chef, drinks were missed. She came to the table with a tablet and tried to recall what was ordered to input into the tablet because I wanted a receipt. I still had to correct the errors on the receipt. Family got upset with me for paying and not making her use their credit card with my cash.

I take my wife to fancier places, and I often compare our meals with IHOP. I know I probably shouldn't, but I've gotten so used to my breakfast favorite (steak tips and eggs with pancakes and hashbrowns), that if I go elsewhere I am saddened if I get a lesser breakfast, usually for more money. Ihop always gets it right!

First off I was seated with my employee and we ordered. he ordered the 2x2x2 and I ordered the Colorado omelet with pancakes. it took nearly 30 min to get the food and when it arrived it was cold. First time in any IHOP I've ever been to. when i brought it up to the waitress who needed to be flagged down she asked if I wanted it or if they should remake it. The manager brought back the sloppily make replacement within 10 min. the service was terrible and the waitress wasn't too friendly either.

The food waffle was overly done almost burnt on the top and mushy on the bottom.
It took 25 mins for the only waitress to take my order.
There were only 2 other tables of people, not more than 4 people at each table.
I was left so long I changed my mind twice before I got to order.
My breakfast took another 20 mins to get to the table.
I felt as though my presence wasn't wanted or appreciated.
When I came in, I was in the back by what looks like the kitchen, I watched the cooks cooking.
They looked at me up and down and turned their heads, both of them.
I was taken to a seat far across the restaurant, away from the other 2 tables.
The waitresses offered to take my food back to be recorded.
I told her that I don't send food back and that I was leaving.
I told the Mgr on my way out.
She said it was fine.
My first experience of racism this year.
I will not be going back and I would recommend you do the same.
I would never give them a chance to screw my food up further.

Who the hell cooks an almost burnt on top waffle with a soft mushy bottom.
That was done on purpose, which is why you got stuck with it.

IHOP your cooks need to go back to culinary school and GRADUATE.

Came here with a friend for a catch up... wed already had dinner somewhere else so this was more for coffee and dessert. I had the cinammon pancake holes and i have to say these were on point. I also ordered a kids meal of pancakes & fruit for my son whos still weaning from milk. He seemed to love the pancakes and apple puree. The place was quiet so we werent rushed and there wasnt a wait for food or service. The staff were also friendly & accommodating. There is also free parking adjacent to the premises. I recommend this place.

Out of all the locations from Encino to Glendale this location is the best. Great service, clean, comfortable atmosphere and food quality is consistent (very yummy). I’ve tried pretty much everything on their menu but most recently tried the limited time only WONKA strawberry hot chocolate and the pancakes. Love the gold sprinkles. Both were very good.

The food was good as always. the order was missing a slice of cheese that they charged extra for. Not sure if it was the assistant Manger or what, but he needs to stop and let people eat instead of interrupting the customers when they are trying to eat.

Today I was very disappointed with the food and service. My wife and I want it to have omelettes for breakfast but our order took so long (over 40 minutes waiting) that we decided to leave.
Coffee was served by I believe the manager after 15 minutes of placing our order. The restaurant wasn't so busy so it wasn't explained to us why was talking so long. We heard other customers complaining for the same reason.
I'm a regular customer and even on busy weekends we do not wait that long for a breakfast to be served.

Very convenient and easy parking. It was not crowded at 3:10 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant is very clean. Cordial and fast service. The food was excellent. It's rather difficult to please my mother and mother-in-law, but both of them really enjoyed the Atlantic Salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My omelet with spinach and mushrooms was also superb. We also ordered blueberry pancakes, which were very tasty. Our server Jessica was kind and efficient. We will definitely visit this place again.

Fast and friendly service. Very busy Friday am @10am. Staff very friendly. Very clean also. Ordered ham and cheese Omlette, chicken fajita Omlette, French toast, and eggs and bacon. Served hot and tasty. Service was excellent. We always stop in when visiting Burbank.

Ordered the Colorado omelet with a side of pancakes. The food is delicious and the service was great. If you are in the Burbank area this is a must.

Alysa was wonderful! Greeted and served us with enthusiasm during the wee hours of the morning. She is truly a gem with kind nature 🙏🏽💗 oh and the pancakes were good too

Great service here, the happy hour deals are phenomenal, and the food was great. We tried the new pancake tacos and they were surprisingly good. Great dinner location.

IHOP at Burbank. No words to describe the poor service. The food is a 5 out of 10. One cook, one server it was so bad. There were so many people rejected as they were told "we are closed" I guess they were closing at 10:00 p.m. The restaurant was so quiet only one family and us. The restrooms were closed. Never again!
