Dont get fooled by the size of the place, when you walk into Lilys, you are immidiately transported to a European café. For an hour, I forgot I was in California. The food, the atmosphere and Lilys charm made it a memorable lunch break!

Best Cafe!! The iced tea has to be top 3 ever. The pastrami sandwich is the best quick lunch you can find in town. Lilys attitude is always a 10/10.

This is a small mom and pop type restaurant. I ordered the Turkey sandwich; it was absolutely delicious and fresh! There is not much room to sit and eat but they are pretty quick for takeout! I also ordered a latte and paired it with a desert! You cant go wrong! Soooo good!

Quaint, charming tiny Cafe that always pleases! Lily and her staff do it all. Her soups are a go- to in Burbank. Limited hours.

Lilys NEVER disappoints. Have never had a bad meal here. Her soups are out of this world (lentil, turkey meatball, turkey chili, 18 bean-- all outstanding). Her mediterranean salad is phenomenal. The ice-tea, whether sweetened or unsweetened-- fabulous. Her breads are perfect for sopping up the soup, or the balsamic dressing from her salad, or eaten with the olives in the salad. I really cant say enough. Have been coming here for over 10 years and she is CONSISTENTLY good. If she delivered, Id probably order in lunch 5 days a week. Go here for delicious goodness!

Everything is from scratch and the service is good. But theyre overprice. For two people, we ordered split pea soup, pastrami sanndwich, fruit pie, bottled water and a decaf coffee. It turned out to almost 50 bucks!

One of my favorite places to eat and I dont feel guilty afterwards. If you are craving a salad this is the place. Sandwiches are so yummy and the tea is refreshing. Dont forget to get a dessert. My favorite is the berry gelatin.

This place is supper friendly, we ate oatmeal and a Salmon wrap for breakfast. The creamy steel cut oatmeal was loaded with walnuts and mixed berries, which my two year old devoured. The smoked salmon wrap was light and refreshing. The owner was very gracious and even gave our son a massive homemade chocolate chip cookie!

I would give this little place 6 stars of it was an option. Lily never disappoints. All of her food is beyond delicious and unique. I try all the salads and soups but I cant seem to order past the tuna salad on cibatta... Its that good. ***Cash only, so come prepared. Theres an ATM across the street if you forget. You can order for pickup it take away and she even offers table service. OMG... The dessert case! Look for berry cobbler. Youre welcome!

It may just be a small place, and they only take cash, but the food and prices are great. It was all very healthy as well which is a plus. We got to try some of their homemade soups and fresh sandwiches. I got a smoked turkey sandwich with the turkey meatball which went great together. My boyfriend got the turkey chili and loved it. Also, I saw everyone around us (including ourselves) getting their house tea. Well probably come back for more another time!

The place is small and has limited seating but the food is worth the wait if you want to sit at lunch. Or you can take it to go. The tuna is by far the best I have ever tried anywhere. The soups are always good. Half soup half sandwich option is great and its very affordable. Also many types of bread to suit all. Plus Lily is right there taking the orders if you need anything and she is well on top of her game. Also, the deserts are mind blowing. Only thing that sucks is that she closes at 4PM on weekdays and closes on weekends. I would eat there all the time otherwise.

Lilys is an eensy weensy teensy little storefront on Magnolia. It cant seat more than a dozen folks or so. The GOOD: Great bread (and the pastries look delicious as well) Nice big portions Healthy selections The NOT-SO-GOOD: I like a little more space CASH ONLY (If my lunch costs $15 you should be able to take my credit card.) Lentil soup was kind of flavorless And thats about all I have to say about it.

This place is cute. Small and cozy. And Lily is really sweet and gives great costumer service. Just avoid lunch hours because it can be packed. However, i am not impressed by the sandwiches. It was a plain ol sandwich you make at home. bread, deli, cheese, veggies. I was expecting the bread to be warmed up (it was so hard to bite and chew, i thought I seriously was about to lose a tooth) and the cheese to be melted and yummy sauces or seasoning or just that extra oomph that you want from a sandwich. but it just tasted like the ones I make at home. If you want a sandwich, just go to sprouts market nearby itll be way bigger and fulfilling and much much cheaper. I will be back for her desserts and house ice tea (because its absolutely delicious and had inspired me to brew some at home myself) !!

Lilys is a cute gourmet cafe with excellent quality food! They always have several soups and chilis to choose from...even several vegetarian options daily! The breads and desserts are top quality and very, very fresh. Its a little hidden gem up on the Burbank hill!! She has a huge repeat customer business so you know people are leaving satisfied! And full! Only important note is they only take cash!

This is an absolute oasis in Burbank. This comforting restaurant always makes me feel at ease when I take my lunch there. Whether youre getting a salad or sandwich I urge you to take a break and sit down. Take a moment for yourself here because it can really center you. Ive always really liked the beet salad.
