Omg this is the best hole in the wall Asian restaurant in Burbank I swear!??!!! I’m so happy I found it.
The portion is huge!!! And everything tastes amazing and fresh and spot on!
The price to portion ratio is 😘 chef kiss 😘

Came here for my favorite slush! And omg they really use fresh watermelon, not like other boba stores who really use the unhealthy easy way- using just syrups! I’ll definitely come back! And their portion for appetizers are so affordable and huge portions! We need to keep them open, come to this store and you won’t regret

It's a tiny restaurant next to a chuck e cheese perfect for parents who want a treat. The food was good when i first tried it but i mostly came for the boba after work or on break. I recommend the boba

I've been going to Favoritea ever since 2021. I usually try different milk teas and sometimes get an order of popcorn chicken. I also have had the Mapo tofu and Udon noodles. Each time was very delicious. It is probably the most authentic boba shop in Burbank (others tend to be more Americanized). The price is also decent compared to others. Lastly, I appreciate the kind behavior of the staff. Overall, I would strongly recommend coming here for both the tasty milk teas and snacks.

I LOVE this place!! I order on DoorDash and it’s always generous portions(dumplings and Yang Zhou fried rice) and delicious. I also order the slush coffee and it’s incredible. I love the cups they use too.

I almost can't fathom that I'm writing this but there was a mangled staple in my soup from Bobawok that pierced the inside of my cheek as I was eating. I always read the reviews when ordering from a new restaurant on Grubhub, and there was another customer "Shani" from 5/25/20 who claimed to have found staples in their fried rice... I thought given all the other positive reviews that perhaps the individual might be exaggerating, but it happened to me too! Stay FAR away from this restaurant! One order with staples is a horrible horrible mistake, but two times?? I'll let you decide if that's just a coincidence or not...

None of this review is an exaggeration. This place is my favorite place to get food service out of the 22 years of my existence. The feeling of christ breathing life into your body when you are born is but a fraction of the emotions I feel when eating the golden tofu from here. It may not look like much but if anything ever happened to this place I'd take the whole world down with me. Ever since i started school I've come to this place, to celebrate achievements, to calm down after a stressful day, to cheer me up after depressing news. Through all of it FavoriTea has been there to comfort me with some Golden Tofu and a Sakura ice slush. If heaven exists its where ever I am when I remember I have FavoriTea to come back to.

Poor service, stuff is not welcoming, looked very annoyed and showed their attitude (the young lady with glasses).
We ordered tofu, carry, noodles, bok chou and drinks. Tofu was over cooked, soggy.
Definitely not coming again.

The bubble is soft but only about 20. The noddle in wonton noddle soup is orange? Actually, I don’t know what I ate. I may visit again if ALL restaurants closed.

If the customers knew what goes on in the restaurant when all the students come out of the near by high school and lounge there, they would not order from this establishment. The ratings don’t seem to make sense. The staff is rude and way too young (or lacks of common sense) to work. At around 2:40pm on 09/22 (so they can check the surveillance video) - a student had her/his foot on the table, one spat on the floor on the other side of the room. I am sure there is recording. Has to be. The employees were as careless as the students. I came in and out, made eye contact with the person with the foot on the table, no reactions were registered. The people behind the register SURELY saw it before and after I was there. Hygene in that place is compromised. Be aware. The time before that (about a month before), a family member (it seemed, sitting with the “employee”) was eating without shoes on. When I asked the hefty young lady “working”what country of origin the food was from, I had two separate answers, with a confused tone as if I asked the solution to the Congolese humanitarian crisis. I do food deliveries.

One of the best Boba spots in town! Quick service for the most part, the atmosphere is also very quiet and enjoyable, can get work done if need be. The food is amazing as well as the beverages available and their add ons! This spot deserves more attention. Overall 5/5 on every aspect.

Huge fan of this place because of 1. their soft, indulgent honey boba and 2. their non-caffeinated milky drink offerings, targeted at kids and non-tea drinkers.

Came in for boba and a snack, ended up ordering lunch and was extremely impressed. The honey boba was delicious, as were the sesame balls and kung pao chicken. Definitely going to be a new go-to take out spot.

Ordered delivery through door dash tonight, and it was the best Chinese food I’ve had in at least a year!! The prices were super affordable, the portions were great, and every item we ordered was super tasty. My husband is part Chinese, and grew up on his grandfathers cooking, he said this was possibly the best salt pork chop he’s ever had. Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough!! We had delivery, so I didn’t have the same negative customer service experiences others did, but I will be ordering again and again!

Cashier/ Barista Asian girl on Oct.2nd 2020-
Cross contamination between flavors of boba powder and into creamer and such. Didn’t wash hands after handling money or other touching handles between fridge. Allowed more than 6 people in the restaurant to order at a time and then just hang out and wait. 0 stars for lack of safety and observation. Threw my drink out once I got home because of how dangerous this business runs.

Good taste friend rice but I ordered the house special Shrimp, chicken and beef but they did not put shrimps. Over prized. Not nice to cheat like this they will loose customers.

Lived in Burbank for 5 years but never got to try this place until now. Didn't know what to expect from a hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurant... But it didn't disappoint and I was actually pleasantly surprised. Got the Honey Walnut Shrimp with boba tea drinks and the veggie eggrolls, all of which rivaled most of the best Chinese food in downtown Burbank. Their Yinyang (coffee and milk tea) boba and their caramel milk tea were delightful. Service was nothing to write home about, but it's a far cry from anywhere close to the worst. Can't wait to get more tasty things from this place.

Everytime I go here, I get attitude that should not be there a tiny bit. This is our 10th time, or more, going here and each time the person behind the counter has zero customer service mentality. Look at the photos and tell me what is wrong with them? I have NEVER seen anything like this, not at Starbucks nor ar any other boba place. Fix your customer service attitude or close your doors.

Ok, first of all, 5 stars is given because they are probably the best shot at milk tea and popcorn chicken(Taiwanese version) I can find in Burbank area.

Having working in Burbank area for the past 8 years has not been easy for someone like me who's always on the look for some milk tea and popcorn chicken for a decent tea break....
I always get their green milk tea (or house milk tea) with grass jelly (yes they do have grass jelly, just ask! ) and an order of popcorn chicken.
Not bad seriously, thus, the 5 stars.

Their other items on the menu doesn't look too attractive but I will give them a try on other items and update my review.
