Coffee Shop with great pastries and delicious food & wonderful personalities.
Cute little spot. Food was decent - their chocolate croissant and breakfast burrito were good. French toast was ok, I don't eat maple syrup so it was a little dry, but the fresh fruit was nice. Their coffee was not good and the reason for only giving 3 stars overall. Paid $5 for an 8 oz cup of sour coffee.

What a great little place, it got plenty of tables and benches with shades outside and the inside is also got that cafe vib. The staff are helpful and they know their drinks! We got a Jasmin tea and it was brew at the correct temperature we got the rice bowl and eggs Benedict it was done so good we taste lot of the individual ingredients mix so well that it wasn't a tasting to hide another ingredient. Highly recommend the price were reasonable.

Place was busy so I had high hopes, unfortunately what a let down.
The overpriced “breakfast burrito” was exceptionally tasteless and stone cold, the hash browns inside the burrito literally felt like they came out of a refrigerator, pair that with the soggy under seasoned egg and you’ve got yourself disaster in a recycled to go box.
The poor excuse and not needed country potato’s on the side were so dry, you could close your eyes and almost taste the sands of the Sahara.
Looks like this place is best for premade breakfast pastries and coffee, however in that case you could save yourself a lot of wait time and money and just go to the Starbucks up the street.

It's rare I find a place that I absolutely adore. This will be my regular spot I loved all of it! I got probably the best acai bowl I've ever had. Can't wait to try their pastries! Spendy, but honestly it was worth it. Service was helpful, quick and friendly. The restaurant itself is so cute and I love all the plants outside. Has some good inside and outside seating.
Parking lot is small and a bit awkward, but it's fine because the surrounding neighborhood isn't too crazy for parking.

Ordered breakfast via Uber Eats for my team of 11. While the customer service was excellent, the food quality was disappointing. Multiple issues with the order: hashbrowns were overcooked - they were like potatoes chips, potatoes had no seasoning (missing bell peppers and onions), and pancakes were burnt (photos included). I could only eat the fruit provided on top of the pancakes.
The good customer service saves this from a lower rating, but as a first-time customer hoping to introduce this restaurant to my team and organization, the food quality was unfortunately subpar. Will be trying different options for future team breakfasts.

Absolutely loved breathing in the diesel exhaust from the delivery truck they just allowed to run for 20 minutes while a full patio sat and ate. Not a single employee cared to stop it. What a lovely dining experience.

10/11/24: Ordered the Lavender pancakes. Disappointing, as I thought the lavender would make them interesting but they just tasted like regular waffles and cold, small ones at that. They also seemed to have forgotten to serve them with the lavender butter which I didn't notice until the end so I didn't get a chance to say something. Wouldn't return.

Love coming here for their burgers from the BBQ joint next door. Their French fries are so good and are essentially steak fries but thinner so they get a little crispy around the edges and come with a bbq sauce/spicy ketchup type of sauce which is excellent. I like that this gives almost like a cafe vibe but they’re open later than most and offer not only cafe drinks, but also several options of local craft beers and wines. I’ve come here at night for dinner with a friend and on a weekend morning for breakfast and both energies are enjoyable. The place is tucked in amongst a residential type area so many locals walk or bike here. Overall always enjoy stopping by!

Also the staff is amazing and since the merger with Scouts Honor BBQ they have stayed open later and it’s just a vibe. I highly recommend, for dine in, takeout or delivery. But it’s a chill spot for Brunch, and now even dinner. They have great iced coffee drinks and speciality tea drinks as well as wine and Beer choices. The food is also amazing and the atmosphere makes me want to spend all day there. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I are disabled and wanted to dine at Basecamp recently. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we found the restaurant had no parking for us because they had tables and chairs set up in designated disabled parking spots. This is unacceptable. It is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and is illegal. How anyone could think this is acceptable is beyond me. My girlfriend emailed the restaurant about the issue and never heard back. This has all been very upsetting. I will be contacting Burbank PD, Code Enforcement, and the Justice Department about this matter.

They have oat milk and lots of seasonal flavors. I’ve enjoyed all the pastries I’ve got from them as well. Carrot cupcake, mini cheesecakes, fruit tarts, lemon muffins. You can’t go wrong with any of their breakfasts, it’s really hard to decide on a favorite.
I think my favorite drink I’ve had so far is the iced brown sugar espresso latte with oatmilk. :)

Ended up out this way kind of by fluke, but this spot was a nice surprise. Loved their seasonal lemonades (the peach one tasted like fuzzy peaches!). Food does take a while to come out, so be prepared to wait. I had the quinoa Benedict , but unfortunately my eggs were pretty cooked vs. the more running poach I expected (I just ate it as is, I was starving), and my husband had the brisket breakfast burrito which he loved.

Warm. Should have been hotter imo.

Came here for lunch, and it was around noon so I expected it to be a bit busy. The line didn't take too long to order, maybe 5-7 minutes. I ordered the Rancho burger and sweet potato fries to go. Then I waited, and waited. It took about 40 minutes to get my order. The burger was just ok, it was really greasy, and didn't taste much of anything. The sweet potato fries were crispy, and were very good. Between the wait and lackluster burger, I don't think I'll be returning.

Scouts Honor BBQ provided a great set-up for a 10 person company birthday party today. The food preparation was on time, the items were true Texas Style BBQ, the quality is second to no one, and the selection offered fit the occasion very well.
Having grown up on Texas BBQ, I can speak of their offerings and their food is some of the very best I have ever tasted. I highly recommend Bae Camp & Scouts Honor. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is both warm and inviting. My favorite place for a morning coffee and pastry as well.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but it's gone downhill recently. I gave them a chance three times in the last couple months, but the quality isn't there anymore. Customer service is robotic, and the food especially, hasn't been the same. I've had issues with my order being missed, to receiving cold food. I've ordered the chicken sausage waffle twice, and there's no consistency with how it's made. I've been served a hot waffle with refrigerator cold chicken sausage bits on top.

We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately after waiting over half an hour for food (when there was barely anyone there as it was very early) we were served a very sub par breakfast. I had ordered the poached eggs quinoa Benedict. The eggs were ok but the quinoa patties were cold and tasted funky. Clearly they had been prepared at least a few days prior and tasted old. The spinach was ok but also didn’t taste freshly sautéed. I think they prepare the food ahead and then warm it up, and in his case they did not warm up thoroughly. The hash browns were also cold and not fresh. My boyfriend got the Jamison with a poached egg. His pancakes were the worst I’ve ever tried. Cold and hard, they had clearly been prepared hours before. His poached egg was fine. Hash browns were the same as mine. Overall a very disappointing experience. I’d go to Kitchen Mouse or Kindness and Mischief or even Antigua any day over this place. We will definitely not be back.

I'm not sure what has changed here, but we used to really love coming to Basecamp for a weekend breakfast or brunch. It's a place we loved to bring out of town guests as well. We always looked forward to the food, the chill atmosphere and the delicious coffee. But our last few visits have been very subpar and disappointing. We've received our eggs and bacon cold and the quality of food has definitely dipped. Maybe they're doing too much volume and can't keep the quality up. I have noticed they've got busier and busier. Today really was the most disappointing. It took my wife and I 45 minutes to receive our lunch. It was only a salad and a chicken wrap. Others who sat down way after us received their food before us. I used to be a server and floor manager at a restaurant- I know that something must've happened. Especially since one of the multiple kids that work there came up and asked us what we ordered. We asked the counter a few times what was taking so long and they replied "I'll check," and then proceed to keep working behind the counter and helping other guests. I would have only rated one star, but the food was tasty once we got it. I just think we probably won't be returning unfortunately. The price point isn't worth the unfortunate experience.

Not sure what changed but the healthiest breakfast option I had was okay. It was avocado toast but the biggest issue was the eggs. I had to order egg whites given some dietary changes I had to change. The egg whites were super runny and the general flavor of it was super bland. I know it's avocado toast but normally when you spend between 15-20 bucks you get a decent bang for your buck. I have had great meals here but something has changed with the cooking.
