Tina & I went to get a quick sandwich but the wait time was long. Too long in fact. We ordered though and our food was hot and fresh... Tasted great! That was the only highlight. Tina had the chicken sandwich but it was gone before photos were taken. I had a double hamburger.

The staff were friendly, but the restrooms have big signs saying "no public restrooms," and a worker coming out of the restrooms pulled the door closed in front of me so I couldn't go in as she was coming out. However, when I asked at the counter, they gave me a key. I was disappointed at the reduced menu, especially the drink choices. However, there was a special which gave me a reasonably priced option. I even had the option to have my burger cut in half.

I just love this Burger King on Victory Blvd! It's where the famous 1985 movie Back to the Future was filmed at. It was a scene where Marty McFly catches a ride on the back of a blue truck while riding his skateboard on the way to Hill Valley School. And my chicken sandwich combo meal was delicious!

Best Burger King in the area. Tony the chef is amazing and makes the food quickly with high quality. Staff is organized and the restaurant is in top notch condition. For fast food, this Burger King location is great.

Today (12/31/23) at 3:30 pm my husband and I ordered a number 7 and a classic melt with swiss cheese instead of american cheese through the drive thru. The guy charged us for the number 7 and a chicken wrap. We were given a chicken wrap, 2 cokes instead of 1 coke and a lemonade, and american cheese added to the number 7. My husband went inside to let them know they made a mistake and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake the man at the counter had an attitude and refused to give a refund for the wrong order.

I was email a e gift card to use that is good for 15.00 I went to this location as soon as I walk into the location I was given a very dirty look by a lady there I placed a order when I wanted to pay they called the manager which it was that ugly lady that gave me a dirty look she said she couldn't give me credit for my e gift card and with a attitude she told me to go talk to whatever that lady name is that gave me the gift card which was there support people from bk headquarters she said it in a very disrespectful English she started creating a high style environment was acting very rude there was families eating there with small children made me feel uncomfortable I asked for her name twice and she wouldn't give me her name she couldn't even speak English possible a Mexican I would not recommend eating there until they get a more professional respective working at there bk I will be reporting the higher management about this experience

My experience at this BK location in Burbank on 1/12/2024 was great and the food was clean, served fresh, and quick. I dined in, and there was a gentleman always walking around ensuring tables and drink station are clean.

I would recommend eating at this location if you are craving BK.

Most of the staff is fine. The main reason I gave the service one star is because of a woman named Nadia who continues to overcharge me whenever I order inside. If I go to the drive thru, they are way friendlier and they charge exactly what they should.

Substantially improved over the years. Tomatoes are not ripe, please buy in advance and ripen them red. It matters a lot. The service is excellent. The burgers taste good. Lots of value.

I used to like coming to bk for the chicken sandwich which was actually a banger but I haven’t gone since they changed the ranch dressing which I noticed right away new stuff taste disgusting and lost a long time customer which I’m pretty sure they don’t care about OG ranch you’re memory will not be forgotten

When to Burger King for lunch. Go thru the drive-thru and order a crisp bacon chicken combo. The chicken was overcooked & the bacon was like leather or old bacon from breakfast. Got back to work and couldn't eat my sandwich was charged $13.66 for what so mad 😡

Normally go there for my daughter she loves the chicken nuggets from there and occasionally I grab a Whopper service is great most of the time I do my ordering from the app which saves me the time I just show up and pick it up.

Came in for lunch and to kill some time today. I'm glad that they finally decided to add a second cashier to the front counter, because it seemed a little overwhelming for the one girl to do that, which made the wait a little longer. The Coke Zero was just clear, and not tasting right, so the soda is not calibrating right, or they need to change out the soda tank for that. I will tell them before I leave. I tried the Chicken Fries for the first time. They're just alright. I prefer the Chicken Nuggets, to be honest. Anyway, I sat by myself in a quiet area of the restaurant, which seems kind of like an enclosed patio extension. They just have a couple of counter tables and chairs here, with a big open space that used to have more tables and chairs in. They should bring those back into that space. It's a cool little area to sit in. It feels like you are removed from the hustle and crowds of the main dining room.

They always get my order wrong. It's like they automatically make the burger the same no matter what! They immediately put ketchup on everything. I know the rest of the america drowns their food in ketchup, but I don't sorry. Gross. Also fries were soggy and cold and to them extra pickle means two pickles total. And the drive thru is slow as all hell.

Burger King?! More like Burger Beggar!

Whopper patties weren’t “flame grilled”, they were microwaved. Soggy sad piece of burger. I’d appreciate if they’d at least microwave the mozzarella sticks. Rubbery & chewy cheese inside. Only saving grace & the reason for 2 stars is the jalapeño cheese bites. They were good.

Zero customer service, if something is missing from your order, you're going to be called a liar for bringing it up(even if you spend over $30 you will appear to be trying to get an item for free!) and if you ask for something to be made "your way" you will get it "their way" this location doesn't participate in their company's "have it your way" slogan!
