Shake Shack Burbank

The burgers here are better than Five Guys but still not quite as satisfying as In N Out. Ordered their classic Shackburger. Quality matched the price but I was not particularly impressed. Would return in the absence of a better alternative.

The famous burger comes to the Burbank downtown area. A free parking garage nearby and about 3 minutes' walking distance. The restaurant is in wooden decoration with multiple ordering machines. I suppose there might be lack of labor so that all the staff are busy here. There are many customers at the rush hour of Saturday evening dinner time as I came. The limited Korean BBQ burger is great as is the spicy sauce with the traditional cheese, crispy onion and the beef!

I didn't have a good experience this time around when I came to Shake Shack this morning to use my T-mobile Tuesday coupon. I tried to place my order through the mobile app but it kept crashing after I put in the promo code. So I had to do it on their website, also keep in mind you can't place your order ahead of time if it's not within their store hours. When I arrived to the store, the email said I would receive a text when my order is ready for pickup but I never got the text so I just walked to the pick up area for my order which was just sitting there. I asked for napkins and ketchup on my order details but all I got was 2 ketchup packets. Good thing I have a ketchup bottle and napkins at home. The fries are amazing like always but I thought the shackburger meat was way too thin especially if you get it protein style because the buger will look tiny. Some of the lettuce they used to wrapped my protein style burger didn't look good either, it was dark green instead of light green so I removed it to avoid having a bad reaction. It's pretty pricey if you come here so just keep that in mind compared to other burger place. Would I come back here, probably once a year but not a weekly place or monthly place for me. This location parking is at the structure around here or street parking if you can find one. The only staff interaction I had when I came to pick up my order was just telling them my name for my order and they handed it to me.

This was my first meal after hoping off my very long flight and my first time trying shake shack, I must say that I was extremely impressed. I had a very amazing experience at this location. I ordered the new veggie burger, it was so delightful. Also the customer service and the food was amazing!

ANNA IS AN AMAZING EMPLOYEE!!! Let's establish that right off the bat. My bestie and I were craving a late night impossible burger. We went to Shake Shack in downtown Burbank on San Fernando. It was our first time and I was new to the ordering system. We asked Anna for help. She stepped away from a super busy front end to show us how to place an order and what veggie options were offered. She was so patient and accommodating. It was crazy and crowded but she handled the rush like it was nothing. Anna stepped away a couple more times to bring us an extra cup and then to supply us with a knife. Always smiling and friendly. Above and beyond excellent customer service!!! Thank you Anna! I'm the old lady that asked your name back on October 18th.

Now for the food. We have been craving those Shake Shack burgers ever since!!! The basic veggie is so close to an impossible burger. It looks like meat and has the same texture but with a sprinkle of vegetables added in the patty. Delicious! Fried onion pieces make it unique. We also ordered a fried portabello mushroom burger with cheese. Again, so tasty! I really can't decide which was better. The burgers are not huge and 2 per person is a perfect meal. The prices are great and the ordering system is actually easy, even if you're not technically inclined.

The battle over the best burger in America continues. However, I’m gonna say, it’s not shake shack. Their burgers are good, but for the price, I’ll pick other things. This location has plenty of parking and plenty of tables. The burgers are good, but I’ve had better. The fries were ok, maybe under seasoned. We also opted for the buffalo fries, and they were over seasoned. But again, ok at best. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, while it was good, it just felt like a snack. That’s my biggest gripe, all these burgers feel like slightly bigger sliders. For the price there’s many other burgers with bigger serving size and better tasting.

Big disappointment today SS. Chicken sandwiches are a gamble, consistency seems to be a problem industry wide. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've had came from a SS but today's was emaciated, stringy and a soggy dog, yuk!
The new "parmesan truffle fries" were gross too, like grocery store fries you cook in the oven then try to spruce up and fail. They gave a heavy greasy mushroom gravy to dip in but the fries are so pathetic and mushy they just kind of smear in the goopy grossness.
The space is nice and the staff were awesome!
Clean bathrooms.
We drove out of our way for this? Insanity!

First time having SS, ordered a shake burger and a strawberry lemonade. Burger was good and everything tasted fresh. Lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Food is kind of on the pricey side but had to try. Like the fact they have curbside pick up.

The food was great, came out fast, and CJ my man was a beast! He was on top of it, checking in on guests, making sure the orders were correct, I mean all the staff was but CJ was my go-to. The food was pretty good!! The fries could have used a bit more salt, but that is personal preference! Parking: There is parking a small walk away, in a garage as well as a lot. Depending on the day and time it may be difficult to find a spot.

The burgers were ok. The Korean fries were the best on the menu. The shakes were super sweet. It isnt horrible, but it is also not my 1st choice. It is something everyone should try at least once & judge for yourself. Vegetarian options: Mushroom burger

The shack stacks that FLAVA! It smacks with that great gooey characteristic the melty cheese provides and thats all you can ask for. Shout out to Libby for her upbeat and laid back attitude as well as great customer service...she helps make the experience that much better. Can I say though the price of fastfood has gone up significantly and honestly, not 100% sure its THAT worth it to pay SO much to eat so unhealthy these days so lets consider tonights guilty pleasure a special but rare occasion that will most likely will be more limited in time. Enjoy it while you can afford it folks.

Such a fun shake shack! Its right in the heart of downtown Burbank, so you can walk around, see a movie, and eat something delicious. (Plus there are SO many dessert places, too!) Parking is easy and free--a couple lots nearby as well as free street parking. Also, shout out to Kayla--she was sweet and professional and checked in on us a couple times, even though she wasnt required to! Great experience :)

My wife and I love the veggie shack. The staff are nice here, foods good, and its always clean. Checks every box for a fast casual spot Vegetarian options: The veggie shack is great! My wife also loves the mushroom burger, but its really really cheesy so make sure youre into that.

I ordered a veggie burger, those spicy cheese fries and a trolls milk shake from them late Thursday night and got food poisoning from it. Was sick all Friday. I know it was them because the other stuff I ate was like cereal and a sandwich I made. So never going to eat there again. Do NOT Recommend.

Lives up to the hype. Burger is better than In-N-Out and almost as good as Five Guys. Fries are MUCH better than In-N-Out (theirs are terrible) and not as good as Five Guys but none are IMO. The kiosk thing I like and having it brought to us, also cool. Being able to buy beer and wine, a surprise and bonus! We had the shake shack burger, double with regular fries. Im kinda glad we have to drive to Burbank to get it (were in Santa Clarita) because Id eat it way more than I need to. Ive had Five Guys for years so I know I cant eat that every day but with the newness of how good Shake Shack is if it were around the corner Id be in trouble. It is VERY good.

No frills just great food, super tasty and well priced. I highly recommend the avocado and bacon burgers I added onions and omg this burger was the bomb. I went for the single stack but can imagine the double would be twice as good. fast service with a clean fresh design was nice but atmosphere was lacking. Just go with a group and make your own atmosphere lol Next time Im in town, Ill be stopping by. Good Job

Dietary restrictions: They have dairy-free milkshakes which taste delicious Parking: Its hit or miss here. Even curbside pickup is pretty spotty because people park their cars for a long time on the side of the restaurant unfortunately. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs and I think they do have wheelchair bathrooms available (at least in the womens bathroom)

Wendy and Jon were *so* nice. We went up to the cashier instead of the kiosk because we wanted to ask if they could add the bacon bourbon jam to a double smoke stack (legit the tastiest thing Ive ever had!) And then they waited while we debated getting more comfort food (we had just had a *horrible* experience at the AMC movie theater down the street), which we did (the spicy cheese fries are legit!). Wendy and Jon totally turned around our whole evening. They made our night

Staff here is amazing and most of the food here is good. Lately however whenever I get a burger every single bite had one of those small rubber pieces in it you have to spit out. Quality of the meat has gone down big time, it was like I was eating watermelon, not the seedless kind either.

I ve eaten a mini shake shacks around the country and the food is always great. I made this location different from the others is how proactive the staff were. After I placed my order at the kiosk, one employee called out my name and asked if I wanted my lemonade and then brought it to me. A few minutes later, another employee brought me my tray of food and asked if I needed any sauces or anything else. He ran through the options and then came right back. Later on, a team member noticed my lemonade was empty and asked if I wanted a refill. I was so impressed with the Service here!

Shake Shack is my favorite hamburger restaurant but this location needs a menu. I had to ask the cashier about the menu. Just odd that there are no signage for a menu. There were iPads along the windows to place orders but they weren t working.

We were very happy with the manager Ana who helped us out when we had to bring back our Postmates order that the driver had opened. She remade the order for us and was very understanding and went above and beyond our expectations. We will be back again because of Ana! The food was delicious and the staff and servers and cooks were all very accommodating and helpful regarding our situation.
