We used to come here quite often for breakfast but we hadnt been in awhile. We just went again for old times sake to have breakfast, and although the food is pretty much the same and tasty, the overwhelming smell of the old carpet is really a problem. They need to update this place. At some point, you just HAVE to replace the carpets because there is only so much you can do about spills. I hate to say it, but we wont be back unless they update the space. Its not really appetizing to smell the floor while you eat your meal.

Avoid like the plague. The food is terrible. Flavors that dont belong in food. We had dinner and only the grilled cheese was edible. Chicken sandwich flavor was way off, pot roast tasted weird and the pasta was so so. Expensive too. $22 for the grilled cheese. Horrible.

11/10 experience, always! I love their chicken wings!! Get their fries well done, sweet potato fries well done, and onion rings. Sooo good. Did I just list all fried food? Well, steak and eggs are spectacular too. Just don t get the pizza! They are not a pizza parlor, I fear. But their coffee is chefs kiss!

I was excited to come to Burbank & The Coral Cafe to have lunch with my daughter after not being there in about 6 months (I Live over an Hour away). It was Very Disappointing. Order was not taken correctly & I was asked 5 minutes Later & After Order was placed with Cook How I wanted my Eggs cooked. Plus, NEVER even got my Biscuits & Gravy - which is Exactly Why I Ordered the Country Breakfast!

This is, by far, my FAVORITE diner/casual restaurant in the whole area! A very extensive menu of choices is offered, and the portions are large and wonderful! I usually have a fresh salad and add salmon, and it is just wonderful! The coffee is great, as well as many other menu items. The staff is outstanding, especially Kim, who is my favorite server! Parking is very convenient in their parking lot, as well as a lot of free parking on the sidesteps. One negative note, though: One of the owners (an older lady) was running her mouth to me one time about her politics and how this person is bad, and that person is bad, and her restaurant is affected, blah blah blah. Lady, keep you politics to yourself. Not every customer is going to agree with you, and I certainly didnt appreciate your views. Not a good idea to be spewing that to your loyal customers. Other than that buffoonery, this place is absolutely fantastic!

I love these older breakfast places, but this wasnt good. Our waiter was nice, but the food wasnt very good. The French toast, blah.. dry, and the topping for the cinnamon apple tasted canned and really lacked flavor over all. Bacon and sausage were average. And the Philly cheese steak was disgusting! No flavor, just meat that looked microwaved and cheese.. the curly fries were ok. However, we ended up sending it back, and they removed it from our bill. They apologized, again, very nice staff. We did not order anything else, just shared the rest of my food, and the coffee wasnt very good as well.. There is plenty of parking, though.

Both myself and my son had the ribeye steak. The steak had absolutely no seasoning. The baked potatoes were fresh out.of the microwave and were very rubbery. Thier attempt at cornbread is a big miss, and the garlic bread is something else. Good portions but not good food!! Highly recommend re-training the cook! I say cook because in no way no how a chef prepared this food!

Coral Cafe is always excelkent, except this time. Last week was very poor. I organized a professional meeting in their back room and the server was innept! I asked her 3x to start taking orders as we were going to start soon. She ignored my request and took orders and delivered them while presebtations were being made. The exactnoposite of my specific request. Aftet all, the pkace was prettybslow forba Sunday. Worst of all, 4 people in the corner never got their orders taken and never got to eat. No waters were ever refilled, and dirty plates were never cleared away. This is the oposite to every experuence Ive ever had here. However, Peter the manager wasnt very helpful so the problems were not addressed in the moment. Still, its 1 of Burbanks best eateties.

This is one of the best, kind of old school type of restauants that are disappearing from America. Its a icon of Burbank having been there for 50 or 60 years. They make a lot of their own food like soups, salad dressing, bread and dinner rolls. Very prolific and varied menu (not just mexican as the ad say) and the folks that work there are hand picked, experienced, know the food on the menu and are very helpful, not pushy. Great place all around. You wont be disappointed (try the Tortilla Soup! Yummy!) Parking: Have never had a problem in all the years Ive gone to the Coral. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.
