I have been coming here for a few years. The last couple times service has been absolutely terrible. Do not come here. Go elsewhere.

First incident, it took 20 minutes for them to ask what we wanted to drink or have for hookah. Throughout the night had to constantly flag down the waiter to ask about our drink refills.

Today’s incident:
Again, took about 15-20min from the time we got seated for them to check on us.

We asked for coals and it took 30 minutes for them to come by.

I have already brought this terrible service to their attention but they seem like they don’t care.

Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere. Service sucks.

Walked in to a somewhat empty restaurant. Employees watched as we wondered around trying to figure out where we go to be seated because nothing was clearly marked. The food however was fantastic and I highly recommend the steak and fries!

Waited an hour for the food and it was overcooked and soaked in dressing. The hookah they took 45 minutes to bring out and never changed the charcoal even though I asked no less than 10 times for more charcoal. I regret going back to this place it has turned into an absolute disaster from a customer service and quality standpoint. This is no way to treat a customer and shrug it off when I complain about how bad the service is.

There is definitely a lot of improvement in service. Had to revise.

Today's experience at Central Casting was priceless. All the what to do and what not to do that was given today in class will take anyone who is pursuing their dreams as an actor a very long way. I want to say thank you to the entire department at Central Casting that works hard to make sure that these are always available to to ensure that actors like me are successful in this industry. Thank you Laura and Patrick. You two did a wonderful job. I can't wait until the next. I'm working on that Oscar just like Brad Pitt just won.

{During Covid-19} They are open for hookah drinks and food. Slightly more spaced out and actually feels better not having as many people lol. The hookah service is great.

We asked for a cup of water- I was told I cannot get a cup of water- I have to buy a drink in order to get a cup of water- we had ordered a lot of food. California law does not state that I have to order a drink in order to get a cup of water - ridiculous policy- this is against CA policy -greedy - this place charges 22percent gratuity even when you are less than 4 persons and your bill is less than $100

Food was ok. My friend and I had salads and both were soaked in very sour dressing. Service was slow or non-existent. It was 2pm in the afternoon and not that busy. Surprised to see the bill that included a 18% gratuity. Not worth it.

Walked into the place for the first time and wasn’t sure what to expect but the main bartender treated us so well. She’s the best! Definitely a good spot after catching a movie nearby

Their hours claim to be 11am - 2am everyday on Google. I checked their website and it confirms this information is true.

I give the restaurant a call and the lady said sometimes they close at 1am, sometimes they close at 2am it just depends on the day. I'm not sure what kind of response this is.

I arrive with my party at 12:45am and we were denied seating and were told the restaurant is closed. The lady also said the their hours depend on how busy they are because they are a family business.

You are better off dining at a place with better customer service, accurate hours of operation, and restaurants that take their business more seriously.

The food is average and acceptable. Mediterranean fusion. Wraps, shawarma,kabobs, hummus, and sandwiches. Drinks are great, they send Starbucks coffee. If you are a Hookah fan, this is the place. Outdoor seating with heaters. Staff and their service are great.

This place has become mediocre. The food has lost its value for the money, the hookahs don't hit that well, and only one male server cares for his customers. They need to revamp this place with better staff, better food and better hookahs.

Terrible! Did not know it was a hookah bar and there’s NO accommodation for non smokers. I asked to be seated away from others who smoked and told the waiter that I have severe asthma and allergies. He said no problem. The restaurant was virtually empty and within minutes he seated 2 people RIGHT next to me who immediately fired up a hookah! WTAF!? I had to keep my mask on between bites of food& drink but that didn’t protect my eyes from puffing up! I asked that the tv be turned up so I could watch the NFL Sunday game. Had to ask 3 times before it was BARELY turned up. When I first arrived I had to hunt for someone to let me be seated. It was nearly 5 minutes of walking around and standing and calling out “hello” before anyone showed up. The younger of the 2 waiters was quite surly. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned before I sat down because there was food all over all the tables. Could not get a refill on my drink because the waiter was AWOL, but he started showing up with charcoal a lot and would rush away without checking on me. I bed to get up and follow him to ask for service. The Falaffal was ok with pickles and only 2 little slices of tomato. The ful medames was HORRIBLE! Overcooked, tasted weird, WAY TOO much salt, ZERO lemon or garlic flavor. Barely garnished with about 1 tsp or less of diced tomato and hardly any fresh parsley which was over minced into mush. The pita bread was so dry and tasted like cardboard. They serve CHARBUCKS iced tea and refills are NOT free and VERY EXPENSIVE to begin with and they seemed resentful that I asked for water with lemon and I got no lemon. . ALL Charbucks restaurants I have ever been to provide free refills and I told the waiter so and he had the lame excuse that “this isn’t Charbucks” The iced tea at Charbucks is the only I thing there I can drink. I cannot gag their burnt “coffee” Swill down. I have NEVER had to sit a negative review, and don’t want to hurt anyone’s business, and my negative review will have ZERO impact as this is really highly rated by most people and that’s great for them, but this is mainly for those who may want to know the things I learned the hard way. I HOPE the management reads this and may be a little more considerate and accommodating for non smokers and people who are vulnerable around smoke. I wish I had left before the smoking incident went down, but was starving and really craving Mediterranean food. Fool me once.

The food and service was horrible, we ask them the food must be well done but they brought the food not cooked, we told them and the management said they were busy but they weren’t busy at all.

Great restaurant, good tasting food for a good price, paid about 50 bucks for 2 people including the tip. Portions are big. The waitress was polite

Pros: Food is great! Lots of options and an overall great menu. The hookah is very good too, the people preparing it know what they're doing and do it well.
Cons: They seem very understaffed, it takes a great while to get a server's attention since there is probably only 1 or 2 of them for the whole place. It also takes a long time for the kitchen to send out the food you ordered.

This is my to-go-to place when I am in California. I love that they have Starbucks available and the food is amazing. The hookah is top notch and the staff are amazing.

Oh boy! How this place has fallen, for the past three years we had large events at Gagtana’s but after the service we experienced this last event they have lost our business.

Bartender - probably a young kid trying to make drinks by google searching the recipe, I’ll take the guessing out for all of you, get a beer and be happy with it. There is no mixology happening here.

Waiters - seems to be overwhelmed with the amount of business coming in, very slow service.

Chefs - food is good depending on what you order, from reviews of our party their pizza is one of our favorites. But, the service is again slow from the kitchen, appetizers took 35-40 minutes. Entrees over an hour. My recommendation if you choose to come here place your food order right away so you don’t loose your appetite waiting.

Hookah - good depending on who is working on your bowl. They do overall a good job and will comp out a bowl if you don’t like it.

Overall experience was mixed, but for a resturant in burbank I would say this place has lost its touch, they had great employees here in the past but it seems to me bad management and ownership has destroyed this place.

My group and I saw sat in view of the bar and watched our drinks sit on the counter. When I tried to ask for our server for our drinks, she raised her finger at us and walked away. The second attempt to get her attention resulted in her quick repsonses of "Yep. Yep. Ok." On top of our rude service, we waited over an HOUR for deep fried Oreos. When asked about our dessert, she claimed it will be done in "45 seconds". After we waited another 10 minutes, our dessert finnaly came, along with the check. Our waitress was kind enough to remove them from our bill. I do not plan on ever coming back.
