Good food I had an iced matcha latte and a classic açaí bowl. Delicious and filling. The outdoor patio feels detached from the traffic on the street and is surprisingly peaceful. Although a lot of people were placing orders the staff served their customers quickly and efficiently with minimal waiting while being nice and courteous.

I have been obsessed with acai bowls this summer, and so I've been slowly trying all of the acai bowl establishments in the Burbank area. I've tried about four of them now, and I feel confident in saying that this one is the best, hands down, across all metrics: food quality, price, and atmosphere. If you like acai as much as I do, this is where you will get the most bang for your buck. Great quality ingredients, a chill, California vibe with lots of seating, and a selection of pastries, sandwiches, and coffee in case you happen to be with someone who isn't as obsessed with acai as you are. The only downside to this place is there is only street parking, which can be hard to find at times. Overall, however, this is my top pick for acai bowls in the Burbank area.

Had the worst customer service ever today at the place, I ordered online today Saturday 09/07/2024 at 3:25pm classic Acai and chicken salad and waited 30minutes including 15 min inside, and after that they said missing something in the chicken salad so we can’t make it, I got so frustrated and cancelled my order after waited 30+ minutes, not to mention No greeting when I entered the place and no one ask how can I help you, I have to ask, what’s happening today, I always go there!! but I will never go to this place again. I wish I can give them 0 stars. Horrible place, careless workers, and worst customer service. If there is a real manager for this horrible place, they need to check the cameras to see how badly and carelessly I treated.

This gem is one of my favorite spots in LA. Been a loyal customer for years now, and I’m still hooked!

Consistency is key, and this place nails it every time! The friendly staff always deliver top-notch service. As an acai connoisseur, I can confidently say their acai base is the best I've had in the country - always fresh and perfectly balanced with a variety of toppings to choose from. The tropical bohemian decor transports you to a paradise, enriching the Burbank area with its unique vibe. The establishment is always clean, and the staff are well-trained and efficient. Overall, this place is top-tier and a must-visit for anyone seeking a consistently great experience!

P.S. Make sure to get your punch card if you’re a local.

Okay I don’t have any photos unfortunately but as soon as I walked in was greeted with smiles and acknowledgement. The place was very clean and everyone seemed to be enjoying the work. As for the drinks they were so good! I got myself the Kale Power Greens Smoothie which compared to the greens drinks I get from Jamba Juice and robeks, this one was much less sweet and flavors were more tame, which for me is much better! 😊 and I got my wife a Cacao Shake and that was so yummy and thick and very rich chocolate flavor. again in comparison to the generic or bigger smoothie places the flavors here are much more tame and tastes much healthier while still having strong flavors. Absolutely would recommend.

The woman wearing a green hat working the register was very cold to me while I ordered and I thought it was just an off day for her, which is fine, but then she was extremely kind, smiling, and even joking with my friend right behind me in line, as well as with every other person in line.

My friend asked me what happened after she ordered, because she was also alarmed by the odd switch from the woman. I was the only asian queer customer in the store and my friend is a white woman, so both of us picking up on the drastic switch made us really uncomfortable, enough to write a warning review. Açaí bowl was fine but we won’t be coming back.

I really like this place. I have never tried the açai myself but everyone I've been with has liked it.

I go for the rocket toast and the ambient. It has a very chill vibe, with the rattan chairs and the plants. It's pleasant to sit outside and enjoy a healthy bite.

But seriously, the rocket salad is amazing. I never understand why it takes them so long to prepare, but it's worth the wait.

The price for acai bowls listed online for Acai Jungle was enticing because they seemed fair for the size listed in ounces. However, based on what I received in person (and what others have also echoed in the reviews below) the price is high as the amount of the product received inside the bowls is small and quality of the ingredients were mediocre at best. I would not recommend this place to others for acai specifically based on my experience. I would recommend the business owners adjust the quantity of the product in the bowls and look into better quality granola and acai as they were poor compared to others nearby in the area. However, I did love the atmosphere of this cafe and the staff were extremely friendly which is why I would still give it 3/5 overall stars. I may come back next time I'm in town to try a different menu item other than their underwhelming acai bowls. There is also cute merchandise when you first walk in and an outdoor seating area. Parking was tricky in this area though.

I was a little underwhelmed when I first received the “power” sized açaí bowl as it was less than half full, as seen in the photos, but was somewhat filling as I finished it, but I might opt for the bigger size next time.

The açaí bowls were delicious as were the sandwiches! We had classic bowls with fresh fruit as the add on. The berries and mango were fresh and tasty. We had a chicken pesto panini, rocket toast, and BLTA sandwiches. All were perfectly prepared with crispy toasted sour dough or ciabatta bread and fresh, flavorful veggies and proteins. The tangy balsamic dressing on the side salad was the perfect complement to the creamy cheese or avocado in the sandwich. All is all, it was a wonderful lunch in a cute and friendly environment.
