I took my wife here on a Saturday morning to grab breakfast. I wanted to try this place for a while but never had the chance until now. We came a little after they open so they were not as busy yet. I parked down the street since its basically street parking here. I checked in with the host and we got seated inside. Its a small place and has only like 10 tables inside so be aware of that because they do get busy. My wife started off with their hot cafe de olla coffee and asking our waiter some questions on their chilaquiles, she went with the chilaquiles divorciados because she was able able to pick the green and red sauce. I got the All In One burrito along with asking for the avocado to be on the side. I was going to order a soda but the price was almost the same as getting a appetizer so I just got water. The staff are very friendly here and attentive to us during our dining experience. Our food took a little while to come out but it was t an issue. My wife beloved her chilaquiles but prefer the red sauce more. I thought my burrito was good as well and it filled me up. I ended up ordering the enchiladas poblanos to go for my mom with white bread and fruits. The best thing here is the coffee has unlimited refill. My mom really loved the enchiladas when she ate it at the house. We will be sure to come back when we have the chance again. Vegetarian options: They have a big menu here and the vegetarian dishes are clearly label. Parking: Its basically street parking here so just find a spot. Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: This place is not really wheelchair accessible inside but if you sit outside then it would give you more room.

Very honest opinion here, this place was definitely not worth the wait on a weekend. We waited 1 hour and 40 mins to be seated, and then another 40 after that to be served our food. We had high hopes based on reviews and things we ve heard which is why we decided to stay despite the wait. 1st pic: chilaquiles en chipotle, these were the only amazing thing on the menu from everything we tried! Would definitely come back to get them for takeout again & really recommend them. Very unique & had a lot of flavor, 10/10. 2nd pic: Del antojo combination, eh. The salsa verde in the chilaquiles poblanos had no flavor, some of the most bland I ve had. The mollete con chorizo was extremely salty, hard to eat. Not worth it if you know what really good chilaquiles verdes taste like. 5/10 3rd pic: pozole, it was okay, not great. We love pozole and were disappointed since the broth lacked flavor, 6.5/10. 4th pic: horchata, the color should tell you everything, didn t even recognize it was horchata when it got served to us. The people next to us also left theirs untouched so opinions on this one might be similar. 0/10 5th pic: iced café de olla, this was okay, it was good to try. 7/10

This was such a great discovery. The chilaquiles tasted so good. There was so much flavor and I really took my time to savor it all. Multiple staff came to check on us periodically to make sure our table was good and honestly, it was a great experience. When they texted us our table was ready, I think it only took 1 or 2 minutes to walk to the check-in kiosk and our table had already been given away. Not a big deal but just thought I should mention that in case future customers experience the same issue and don t have the same patience and understanding as I do. Also, more shade should be provided for an outside waiting area. Overall, I loved this place and would definitely come back.

Ambiance: I didnt really get a chance to see the inside, I was sat on the outside, which was essentially the sidewalk. Seems like a consistently busy place and a neighborhood favorite. Service: we had about a 1.5 hour wait, so if you plan on coming on the weekend, be mindful of that. When we were seated, everything seemed to come out pretty fast. Our server was nice and quick. Food: I never had a cafe de olla, and it was highly suggested, it didnt disappoint, I can see why people come just for the coffee. The chilaquiles and French toast were delicious as well. Overall, there are no complaints with my experience other than the wait. Street parking wasnt ideal but decent.

A friend put me on to this place on my birthday. I got an all-in-one burrito. Im a creature of habit so Ive had like seven or eight all in one burritos from this place. Most of them were good but one or two of them were not the best. Im writing this in January 2023. I always order for pickup because generally the wait is pretty long unless you go really early in the morning. On another note if you are close enough to go to this place regularly then you are also close enough to find Healing hero hands which is the best massage therapist in Burbank. Update: as of 2024 their burritos are $14 now. They are delicious but I still find it hard to pay that much for a burrito.

The staff is very polite thats what the star is for. The wait is ridiculous! Came on a Wednesday 1230 it was not crowded. Checked in on yelp it said 11 min wait. Took an hour to be seated and another 30 to get our food. Got a steak and egg sandwich. Steak was cooked correctly but tasted old. Hash browns were soggy. Also got a pancake combo. Pancakes were cold and hard, bacon was burnt to a crisp. Tried the chilaquiles sauce was good. Coffee was tasty for being cafe de olla however we asked the server for creamer and he told us to try it first. We said can you bring creamer anyway and he didnt he forgot had to ask again. Prices were as expected im not one to complain about price for food. You can find a better breakfast spot down the street at eat n park if youre looking for breakfast.

The food was so good, I couldnt even take off a star for the long wait we had. The place is small, you really have to be lucky to get a seat. But once youre seated, service was great, they were so kind to my kids especially when one of them wanted to change their drink. Plus it was all at a good price point. We came for breakfast on a Thu morning. First, the coffee was some of the best Ive ever had. Then came the food: we got the Sweet Temptation French toast, Del Norte, Del Sur, and Deli kids (Mickey pancakes with eggs, bacon, sausage and juice). All delicious. Theyre not so great at cooking eggs over medium - they tried twice without us asking and let us have both sets of eggs. If you order eggs over hard, they pop the yolk. None of this mattered to us as it was all tasty anyway. We will be back to try more food for sure! Kid-friendliness: They had little cups with lids for kids and were kind to change a drink my daughter didnt like.

Had the worst experience today. The host was rude and poor at his job. We got on the waitlist at 8:30am and were told it would be a 15-30 mins wait. We got a second text saying it could take 45 mins to sit us. After the 45 mins, I go up and asked the host for an update regarding our table and he made up some contrived excuse that we hadn t checked in when I had previously gone up to him to show him the text (he didn t bother to ask me the name and was incredibly dismissive). He said he would get us in as soon as he could. THEN after another 20 mins, I see him sit TWO other parties that got there AFTER us. I confronted him and all he could say, RUDELY, was I have to go by the list which was not what he had just told us 20 mins ago. He made no attempt to apologize or accommodate and that made me upset so we just left. This place has good food and usually good service. It s unfortunate that the Burbank location elected to hire such an unprofessional and unfriendly person to represent their restaurant.

If you go to this place, keep in mind that you will wait at least two hours to be seated. Also, even though we were waiting a long time, their friends or colleagues arrive and they were seated immediately even though they weren t in the waiting list, which was disrespectful. I would recommend this place to find a bigger location for their recognizable food, I congratulate the chefs since the food was very good, but the people that serve and hosts does not make any justice to this place.

Delicious food but a small place for huge demand. Be ready to wait a while to be seated even with a reservation.

I love the servers here. They are all so super nice. Make u feel very comfortable, they dont push u to order like other places do. The food is delicious. Their coffee is THE BEST. You can have it hot , cold or as a frappe and its still delicious. I can have their coffee every day if it was possible

I go to both their locations routinely every chance I can get to get my iced cafe de olla - so good! And the milk they use for it is dairy free
