Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It been awhile since I came to a Olive Garden but tonight was finally the time to come here. When we arrived, we were able to find parking easily because it's in a big plaza with many parking spots so I parked closer to where Target is. When we walked into Olive Garden, I checked in with the host and we got seated right away. They sat us where the bar is so it was good because we were near the TV to watch the football game. Now the service was kind of slow but it didn't really affect our dining experience because it give us time to chat. They have good wine and beer options here so it looked like they updated their drinks menu. My father in law got his Corona beer, my uncle got his Michelob Ultra beer, my wife got her Peach Raspberry Ice Tea and I got a coke. For our entree my wife got her Chicken Alfredo, my father in law got the seafood Alfredo, my uncle got the meatball and I got the Sirloin with Alfredo. I thought my sirloin meat texture was not good and taste more like sloppy joes. The seasoning was good but the quality of the meat was not. I would not recommend getting the sirloin steak here. Everyone else enjoy their dish and you can't beat the unlimited bread stick. My wife really like her soup that came with her dish and my salad that came with mine.

Decided to hit up Olive Garden for that endless pasta deal, and it did not disappoint. Threw in the extra $4.99 for unlimited meat toppings, which was totally worth it. Started off with some soups, and man, they were fire...way better than expected. Then came the fettuccine with mushroom sauce, chicken, and sausage, and wow, that was hands down the best! Service was on point too. Cold dining room aside, this spot definitely hit the mark.

Easy, free parking right on site.
Arrived at lunch time, and ordered a Ripper with NY Red onion sauce and dill relish plus fries.

Everything was great!

One perk is the restaurant is on the American Airlines Dining Program, do I get miles and a meal!

During our week-long stay in Los Angeles, we dined at Olive Garden twice, and both times we had a fantastic meal. The portions were huge, and the breadsticks are truly unmatched. It was also a nice bonus that you always get a soup or salad with your meal.
The service was good each time, although on the first visit, everything was served at once, so my pasta was already cold by the time my soup was finished. The waiter apologized for the mix-up—apparently a kitchen error. Such things can happen. But it was definitely a great experience and highly recommended!

Haven't been here for years until recently I ordered the shrimp fettuccine. There was no flavor and especially the shrimp was bland. Definitely not how I remember it, I don't know what changed. But the soup,salad and bread sticks were good and the service was really great.

Very bad customer service. I’m not reviewing the food in this review. I was trying to use a gift card that a friend gave me which I accidentally damaged but I had the 16 digit number and pin and I had the actual pic also. They didn’t want to redeem it. They make me call the 1-800 number which they verify my card and my remaining balance, still they didn’t want to redeem my gift card with the worst excuse (indirect accuse me) that there is a lot of gift card fraud !!! Really ??! I had to go out and place order on line (which off course my gift card worked) and come back and pick up my food to go! All the management in this location really sucks :( horrible customer service.

The Service: Our server, Charissa, was very attentive and efficient. We didn't have to wait long before she took our order, serving drinks & bread. She constantly came back to our table to check on us. Very good customer service!

The Food: We ordered mozzarella cheese appetizer. Super cheesy~ Love it! The artichoke dip appetizer, the pita chips were too soft and not crispy.

Their pasta dishes are good size to share. Kids meal... huge portion.

The Parking: Huge plaza parking lot (free)

This is a very enjoyable place to eat for not a ton of money. I usually get their endless soup and salad because I'm a vegetarian and I happen to like that item. They have great servers and it's a really fun place to to go. It does get noisy when it's crowded but that's to be expected when the place is so popular.

Be warned the food was absolutely abysmal. 1 star. Not to totally knock this place, because our waitress was kind and very attentive. But I definitely would not recommend eating here. Save your money or spend it elsewhere at an actual Italian restaurant. You pay premium prices for low quality tv dinners.

Very attentive and hard working people. We didn't have to wait for refills at all. Unfortunately, they only have two kinds of dressing for salad: ranch and Italian, and Italian was extremely sour. For soups ( we tried 3 of them) minestrone was the worth. Neither one from our party liked it. The other two were little bit better, but not as great as they were a year ago.

First time ever visiting here more then 10 years and I could say it sure improved alot. I had the calamari which was very well cooked and with a crisp to it just excellent. My main dish was the lasagna classico which is delicious. The bread sticks are always served hot as they come out. The soups are to die for. My advice don't over due the soup and bread or u will not end up finishing ur main dish and taking it home. Overall I enjoyed everything I was served. Reading from other reviews people say the waitress are rude, not the one I had he was very polite and always there before I even needed anything.

We came here for dinner due to all the depictions and mentions of Olive Garden in American media and it did not disappoint. They were able to accommodate a family of 8 on a Thursday night with two small children very quickly. Apps were good but our entries took a while after, probably because they making all 8 of our entries come out at the same time. The salad, I was surprised, was a Garden salad w/ croutons rather than a pure Caesar salad, which is what I would of preferred. Shout out to our server Megan for getting us to-go containers for a ton of food we had left. Overall would back to this location again.

Disappointing over cooked pasta with only a little bit of sauce. Could have been terrible, but the sauce flavor and the sausages were good. As for the service, our server mostly ignored our comments and requests.

We were shopping in the Burbank area whilst on holiday from Australia and decided to give Olive Garden a go. It was good in all aspects but with tips and taxes is expensive for pasta and salad. (By Australian standards). The restaurant and atmosphere was great though and the service was quick. It is conveniently situated near a huge target and Walmart. Definitely worth a try. By American standards it is less expensive than other Italian restaurants

Be careful with the shrimp scampi from the lunch menu, seems like a small appetizer. Over all the service and food is good. I did complain about the size dish matter to Kristen (Manager) she seems to care very little in my constructive complaint.

Fuimos día Domingo y coincido con el Never ending pasta bowl y había demasiado gente, nos tocó esperar aproximadamente 40 min. Pero de resto la comida estaba exquisita, la atención fue bastante rápida a pesar de estar tan llenos, estaban muy bien organizados. Las pastas las sopas todo muy rico, pero lo mejor fueron los pancitos 😅.

Volvería en otra ocasión pero que no haya tantas personas.

Solicitei pratos sem cebola e sem alho e foi dito que seria possível fazer. Fizemos o pedido. Infelizmente os pratos vieram com cebola e alho. Sorte deles que não sou uma pessoa alérgica, apenas intolerante.

Good times spent last Tuesday night at Olive Garden. We enjoyed our family dinner time. We attempted to try the never ending pasta bowl but we didn’t even make it to the refill. 😂 Our plan to at least make sure we get 2 refills failed. 😅 Everything was so good though, as always. We have all been to a chain restaurant before. We know what we are getting. But this location is really doing the work to rise above that preconceived notion and deliver an incredible experience. Truly have not had a bad experience at this location. Our server Eleisha was excellent and anticipated our needs with patience and accuracy; she truly guided us through our experience and made our night so much more excellent. Excellent all around!

This location used to be my go to since it's the closest. But the last 2 times I've gone I've found a hair in my food. I went around April, I got the spaghetti with meat sauce and added chicken but as I was eating I found a long hair in my food. About a week ago,the last week of August my child wanted to go so I chose to give this location another try. This time I found a hair in my soup. Never going back to this location.

Really like OG since their food, salad, and soups are always consistent. Any branch will have the same quality. We go because we like some of their items and always get the same ones and it's reliable. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I rarely ever eat at Olive Garden. The salad was delicious but the pasta was lackluster and reminding me that when I want delicious Italian food, Olive Garden is never
my first choice. I also visited on a Sunday so we had to wait before we were seated.

I have a seafood allergy, asked for my food to be cooked separate. I don’t complain to the manager because the food was made and I don’t want a refund. I immediately felt my throat swelling and dizziness. Had to take today off work. My throat is so sore and I broke out. It was a light attack and took my epi pen when I got home. Please do better Olive Garden.

We came to grab something to eat i got the shrimp and chicken carbonara which was deliciously creamy. My brother got the chicken Alfredo fettuccine with broccoli which he says he definitely recommends, if you have a big appetite or can't seem to choose a plate, we would recommend you get the tour around Italy which will include fettuccine Alfredo, lasagna and chicken parmigiana. My mom and my aunt loved the tour of Italy and had leftovers to take. The only thing i didn't like was when we paid on the table it showed the entire table how much we spent. We were taking my mom and aunt to lunch and we would've liked a more discreet way of paying

We went to Burbank Olive Garden for the hubby's birthday 🎉. If you've signed up for their reward program you get a free dessert. We enjoyed a tasty lunch with plenty to take home, got 2 frozen meals -to-go for only $6 each, and his dessert choice was the ricotta cheesecake.
Our waitress Hannah was very nice and helpful when we had questions.

Waitress dulce V didn't offer us anything else to eat like 🍪🎂 desserts she straight asked if I wanted boxes plus with the receipt she didn't give us chocolate and forgot to bring us out appetizers we had to remind her and asked for refill for coke and she brought it when we were done eating

So, having been to some fancy/expensive Italian restaurants, I have to say obviously the food was not expensive. Large servings and pasta tasted great, not over sauced. Shrimp dish was very shrimpy. The bread was weird; sgoogy. Our martinis first came in dirty margarita glasses ( residue salt on rim) it was fixed. Atmosphere was very family oriented and most children were well behaved. Good place to go in a pinch and excellent for a family watching their budget

Kimberly Needs to be fired. She had terrible customer service from beginning to end and didn't even get the order right. I understand things can get busy and hectic especially on a Sunday night but the attitude was uncalled for... Pick a different profession and Miguel as a manager you should do better as well, don't hire people who make your customers feel unwanted in a family restaurant. Overall couldn't even eat the food because it wasn't correct or good.

Even though it's a chain in a mall, they really did a great job with the interior. The portion sizes are HUGE. It tasted fresh...and it was super convenient location.

Our waiter Alex was very nice and patient made all the recommendations and then we decided to go simple with pasta and meatballs and fettuccine and chicken.
The portions are huge and the same goes with the salad!!
The restaurant is very big has multiple sections.
Got here around 2pm so not too busy.
Would come back again.

Whole visiting my daughter in California, I wanted some meatballs and spaghetti so we visited Olive Garden. We were seated and it was awhile before our server came over. The salad is now only ONE serving as well as bread. Our appetizer was Mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce.
My daughter enjoyed her Ravioli pasta dish, but my chicken parmigian was fried too hard and hurt to chew. I didn't say anything about it, I just didn't eat it later. I should have stuck to the spaghetti and meatballs.
