The Store: Good size store with lots of fresh produce. Love they display some sweet pastry by the front door. They do sell fresh roasted chicken.

The Parking: Private parking lot. Never full, easy parking in front of the store.

Great place. Left my wallet by mistake, they found it and kept it in safe till I picked it up. I tried to offer a reward but it was not taken. Good people in the world can still be found!

Tran cashier has awful customer service skills. She did not greet or thanked me after ringing me up. When she handed me my change a couple dollars fell to the ground and she didn’t bother apologizing or cared to picked them up off the floor. Awful experience.

They Have "ATOMIC FIREBALL" jawbreakers in bulk!!!!! Staffed by friendly and very organized individuals, you will find this store to be very easy to shop.
And did I mention....... They have "Atomic Fireball" Jawbreakers in bulk!!!!

Awful store. Awful customer service. Blond employee petting a dog while handling customers groceries. Leaving register unattended. I’ve given this store many chances as it’s walking distance from home, but my experience gets worse every time. Time to say good bye and shop at Target. At least there, employees acknowledge you.

I come here weekly to make purchases of more than $700 and the cashiers always have an attitude.
They get bothered by large purchases I guess because it takes more effort for them. Really considering just taking my business somewhere else. Especially the young man with the blond hair here on Friday nights.

As a smart shopper the best thing about SMART & FINAL is you dont need a membership. The prices are low, reasonable and sometimes below SAMS CLUB or COSTCO. This Smart & Final is always clean and stocked. Go in, grab/buy what you need and be on your way.

Plenty of parking, close by, lots of shopping carts, very friendly, cashiers, and very helpful cashiers. I always find everything I’m looking for I love the layout, great value, and a lot of selection, always a pleasant shopping experience on Burbank and Edison.

After a 2 yr break, I recently tried this place again. Seems it's drastically improved. This would be great for a last minute gift or quick lunch/dinner. Great gift card selection, fresh flowers, beautiful produce. The sushi even looked amazing! If you have ulcers, they source a local merchant for the the best keifer you'll find anywhere. They have a bike rack in front if you want to ride your bike there. Drastically improved all around since the days that blonde lady would scream at customers. God I hope I never see her again!

Produce is absolutely disgusting, black and moldy.

They also don't have basic things, like carrots.

I wouldn't call this a grocery store as much as a bulk buy bodega, good for stocking up on drinks, not good for getting what you need for a basic recipe.

I mean come one, no carrots!?!

One of my regular markets. Multiple locations and good parking make Smart & Final a good choice. Good prices and the full selection from fresh fruit and vegetables to large beer selection. Some items come available in warehouse size.

I just had the worst shopping experiences in the 10+ years that I have been shopping at this location.
I walked in with "my own shopping bags," proceeded to load my groceries in "my own shopping bags," (not one employee mentioned anything to me), I get to the register and start putting my groceries on the conveyor belt. After empying the first bag, I let it go so the guy Hunter R. can start bagging. On the contrary, he proceeds to hurl it back at me without saying a word. I thought it was weird, but when I empty my second bag and I saw no motions of bagging on his part, I said to myself, "Something's up."
He continued piling my merchandise in his little 2' x 2' end of the counter, when I asked him "Aren't you bagging any more?" to which he responded, "you are not even supposed to bring your bags in the building." So, without any help from him, I had to bag my own groceries ON THE FLOOR. Before I was done, he had already started ringing the person behind me (social distancing?). He never greeted me good evening, nor he said "thank you." I mean, what are we to these people? A walking credit card? We value first responders, but if it wasn't for our patronage, they would not have a job to begin with. It seems that this virus is breeding a new kind of a@#$ole so paranoid to touch a stupid shopping bag when they have touch merchandise all day long that they don't even know what might have been exposed to.
With all the money we dump in this place, week after week...!!!
This was definitely the worst shopping experience I've ever had at this Smart & Final location.

It's March 14, 2020 and the shelves and aisles here and in many other stores are empty. No toilet paper, no paper at all, no eggs, no oinions, well a lot of things are missing or running extremely low.

Horrible went to this place to return a couple of items WITH a RECEIPT and the guy who was apparently in charge Alvaro denied my return because it was over 100 dollars??????!!!! Blasphemy considering the fact that the receipt said 99 dollars I would never go here

Went here today great selection of produce, food, frozen food they have, also a variety of bulk items they sale here at Smart & Final. Selection of soft drinks they have from lemonade, silk milk also a big selection of cheese, name brand they carry most is First Street products. Was impressed by other can goods you could purchase also candy isle they have in Chocolate, candies, gums and mints. Sure will be returning here soon.
