Panini Kabob Grill - Burbank

Had medium expectations and PKG exceeded them. Service was good, food took a little bit but there was more to-go traffic than people even sitting down. Food quality amd taste were great, especially for the price.

Lamb kabob with basmati rice and date salad. The chicken was good too, someone else ordered that.
Also took a picture of the falaffel 0late with mediteranian salad, the pickle is spicy but good.

I loved the atmosphere. Open & airy! Family friendly! We started with an appetizer, Tje humus trio. All was delightful! My favorite was the peppered hummus. The food was amazing, although the portions can feed 2 or three per plate. The 2 Beed Koobideh kabob plate was delicious and can easily feed three people. 😋 The strawberry date salad was so fresh and delicious that I craved more.

We truly enjoyed our dinner. The atmosphere was really calm and toasty since we decided to dine in the patio.
Our server was really attentive and he provided us outstanding customer service. The food was delivered to us within 10 or 15min of ordering which was fast in My opinion. Everything was delicious. We recommend this place 100%. We are definitely coming here with our whole family next time. Until then Panini Kabob...thank you...

I been wanting to try this place for a few months now. I am always in Burbank and constantly meeting up with friends to catch dinner and a movie. We have our usual spots but we are always looking to try something new. For me since I cook and have cooked professionally for so long I love days when I can relax, order food and be waited on.

I read the yelp reviews and although there are a few bad reviews most were good and the food looked good. So we decided tonight would be the night. Nora B was our server, she was very welcoming and friendly. She took our order with a smile and although not everyone thinks this is a big thing I am finding the finer art of customer service to be hard to find lately. The staff beginning with the host are you first contact with the restaurant. Their attitude can effect your visit very easily.

My wife and I both ordered the lamb. I ordered mine rare and she ordered hers medium well. We both loved our food, I mean everything on our plate was delicious. My one and only problem was that pita and hummus was not included. Although I joined the reward program which got us a free order of pita and hummus. They were excellent! Something about warm pita and hummus when done right is so satisfying.

Finally as for our service. Our waitress was busy and I could see that, she scurried from table to table taking orders. Yet we weren’t ignored, this is very important! The support staff was there to help. A bus boy refilled my drink and the manager brought out our food. I didn’t catch his name but he was also very friendly.

Overall I can say this is not the last time we will be coming here. I already know what I am going to order on the next visit.

The place has good food but given the fact that it is in a mall, the overall feel is somewhat fast paced. Our waiter during our visit seemed to be having a pissy day but I can't blame the establishment. A great place to eat if you're at the mall.

Was ths first customer on Saturday morning of Memorial weekend 2024 at 10am and waited over an hour and a half before getting my to go order. The manager quoted me a 30 minute wait and DID NOT let us know about a big order before us that would occupy them for over an hour before they started prepping our order. Was Blatantly disrespected by their manager and will never come hear again. Spread the word

Went here with my family and the staff was not paying mind to us. We were the first ones in the patio area it was 5 of us. We had ordered our food. Other people started arriving I would say about 3 tables of 2 got their food before us. We kept getting attended by different people and when we asked for the check the lady said she did not speak Spanish so I asked her in English and she never sent it. I had also asked a waiter to bring a tray to go and he never brought it but I saw him gazing around on who else to help mind you everyone else had left by then. After, another waitress asked if we were ready to pay we told her we had asked someone else about 10 to 15 minutes prior to her so she said she would get it, then took like 15 minutes to bring it back. It was really bad service. I don’t recommend coming here although I’m not sure why they were attending us like that because it seemed everyone else was getting fast service.

Raquel is one of the hostess in this great restaurant and she is by far one of the most talented hostess I ever came across. Horrible experience here. The server spilled red wine all over my white calfskin leather jacket. The staff came into the bathroom to put soda water on it. Then they promised to reimburse and refuse to answer my calls. So unprofessional.

We ordered a meal for delivery for a large party of about 50 people. Sadly, the wrong meal was delivered, which was for about 5 people. We called Panini Kabob and informed them of the situation. Without delay, they corrected the issue and cooked up a new order. Later we found out, the problem was the door dash delivery driver who mixed up the orders. The food was a hit as expected. We've ordered from Panini Kabob before and will continue to order from here. Thank you to the Panini Kabob crew who helped fix our issue. It is greatly appreciated.

We have been coming to this resturaunt for years. So I was glad this location opened. With time comes change. and the change is not always good. The food is enjoyable and pretty consistent in taste. Best to dine-in vs ordering to-go. I have encountered too many occasions when the food is not fully cooked, having nearly raw vegetables, onions and tomatoes. (Kabob ingredients) When dining in, the preparation is more complete and ready to eat. We dined in, then ordered our neighbor the same meal to-go and it looked completely different and was not as thoroughly cooked. Please check your food before you leave. Eat and Enjoy!

I often use this restaurant for lunch with all my family and before it’s was nothing special , but today I was really surprised I’m feeling that I’m in very expensive restaurant, very nice waiter I got best service which ever in this restaurant ( I have been to many of them located in LA ) , tight prepare and tasty food , played beautifully Italy style music, everything was great, I hope this place will always stay like this !!!!!!!!!

We celebrated my moms 62nd birthday and had a marvelous time. We ordered 4 Family Size Platter meals, and it was more than enough for 15 of us. The veggies were just a little burned but it was all worth it because of Jacky's service! She was an amazing server, super funny, charismatic and friendly! We loved her service, our time at Panini, the outside patio and spending time with family for my moms birthday 🎂. Thank you Jacky!

Disappointed with the service. Besides the fact we waited quite a bit to be seated when was the time to take our order the waitress wasn't able to accommodate a very simple request. We wanted to order a kids pasta but instead of butter (that's how it's served) we wanted pesto sauce since our kid doesn't eat pasta with butter. How difficult it is to throw a spoon of pesto instead of butter. I am paying for that pesto anyway. She said she needs to talk to the manager and came back saying they don't do special requests. Though I understand that some chefs don't want to mess with their recipes, this one is meant for a kid. I think an exception can be made in such cases.

This was my first time at the Burbank location and I had high expectations considering the food at Panini Grill is so good. But was a bit disappointed. Ended up being an ok experience. Food was meh as was the service. Server was very attentive at the beginning then went MIA. The protein lacked the juicy tenderness I'm used to in the kabob plate. Panini steak sandwiches my husband and son had were dry and bland. The hummus and pita app lacked sufficient pita slices... Definitely prefer the DTLA location because I love this restaurant.

Extremely stingy restaurant and staff. Ordered 80 dollars of delivery and I forgot to add 2 yogurts on the side which are no more than like 2oz at most and they refused to be generous enough to just add it into the order without making me call another Postmates driver when my driver was already on the way to their resturant, I even offered to pay in any way but they refused . Left a bad taste in my mouth especially as a returning customer, won't be coming back if you're gonna be stingy for a dollar of yogurt. How to lose a customer 101.

I've been here once before, and I absolutely loved it. The food was delicious. The service was great. But this past weekend we tried to eat there again and we were disappointed. We waited to be seated for too long. All the workers just kept walking around us and ignoring us. One of the managers told us that someone was going to be right with us, but he was rude about it. Mask on, I could barely understand what he was telling us. I tried to ask him to repeat what he said, but he ignored me and walked away. Luckily, my daughter heard a little. It was so bad. I don't know if I'll go back. When the host finally came to us, we declined and went to eat somewhere else.

The service was the worst they told us they couldn't sit us, after asking about the outside, which was empty, they told us they couldn't give us quick service. So by the time our food came, it was cold. And one of them was bloody. They did take it back, but by the time that came were ready to go home, so we had to have it to go.

Highly recommend Panini Kabob Grill, a Burbank restaurant that we recently had the pleasure of dining at. The food, service, and ambiance were all excellent!

We were greeted warmly by the restaurant staff, who then seated us at a table with a beautiful view. The restaurant music was pleasant and relaxing.

Our server, Carlos H, was very friendly and attentive. He recommended several delicious chicken kabob wraps, which we paired with the Falafel Combo Appetizer and Linguine Alfredo. The falafels were crispy and flavorful, and the linguine Alfredo was creamy and perfectly cooked.

We highly recommend Panini Kabob Grill to anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting.

The service here is horrible. 3 times we called to confirm our online order and they confirmed that everything was fine and would have our order ready for pick up on schedule. We show up for our order and they claim that it wasnt in there system and was canceled and been refunded. No cancelation was received nor was there any refund. Victor the store manager has zero customer service skills and refused to assist and was completely rude. A manager should not act the way he did and should be understanding and assist customers.

When we want to eat kebab, there is only one place in our head and that is only Panini Kebab!
Delicious and great flavored chicken and koobideh kebab that I will eat and enjoy every meal. Even when we wanted to do some family party i always ordered family packages from panini and everyone was satisfied and happy with food. 100% try it and you will love it.

The way the food prepared is closer to Middle eastern flavor. I worked in Lebanon for 11 years and I am familiar with middle eastern foods. My guests were happy, no left over except the Falafel, I think it's kind of hard and over spiced.

I was so happy they reopened after being closed during the pandemic. I've had brunch, lunch and dinner meals there. The only disappointing item I've had so far has been the Baklava. It was too sweet and didn't taste freshly baked to me. Other than that, the service and food are consistently good.

I love the Panini Kabob Grill in Beverly Hills and Woodlands Hills. The Burbank location is not as good. The to-go portions of the chicken plate are usually generous. This time they were not. Everything was half full. I ordered extra dressing, and it was really watery. I tell myself it's cause it was an hour before closing time, but if you are paying the same price everyone else pays morning/ night, why should I get less? I mean, it's not like they give you a discount for giving you less. Customer service is good, and the chicken and basmati rice were good. There needs to be consistency in portions. I would like this to be my go to Panini Grill in the future, but not if it means getting unreliable portions and watered down dressing.

Great atmosphere, soft lighting &giant outdoor patio. Servers are attentive and informative on the different selections. Thank you server Carlos for a rewarding dinning experience.

The meat/kabob was uncooked (raw almost), very small portion was provided, one tomato was cut in 4 pieces. such a cheap restaurant for $110 I spent. so unhappy, I wont order from them anymore. That was my first and last time trying ordering from Panini Kabob.

The worst Paninni I’ve ever had, I usually order in Irvine OC is much better than Burbank location, even though I thought since Burbank an Armenian town it would taste better than the Irvine location

Happy to see Panini Kabob Grill is Open again. Food and service was the same as I remembered pre pandemic. Both were excellent. I sat outside and my server Raquel was attentive and friendly. Dog friendly outdoor seating under the patio cover.
