This is the best In-N-Out we’ve ever had! The food was delicious and the service was relatively fast, considering the influx of people during lunch hour. We were served with a smile and politeness. Our food looked like it came it came from an ad and the fries were top notch. Parking was easy too!

In-N-Out remains consistent as ever, including the prices. The lines are long, but they move quickly, which is always a plus. The Burbank location is definitely one of my favorites. I don’t visit often—maybe once a year—since I don’t live near an In-N-Out and try to limit indulgences. That said, if you’re in the mood for a burger and it’s your thing, this spot never disappoints.

This particular in and out was on point .. what I've noticed being a California native is that you gotta hit in and out before lunch hours ..I know sounds crazy eating a breakfast burger but I feel the burger is better made before the rush of the public starts clobbering their employees!! .. test my theory!! And live a little!! If your dieting .. get you that flying Dutchman with whole grilled onion wrapped!! 🔥

Today is national hamburger day and I went on a long hike, so I was quite hungry and ready for a tasty burger from In-N-Out. A true LA and Southern California icon, and for me, always a very tasty meal. I'm a fan of the fresh fries, but I do find I need to add salt, even with the cheese, and spread, but that's okay.

I know there are a lot of hacks available for the menu, and I settled into a few simple hacks long ago. My go-to order is almost always the same, but since I had a lot of exercise, I added a burger. No regrets!

Everything is always made fresh to order, and they have a super efficient system plus always a lot of staff, so there is never a really long wait. I prefer going inside and enjoying the crowd rather than sitting in the drive-through. This particular location is not bad as far as In-N-Out drive-throughs go. Some of their locations cause local traffic jams just with their lines.

If you've never been before, definitely try it and see if you like them. There is a reason they are a beloved franchise.

Our first time is in In-N-Out when we visited LA. Our friend suggested we should give a try to this place. The result is positive. The drive through set up is fast, convenient for us to order the food.

Drive thru is the worst in L.A. 40 minutes and food was cold. Employees should take page from in n out, in bakersfield. With a line of cars 12-15 deep your in n out in 10 minutes

Terrible parking situation, terrible line of cars that block the street, and if you choose to dine in, good luck finding a table. Excellent food and lackluster service but the location is no longer suited to the demand that is here.

We arrived in the line around 1:30 exactly.
The car in front of us ordered and was serviced, but we weren’t.
Instead of them telling us on the speaker that they were closed, they just let us wait in the line and when we arrived to the window they all acted as if they didn’t see us sitting their.
After a few minutes one woman came to the window and mouthed “we’re closed” I asked her to open the window and she said “I won’t”
I am an African Latina and honestly I don’t know what would make an ENTIRE kitchen line think that they should ignore us and then refuse to open the window to answer questions, but I think race may have played a factor tonight as the car directly in front of us was given food but we weren’t and neither were we given a simple explanation as to why.

I love In and Out Burger as a vegan going "off menu". Unfortunately, this location is unbelievably crowded! There was no place to sit either inside or outside. I ate on the cement ground like a homeless person! Nicely, a worker doing clean up offered to bring me out a chair. While the chair arrangement was being made, another worker saved an opened up table for me inside. I appreciated the workers looking out for me as they did, but but who planned out this location without enough dinning space?! There was clearly cement space outside for adding more tables too. The crowd and the lack of dining space makes me not want to return to this Burbank location again. I just found myself there prior to seeing a movie across the street. Van Nuys and Northridge locations don't seem to have this problem at all. The cramped social space made me come down with a cold or Covid a couple of days later. Getting sick because of poor floor planning was not appreciated. Food was good as usual though. Staff was considerate and observant of the situation. I don't hold them responsible at all. Corporate needs to design their restaurants to meet the demand. There is plenty of additional cement patio area to add tables or benches!

Burbank In n Out is on point. It is a very busy location, but they seem to have it all together and figured out. There is no need to tell you how good the food is because it's In n Out and the consistency is the biggest asset. The service and ambiance at this location is top notch

Don't give your customers burnt bread. Burnt bread tastes horrible. I thought I would give this place another chance. I only got a burger cause they screwed the Fry's up so bad last time. The bun was burnt black. Tastes like crap. Again, another lunch I couldn't eat. Thanks

We love the In and Out food chain but this spot didn't meet the normal standards, IMHO. The fries were, well, weird. They tasted stale, which is impossible, I know. And the landscaping that most of the chain has was just missing! The workers were trying to make up for the crowd, and were very friendly!

Great location and great burgers - every in n out tastes the same, so taste is not going to be very helpful. However, Service was fast and friendly. There is some cross traffic with the parking complex nearby. Hit the spot. For this location I think it’s faster to get food in-person rather than drive though

In N Out food is usually great. After waiting for a long time at the drive thru, both of the fries I received were extremely salty. I did not turn back, due the amount I've already spent waiting. It definitely dampened my experience. The staff at the drive was still friendly. God bless.

I’ve had In-N-Out a bunch but this time was truly special. There was a worker there named Caleb and he made everything magical. Honestly, I wouldn’t write this review if it wasn’t for him.
