2023 update: One Big thank you to all crew at 31 Flavors. I went in and Colleen help me with the decorations, ordering and selecting options for our Ice Cream cake. It was Jamoca iced cream with chocolate cake. Narine and Mary got the cake out and prepared to take home. Big Thank you to you both.
Teresa’s birthday was a complete success. Everyone loved it the night. We sang Happy Birthday and all were looking forward to eating the Jamoca chocolate Ice Cream Cake.
Thank you to 31 Flavors for wonderful piece or art Cake.

Come all the way down from Alhambra & ordered my usual jamoca almond fudge with extra almonds & fudge & was given chocolate syrup instead yuck was too sweet & watery it was disappointing & ruined my sweet tooth .

Love that this location has a drive-thru. The ice cream is always fresh. I normally get a rocky road shake, mint chip cone or sherbert cone. All are 5 stars. Today we decided to try the new Stranger Things 3 flavor w/ cone, it was bomb! This flavor is definitely coffee inspired. We loved it! The energy in this shop is always very positive, we will be back all summer long.

This is actually one of the nicest BR I have been to, ever. It is very modern with dine in, carryout, AND drive-through options. It is clean and well lit as well as well stocked. I liked this place because they had a lot of other dessert treats besides just ice cream. Treats like their standard ice cream cakes and bananas, but also different ones like their mango fruit bars and mini personal ice cream cakes. The service was ok. There were four employees, and it seemed that if you don't let someone help you right away, you may have to wait a bit. I think just know what you want when you get there and it should work out fine. Also, I'm not sure about your local BR, but ours does not accept the deals offered through the app on our phones. I suppose they are an independently owned BR? Anyway, I wish we lived closer to THIS BR be aiae it was great. 🍦

Heard a rumor that 31 Flavors is going back to making brown and pink its official colors. True? I hope so! Was it Teresa or Patricia at the corporate 31 Flavors meeting that suggested this? If so, the following must happen immediately if not this very second: "Teresa (or Patricia) we now promote you to Supreme Goddess of all that is Baskin Robbins! On nov 26 at 6 pm I came and Kevin was not here. Little did the workers there know that I heard the conversation they were talking bad about kevin the manager saying he overreacted about some application or something just not professional at all. There were five workers and it was three that were together. Also one of the girls was on her phone the whole time and another was eating? Super unprofessional and not okay. Why have five people on the shift when only two are working, one is eating, one is on the phone and the boy is with these two talking smack about Kevin. If looking at cameras, it was three closest to drive thru being unprofessional in these ways. I would not have hired these type of people for my business. Eating and being on the phone is for breaks and not on the floor where customers can see. Take your job more seriously and watch what you speak about the managers. Kevin, be careful who you hire. These people are disgusting will not be back.

This is a showcase store for Baskin-Robbins and about as good as it gets. Plenty of staff to help you, good selection of cakes and pre-made novelties and bars, and a drive-thru window. Clean, large, colorful, great!

It was so hot B & R was just what was needed for a massive cool off.
Lines were long but people got helped very quickly and the clerks are friendly and helpful.
I didn't bother getting in the drive through line as it was almost as long as Costco's gas line⛽
There's nowhere to park if you want to go in to order, so my husband dropped me off and just drove around till I was done.
It certainly cooled us down though, ahhhmazing.....

We ordered a ice cream Birthday cake for my grandson's 15th Birthday. He had a special order so it could not be just grabbed at the place--they do have cakes there you can just grab ang go.

The cake turned out beautiful. It was perfect and it was ready on time.

The service was super nice, both on the phone and when I went to pick it up. We will be back.

They have great ice cream.

We love this 31 flavors it's pretty spacious which is great when it gets busy and the employees are super nice!! There is also a drive thru that moves pretty quickly! Today we saw a freezer case with ice creams treats like oreo covered ice cream bars and mango bars. I've only ever seen these at this 31 flavors.

This baskin robin is impressive and tasty! Ot has drive thru and walk in. I loved the Oreo popsicle, it has a cookie covering and a cookies and cream ice cream filling. This has become my favorite. All the other treats look good too! The staff is pretty nice. Although the store is pretty busy in the heat.

I just stopped by and asked for two dipped chocolate bananas with almonds, one for my daughter and one for my mother in law, who is allergic to peanuts.

Not only they gave me the wrong order (peanuts) but they refused to change them.

I'm down on my luck with businesses lately.

I am a food service delivery person, and tonight was the THIRD tine I arrived without ice cream being ready. I waited 15 minutes before walking out. I lost money because of this. And workers here aren't sanitary. They wear masks, but two of them had their noses uncovered.

We waited in a long line to get ice cream, but our nut allergy kid cannot eat ice cream anywhere else. They will go to the back and scoop with a clean scoop out of a new container and allow my nut allergy child to enjoy ice cream.

For me going into this Baskin-Robbins was better than going to Disneyland.
We were acknowledged and greeted with a smile : )
I have been coming to this Baskin-Robbins since I was 4 yrs old. Over 50 yrs. I love their selection of ice cream and their customer service skills. Many thanks to the two young ladies and Varuzh the manager. Keep up the great work!

During covid-19 not many simple pleasures available. Our tried and true spot Friday nights after family prayer. Nutty coconut and mint chip in a waffle cone are my favs. Mint chip shakes for the hubby. Sis and mom rotate cherries jubilee, rainbow. Jamoca, etc....great customer service, fast and efficient...no rush anyways, where do you gotta be at 10pm at night. Enjoy!

Please, let your employees know that the paper wrap around the cone it's there for the purpose to avoid touching it with their bare hands, The girl touched my cone all over, didn't say anything because i'm afraid she was the one in charge at the moment since she was wearing a little plate on her visor.
