I ordered “Cheesecake Fantasy” online delivered. They just sent me a white ice cream without any Graham cracker pie crust. It just had a very small part of a strawberry and 2 blueberries. I have been robbed. “Cheesecake Fantasy” should be well mixed with enough strawberries, blueberries and graham cracker pie crust.

Don't they know how to make their own specialties?

Just got my bff and daughter some ooey gooey ice cream from the best local shop: our local Coldstone. It’s so nice and creamy and delicious, plus the topping are to die for! I love the Peanut Butter Cup Perfection -- it’s the perfect mixture of chocolate and peanuty goodness. My daughter got an almond praline waffle cone, as she has the sweet tooth worse than I did at her age, while Katrina ended up getting some sherbet yogurt in a cup which also looked delicious. The whole total only came to $15 and every bite was perfection. Staff were friendly and professional and the store was clean and organized

Alright, this is probably one of the dead-est cold stone i have ever been to, but at the same time - the most miserable one.
And clearly I am not the only one who came here to complaint about their staff. The staff that was there was a big guy, he already starting off strong giving me attitude when i asked for more than 2 samples. He gave me a strong glare. Given I was going to get something, he kept scoffing and rolling his eyes and looking at the owner who was training the new guy seemingly like he wants the owner to notice I was asking past my 2nd sample.
A lot of the ice cream sample were either icy grainy (old), or too sweet, so I didn't want that for my to go?
Also - considering they're not too busy or gaining any business, I'd think they'd be nicer about it. Then me asking for topping to add on was a huge problem too because that guy was not enthusiastic at all.

He gave me the tiniest scoop for a small - as in the scoop did not even fill the cup + 2 topping. I paid total 10$ for a small and gained the most miserable experience, i didn't end up even finishing the ice cream and threw it away because I was so unhappy based on how he was acting. I'd rather go to pinkberry across the store than to go back to that cold stone again. highly do not recommend giving business to them, and I love supporting business.

I had purchased online for pick up so the cake was good and the cupcakes were just ok. But I will never use the one in Burbank again because I really have never seen a Cold Stone Creamery so dirty(it was gross).

The customer service was so bad ! The worst ever, we were a group but paying separately, so they had the first person then they skip the rest of us to serve other people and made us served by the same girl which was rude, she had a situation with each one of the group
I will mention what happened with me only,
She decided the size of my ice cream like small and with no cone, when i asked, she said there is no cone and the small size is the default, then i said sorry i want medium, she made another one which was vanilla and cookie dough, I found the cookie dough are in a very big chunk and the cup where i hold is all icecream and sticky so i mentioned the cup is so sticky, she answered that is just ice cream!
For sure i know but why to take something sticky and does not feel clean, the reason people go for cup is to eat icecream decently, Also I went to tell her the cookie dough is in very big chunks and i placed the cup (thinking she will crash it for me) she was like there is a trash in the back, my husband told her sorry you can take care of that,
Until a Gentleman from the employees interfered and he was the best in this store, he said let me know ur exact requirements, I said just vanilla and cookie dough, he said you got this, he made me the perfect icecream and he was the reason i gave the one star, I wish i could give him 10 out of 5 , so polite and customer oriented
My friends had bad experience with another girl too, both of them were inexperienced, unprofessional and having attitude,
Not this branch anymore! no wonder all the ratings are not good.

I love Cold Stone. One of my most favorite ice cream spots to go to. However, we are currently in a day and age where an update on serving procedures is required. To avoid transmission of germs and what not. On the last 2 visits of mine to this location, I noticed an employee who does not wear gloves while preparing the ice cream. The other employees do, thankfully, but not him and I can’t help but think it’s off putting. Because sure the other employees are wearing their gloves when scooping out the ice cream and what not, but his bare hands are going in there too, hopping from one to the other... probably should’ve spoken to the manager about this but honestly don’t have the mind set/energy to even bother. Instead I’ll just be mildly-disappointed and avoid going to this location

The customer service was so bad ! Finally got ahold of driver and said he couldnt find our address, which is impossible as we live on a major street. Call the store for 20 minutes and no one to pick up. Finally spoke to Dan who couldnt do anything to help. Had no idea what was going on and provided zero assistance. Couldnt refund my money because that isnt his job. Awful.

Tried to walk in 10 minutes before closing and was turned away. Total of 8 customers and you turned us all away. Great job guys!!! Dont worry the ice cream shop across the way stayed open for all of us. Definitely not returning to this location.

My wife bought me a half gallon of there ice cream . I think it was called everything . She didn t ask me if I d like it or not ! I love ice cream , and this was inedible . I couldn t Wolff down more than the first bite .! I called and left my name and number , expecting a call back from the manager regarding my dissatisfaction ! Well that was 22.00 dollars wasted ! Just buy Hagen Daz ice cream for your cold treat delights , or even the cheap stuff grocery label brands . And if I want somebody playing with my ice cream , and making a mess of it . I ll do it myself .

A trip to enjoy the ice cream for family of 5 that turn into charging double what was paid for. The receipt was correct but checking the bank account showing EXTRA charge $$$. Then called only to get attitude to get a refund that was well deserved! I had to go back to the store to receive the refund because they refused to refund the the over charge fees. !!!Horrible customer service!!! Expensive experience with unneeded rudeness.

Was not able to order a cake over 24hours in advance as it reads online, the Burbank location does not have a cake maker. Shift lead was not helpful and did not know much over the phone so she had to have the owner call me. Very fustrating, I had to order from a different location that is out of my way.

I love the service, the snow is very tasty and the place is always clean. Good place to stop by and grab your dessert after a good meal. It has almost no places to sit but it makes up for it with the flavor. The price is somewhat high but if you want to treat yourself this is one of the right places. They do not serve in Spanish for those who do not speak English.

My daughter and I visit Cold Stone often. If you join their rewards club, they send you buy one get one free coupons all the time. This makes it a very reasonable price. Best part is that they make your ice cream the way you want. Choose from many different ice creams and toppings. You are even able to choose multiple ice cream flavors.

Got the worst costumer service by MILLIE a young girl with a really bad attitude. Her costumer service is poor. My family and I visit this location often and never had a problem or complaint until today. She was rude & disrespectful. If you visit this location just make sure someone else helps you beside her. You go there to enjoy a yummy (ice cream) and have a good time with family and friends, not to receive a bad attitude or watch the person behind the counter making faces and laughing at you as you place your order. Another guy who was there saved the day...thanks to him we finished making the order and took the ice cream. She made us go through a bad time and ruined our night. We are consuming from this ice cream place not getting the ice cream for free. So MILLIE if you dont like what you do, go get yourself a new job. Hope nobody else gets treated that way.

This is your basic Cold stone. I went here with a friend to use a gift card. The employees are meh and arent very attentive. But the ice cream is always fine. The one downside is that this store is dirty. There was food all over the place behind the counter and you could tell the employees didnt care to clean it up. If you want outstanding ice cream in a very clean store try either Carmela Ice Cream or Sweet Rose Creamery.

Strawberry blonde is my first choice. I like when you walk in everyone behind the counter greets you and says hi. Its a very small location and there is a small line that forms inside the store but generally gets moving fast. There are so many things and different combinations to try that is a hard things to come to a final decision but once you do, the service is friendly and fast, everyone there is always in a good mood and they sing when you give them a tip. They also have cakes that you can pick up and some that you have to special order beforehand. Overall is a fun and yummy experience with the happy staff and singing and the ice cream

Coldstone ice cream is GOOD, you get for what you pay for, right? So I keep coming back! Today I got my favorite Coffee Lovers - EVERYBODYS size.ice cream Jarvin mixed the ice cream with four tablespoons of two different kinds of nuts and a swirl of the caramel fudge. Youre right, NOT ENOUGH nuts and fudge!!. So I asked for more nuts and he pleasantly added two more tablespoons of pecan nuts. I did not say a word so as not to make a scene. But when I tasted it, its like a $2.99 thrifty ice cream and not the COLDSTONE $14.99 ice cream I used to BUY BEFORE! Even Nar, another server said pertaining to the ingredients they mix to the ice cream, that is just a picture, that is not how we do it So is it COLDSTONE in general, or is it the people who serve it?
