A'S KITCHEN

First time visiting this restaurant. Looking for a filling sandwich. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with Fries. I also took home a Tri-tip sandwich for my wife (we have yet to find out how she liked it!)

I ate there and the staff were welcoming and helpful. They were kind enough to keep the tri-tip sandwich warm while I enjoyed my sandwich there.

The sandwich was good. I asked for mild, but next time will go up a notch as I could have done a bit spicier. The fries were cooked perfectly with a nice crunch and a touch of herbs dusted on top.

Overall I enjoyed my meal. I got the filling sandwich I was looking for. I will be back (and with friends next time!)

The fact this didn’t pop up for best restaurants in Burbank when searching google and TikTok is a travesty. This was phenomenal in every way and the owner genuinely seems to enjoy what he does. Everything is made in house including their sauces, the meat they used is displayed. If houses around here didn’t cost 1M I’d move here and eat this every day.

P.S. House sauce is amazing and the images pictured is the classic smash burger with an extra patty and the pastrami burger (which the wife loved)

Locally owned. So welcoming and helpful. Provided a small sample of their daily soup, which was carrot with rice. They make their own stock. Delicious. Everything homemade. We both got burgers (mine with pastrami) and they were amazing. I can’t recommend more highly.

Came here based on the smash burger reviews. Holy shit they were right it's an absolutely amazing burger, easily one of the best smash burgers I've ever had. We also got the pastrami sandwich and while that was pretty good that burger stole the show. Fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked and the sauces were on point. You will not beat the combo for $15

First time in this beautiful place, the food is delicious, a lot of options of fresh ingredients. Super clean, nice music. And the owner and chef are so nice and friendly. Don't forget to get a cold beer around 5 dlls.

Food tasted custom made to my liking. This place was on point with flavors. Got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich, tri tip steak sandwich, and garlic beef tongue. Shared 3 dishes enough for 4 people. They don't play when it comes to portions. The garlic beef tongue was hands down the best I've had. Love the fact that it's a family owned spot, so you know everything is fresh. Plus, they had 4 orders before me and got my food quick. Will recommend.

It's easy to overlook this place, but the food is amazing and I regret not trying it earlier!

The owner is so nice and you can tell he puts a lot of time and care into his culinary creations. Everything is cooked to order and the ingredients are fresh. Even the burger patties he makes himself starting with grinding the meat.

I've tried a bunch of things here and everything has been great but what especially brings me back are the soups. He has different ones each day, depending on the ingredients that he finds most fresh at the market.

My personal favorites:
French onion soup
Red Beet soup
Andalouse sauce (for the french fries)
Steak, mushroom, and onion sandwich
Mini chicken cutlets plate

That said, everything I've had here has been really delicious and I will continue trying more things on the menu.

I was amazed at how quiet the place was. At a 5 star rating, you'd think the joint would be crowded. Nonetheless, my dad and I enjoyed the peace and quiet, but more importantly, we greatly enjoyed our meal when it came out. My dad was in the mood for a very good cheeseburger, and to him, In-N-Out can't be bested with their quality. The cheeseburger here at A's did not disappoint him. In fact, my dad said its quality was superb! I was happy he got his burger fix. On the other hand, I got the tritip plate at a medium spicy, and it came with rice, fries, and a fresh salad with this extravagant vinaigrette. The tritip was very tender, and the spice level was a perfect kick. All in all, both me and my dad will be coming back for more. I can't recommend this spot enough!

Omg, I can't believe this place is so close to us and never ate here until today. Everything is so fresh and prepared for you there, from the meat patty to the dressing. I couldn't tell you enough. You have to try them. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended

Stopped by on a whim.... Took a look at the menu and took a stab at the chinese chicken salad. Was very happy with it. This homemade sesame dressing was really tasty and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Honestly was totally an accident I ate there. The place I was going to was closed for the day and was really hungry. Tbh this place is kind of in a little mini strip mall next to a liquor store so I almost didn't go in. (Don't let the look food you) I am so glad I did...now I have a new lunch spot.

Editing post: the beef tongue May be the best sandwich I have eaten, anywhere. If you have not eaten this sandwich, you have not eaten a sandwich. Crunchy bread, tenderest meat, flavorful. You don’t need the sauces but they are delicious too. Hail to the chef.

As soon as my nephew and I walked in the owner was very welcoming and warm.

It was our first time here and he treated us like royalty. The ingredients were laid out in front of us, he carefully explained the menu and took our order.

We proceeded to the table, waited 7 minutes and got our double smash burger which was absolutely delicious.

Service was great, food was even greater, and the atmosphere was very chill.

This place is awesome. Very welcoming and inviting. The food is incredible. I got a double smash burger and pickle chips. They were both perfect. The house made sauces are what really set this place apart. They are delicious and you can tell that they use high quality ingredients. The samouraï and garlic aioli in particular were really good.

I came here cause of the double smash burger. It has a nice crispy skirt and is just thick enough that it isn't just the burnt flavoring of the beef that you taste. The one thing for me is that the toppings were bottoms so the lettuce and extras were on the bottom bun and i had to flip the burger for it to be meat side down to be able to enjoy the flavor of the beef. Next time I order it I'll probably ask for it plain with just the grilled onions and cheese.

The burger combo comes with a side of seasoned fries and a can of soda. Not a bad price point for what you get.

I later noticed the jalapeno poppers and had to order some. The customer service was enjoyable.

I would not sleep on the soup. The beet soup had a bit of warmth to it spice wise, but it was so good my friend ordered a large to go.

They showed us what the plates looked like which had a good amount of food on it. I am looking forward to trying their tri tip wrap or plate.

I've been here a few times now, usually when I get car stuff done I walk down the street and head right here. This place is honestly one of the best restaurants in the city, incredible food and an absolutely wonderful and helpful staff. All of their food is incredibly fresh, and they very much pride themselves in that. A great selection, a calm and ultra clean restaurant at a decent price. It's almost like a real life Bob's Burgers (the TV show)
Stop in and you won't be disappointed, get the garlic aioli too!

Adis (the owner) is great and demonstrates his attention to quality and thoroughness from the immaculate space he maintains to the excellent food he prepares. The world needs more people like him! The food is top notch and made fresh to order, not frozen. Excellent quality organic sourced meat and the flavors are spot on! My kids ate everything non their plate. If you're flying in or out of Hollywood/Burbank it is well worth stopping in. And the BEET SOUP?!!!! AMAZING!!!! What a hidden gem. Found it on Google and based on other reviews decided to check it out. We weren't sure at first, but the owner greeted us warmly and brought us some homemade soup while we decided. So good! Burgers were fantastic. Fries were perfect. Our group of 8 had a great meal. The owner told us how the meat was all fresh and showed us his display case. 200% recommend. Loved it

Came into town to meet with our realtor to sell our home and I was hungry for fries and I Google and This place Pop up and thanks to Google I found my spot for every time I come into town THIS PLACE is amazing was attended immediately and service was ordered just fries and whole waiting I believe the owner he offer for us to taste his soup he just made and OMG it was amazing and spicy but DELICIOUS the House sauce 🤤 🤤 💗💗🤗 .. A hidden gem! The food here is exceptionally delicious. I personally like the steak mushroom onion sandwich. I’ve also tried their wraps! They have quality fresh food and you are given good portions. You can tell they use quality meats.
I ordered food to go and the gentlemen that helped me was very friendly and kind. I will definitely be trying other dishes and let my family and friends know about this place. It’s always good when you find a gem like this. Keep up the good work! Sorry we ate our food so no pics. 😆

ADIS is awesome!! All Kraft kitchen responsibly sourced. A hug from abroad. A must stop to or from the airport. Forget Porto’s. Check this place out!!!! Sandwiches and burgers are epic!!! Nothing bad here. Wish it was closer to home!!!

Food was really flavorful!

They have a big selection of different types of food, my go to this time was Pork Belly (Ikibir) and Grilled Chicken w/ peppers. Plate came with fries and a really yummy dipping sauce. Definitely well cooked and flavorful. It made me want to savor every bite. The sandwich and wraps are deliciously spicy (you can ask for whatever spicy level) the food came out hot and fresh. He (Owner) made it and served it.

For sure worth stopping by more than once.

Finally got around to trying this place. Picked up a Togo order. Garlic beef tongue sandwich was delicious. Friendly. Great place. Check it out.

Update: been here, twice more. PLEASE support this restaurant. The owner is so nice and his food is really good and fresh. I’ve had garlic beef tongue pork belly and steak and mushroom. His plates are a large portion. The salad is refreshing, fries nicely seasoned, the rice is delicious. Garlic beef tongue is my favorite so tender. Please support this restaurant and check it out.

best fish sandwiches ever. i tried the sandwich and also as a wrap. i wanted to take a picture but i ate it all the second i saw how it looked. delicious fries and seasoned so well! excited to go back and try other menu options (: very quality food and worth every penny and then some!! (btw the portions are MASSIVE!! sandwich fed me for lunch and dinner!)

I was curious about this place because it had all five star reviews. When you enter the restaurant and interact with the owner, you understand why. There is literally a giant poster of him and his wife saying thank you for coming to our restaurant and it is beyond adorable to say the least. I ordered the Smashburger and the Chinese chicken salad. The Chinese chicken salad was good, but it did lack in the chicken department a bit. The Smashburger was phenomenal. I will definitely come back here again for that. The owner was extremely nice and you really walk out of there rooting for that guy, let me tell ya. One of my friends was hesitant to go there and wanted to go somewhere else but by the time we were leaving, he wanted to make sure he said goodbye to the owner.

We finally made a stop at A's and let me tell you it did not disappoint!! We got the Garlic beef tongue (came with fries and a drink), the loaded smash burger (came with fries and a drink), porkbelly cheese fries, and two bacon hot dogs (came with a fries and a drink). My husband and i rated from bestest to great. We both agreed that everything was super delicious, but our fav was the garlic beef tongue. It was soft and tender, tasty, and the bread was soft. Dont miss out on this place. The hype is REAL! This is a true hidden gem 💎.

The food is freshly made and very delicious. We ordered the smash burgers and a pastrami sandwich and they were very flavorful and nicely seasoned. They came with seasoned krinkle fries that were hot and crispy. A's kitchen is owned by a very lovely couple and they were very friendly and will make your food the way you like it with a smile. The restaurant is very clean. I'm excited that we have another family owned business in Burbank that provides great service and tasty dishes to the community. My family and I are definitely coming back again.

Amazing.
Ordered the cheeseburger w/crispy onions: burger was so savory with perfectly crisped onions. Such a good comfort hit.

The BBQ Ribs Burger was also cooked so well, tendered with love. meal came with seasoned Steak fries and a drink.

Yesterday was my first time at A’s. It was absolutely delicious. I gave the menu I took for myself to a friend telling him he’s got to try this place out and today my family is coming into town for lunch and this is where I’m taking them. The menu isn’t a typical hamburger joint, they’ve got incredible options and are genuinely super friendly and a for sure will become iconic for the community very quickly! You guys are great! Seriously!

Omg 😲 I stopped by this place because it had a 5 star review, and I was like I want to try a 5 star restaurant. I'm so glad I did. Honestly, this restaurant put all my other 5 star reviews to shame. Seriously, it's one of the best dinners I've had in a long time, especially for the price. The fried pickles are out of this world, the ribs are better than what I make at home, and I pride myself on my ribs. Lastly, the cook, host, I'm guessing owner was the friendliest, nicest person I've interacted with in a while. I'm 100% making this place a regular stop!!!!! I'll be back.

Just wow! On one of my many visits to NoHo we were hanging out. Thinking about what we wanted for lunch. Earlier a post came over my Insta for this restaurant. We weren’t sure whether we wanted late brunch or early lunch noticed they didn’t open until 11 AM And it was about 10:30 AM. I had a couple stops that I could make for getting there for lunch. Turns out I didn’t get there until 12:15 PM. Perfect timing for lunch. When you first walk in you noticed how clean the dining area is. We were greeted immediately by the owner and we had lots of questions. Ha ha. First thing you notices is the deli case with all the fresh side dishes and meats. The menu at first looks extensive, but it’s just got a lot of sauces and side dishes available. Still a lot of options to consider.

I decided on a pastrami sandwich and my son wanted the special smashed double hamburger. They have a combo where you get fries and a drink with your meal. The owner/chef will make it anyway you want it!

We sat down at one of the side tables, and they have large screen TVs with sports and variety on.

While we are waiting, we were offered a sample of the daily soup. Today was a chicken noodle with vegetable and out of this world over the top. Amazing. Could come here for just the soup, it is so fresh and tasteful.

Our food arrived on nice clean, aluminum, trays and well portioned. The pastrami was amazing and the bread portioned perfectly. My son said his burger was 9.1 for taste and quality. The seasoned crinkle fries were delicious.

Can’t say enough for overall service and quality of food. Comfortable atmosphere. Parking is good but I’m sure it’s busy at peak times.

The menu has something for most everyone; salads, soup, etc. This is home cooked at its best.

Definitely will be making this a regular stop when in the area by the Burbank Airport.

Get some. You won’t be disappointed.

Mr A is the nicest owner and great cook!!! I had the double smash with chedder and avocado and I swear I'm in the best food Coma 😋 this was so better than I thought it was going to be.... Alec or Alex (sp? ) the owner is super great at what he does and my tummy thanks him so much!! I had to t take one patty off since I couldn't even eat that much food!! I still could not finish my meal.. he serves the biggest portions and takes pride in his good food and great cooking! This is literally a hidden gem. Don't let prices throw you.... it's worth it! I swear. You're getting two meals basically.. you can definitely split this meal and still be full! I plan to take my mama asap!!

You HAVE to try this spot out. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who told me his name was Albert. I got a fish burger with baked potatoe and salad, made by chef and what it looks to be the owner, Jaqline.

First off, the portions are really generous. I was so grateful and stoked to be able to try something new.

Fried Fish burger - the fish was very fresh tasting and light. It was cooked well, very soft and flaky. The batter was cooked to a crisp. In addition, there was a delicious potato patty to complement the fish and slaw. The potato patty itself was a star on its own too tbh. Overall, it was soooo delicious. It reminded me of a fish taco but more complex due to the potato patty and slaw.

Oven Baked Cheese Potato - Most baked potatoes are served as is, but not here. It looked and tasted like the potato was baked, then mashed with butter, herbs, and seasoning, then placed back into the potato skin. To top it off, there was a CHEESE CRUST ON THE BOTTOM!! I mean, the details! The cook made sure to thoroughly season the whole potato so you wouldn't be biting into plain potato! It was topped with sour cream and cilantro. Another nod to detail here - they really care about the food you're about to eat.

Salad - Side salad came with cucumber, onions, and what tasted like a Sesame type dressing. This was a great contrast to the more heavy items.

Overall, I can tell the chef takes pride in his food as it's made with a lot of care and quality. Each item seems to be thoughtfully created and seasoned. You won't regret coming here if you're looking for flavor explosions and friendly service. I'll be back :)

Run, don’t walk to A’s Kitchen for some of the freshest, most delicious soup and sandwiches in the Valley, prepared and served by an incredibly friendly chef/owner in a spotlessly clean restaurant. The portions are huge, and along with the great value, every bite was satisfying and full of flavor. You can really taste the love and care put into all of the dishes.
Looking forward to many great meals!

UNREAL. absolutely worth visiting. The owner is so cool, but the FOOD. guys. This place is unreal. I got the Baby Ribs sandwich and my partner got the Fried Chicken sandwich (medium is kinda hot fyi). The herb seasoning on the fries is also a nice touch.

The Baby Rib Sammy is legendary and we have ribs at BBQ places a lot.

We can eat, and the serving size is very generous. I could only finish half and had the rest for dinner. I look forward to trying more of the menu before we even left the place!

Got beef tongue sandwich and I like how you can choose what goes in the slaw! It comes with fries and drink. The bread is great with crunchy texture. Also tried the double smash and it’s taste great too. Will definitely come back and try pork belly sandwich next time.

Wowwww delicious delicious delicious thats all I can say about this place the food is AMAZING topnotch fresh ingredients.

I had the tongue sandwich and OH MY GOOD never had anything like this in my life 🤤🤤🤤🤤

This is a must try place you try it once and you’ll be back for sure

Service is amazing food is ready in minutes and the staff super friendly

Overall 10/10 would give it higher stars if possible.

Amazing as always had to make another stop this time I remembered to take a picture before I devour my sandwich. Yet again this place is amazing don’t think they can ever disappoint me with the freshness and taste.

There was nine of us in total and all the good was amazing! Each one of us got different items and the ones that stood out the most was the sandwiches which were just amazing! I would recommend getting Garlic Shrimp sandwich which was really good. The wings here were also really great with the lemon pepper and parmesan being the best ones in my opinion. The Cook and his brother were also very friendly and helpful and just amazing people. Would recommend this spot to anyone who is in the area!

The food was delicious, and the customer service was great. My family is mostly spanish speakers, but one of the owners spoke spanish and was kind enough to take the time and explain everything to them 🥰 If im ever in the area again I'll definitely be stopping by 😆

Not only is the business owner a respectful handsome man, but the food is the greatest. From the steak sandwich, to the wings the food is freshly made on the spot and the smile is greater. Good food, must try, great hospitality.

Right out of the gate these guys are killing it. Really good food! Burger was ridiculously good, salads were fresh and tasty, the sauces they offer are also great and really help make the flavors unique.

Heard all the ruckus and had to give A’s kitchen a try. Absolutely loved it! We ordered the beef tongue sandwich, a triple cheeseburger, soup of the day (French Onion soup), and the tri tip sandwich. Everything was amazing. Didn’t get a chance to take pics since we were starving. The portions of the sandwiches are HUGE. I was only able to have a few bites of each.

Also had the pleasure of meeting Adis, the owner and chef. Very nice guy, truly passionate about what he does. Told me he was a chef for 20 years in Belgium and Spain before coming to the US. Not surprised given how delicious the food was.

Can’t wait to go back for that beef tongue sandwich!

Visited A’s kitchen unknowingly on their first day of opening and the staff was incredibly nice! They explained their menu to me, the food was freshly made & it was delicious! They even gave my husband and I a slice of cake from their grand opening ceremony which was very thoughtful of them.

This is definitely a new favorite place of mine! Hands down, the most delicious gourmet sandwiches, burgers, and salads! The atmosphere is very appealing. The chef/ owner is great, the staff is very friendly, overall service here was wonderful. The produce and meets are all organic and fresh. Portions are huge and the prices are quite reasonable. Their Steak sandwich just blew my taste buds! Any sandwich will not disappoint, believe me we’ve tried quite a few and they just get better each time. 5+ ⭐️ for cleanliness from a germofobic nurse😊. There’s a plenty of parking space. I'm excited to come back and get another one sometime very soon! Definitely give this place a try!
