The food is good. The service needs improvement. When I asked the servers to clean the table, they ignored me. When food came, I asked their server again, but they ignored me again. Water didn’t come until halfway through the meal. Yuzu ramen is good.

Delicious ramen, very nice place. We had the pork bun (very good), the gyozas (juicy!) and the ramen (so good!). I liked that you could choose between thin or thick noodles. The broth had a lot of flavor. The place is really nice for a date (not first date as ramen is difficult to eat haha). Waiters are really nice.

The food was delicious, and the service fantastic. The entire staff was very friendly and engaging. The greatest thing about the restaurant was the ambiance. The large fire pit in the middle made the dining experience that much better. We will be back.

Outdoor patio seating is nice even on colder nights. There's a warm fire pit in the middle and plenty of heat lamps all around. Very nice atmosphere to enjoy your hot ramen. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Only street parking is available. Ramen is very good. Noodles are very firm. The pork bun was excellent!

It was a little cold outside but they had plenty of heat lamps to keep you warm. In the court yard there is also a huge bar like table that encircles a gigantic fire pit in the middle. So much fun to sit by eat and eat. The only so so I put I have, if I had to pick on anything, is to please make the menus with larger print.

We got food poisoning from the salmon taco. Both my boyfriend and I threw up at the restaurant and all they did was take the item off our bill. I don't think that's right at all. We are both sick now. Don't get the fish items....

They really lost their way following covid, but the last two visits have been solid. Not quite as good as they used to be, but back on track.

Souther CA has some extrordinary Japanese but this is not one of them.

It was odd to see people eating Japanese outdoors by the firepit like cavemen. I ordered 'mild' to taste ingredients (instead of spices masking stale meat and bad broth). No food for -15 min yet a server with gold-plated embroidery asked if Im ready to pay bill. Ramen was served with unwanted spoon of chilly sauce and no egg. I eat lightly and typically have leftovers but not here.

Jinya is a nation-wide frenchise,which explain the firepit, food, service, division of labor & atmosphere. I would call this place 'Scott and Roberto's Japanese Firepit Diner' and let you imagine the level of authenticity to expect.

When and why I got there was ravenous hunger, left very satisfied.

had the original tonkotsu ramen, and added toppings to it. Which were served separately in white side-dish sorta bowls.

My questions about the ramen were answered by a very beautiful and polite server.

The broth was super delicious, and I didn ruin it by adding ground pork juice to it. It was not the same.

Bok choy, mushrooms, and ground pork added to satiety meter, removed the pristine original flavour though.

Gently creamy and very porky, I totally approve of the ramen. Would have again, would actually try different noodles and broths.

Sake was great, the serving in a wooden box filled with ice got me.

Service was great, staff definitely showed care to their guests.

Overpriced, middling Ramen house. Un-cooled patio dining. Very disappointing. Ramen is a comfort food. This was thin, capellini-type noodles, not much, in an undistinguished bouillon. Better to buy a high-end prepackaged ramen bowl and add your own extras.

Cameron was the HIGHLIGHT of me and my fairies trip to Jinya on 6/8/24! He immediately greeted us with warmth and laughter, a familiar takeaway at this JINYA according to my friends. I've been to a few different Jinya Ramen locations but this one is hands down my favorite. One of the hosts in particular (Cameron) is the absolute best. Have eaten here many times, but today I brought my son for his birthday and our server Diego was amazing. Met a friend for dinner tonight, friendly staff, the outdoor seating was chilly but the patio heaters made it comfortable. The Lycheetini was perfect. Also enjoyed the sake. The vegan harvest ramen was so delicious and flavorful, filled with veggies, tofu, and impossible meat. Portions are very generous. We also enjoyed the caramelized cauliflower. I highly recommend this spot for ramen, the three of us all enjoyed the food and experience. I’ll be back on my next visit to LA

I enjoy coming to the Burbank location once a week for the ramen and the hospitality. Camron always greats me with a smile and is so cheerful towards me. While there the staff checks in to see if I’m alright and if there’s anything else that I might need. It’s hard to find places where the staff remember your name let alone make you feel like family.

Delicious ramen in a cool outdoor/alfresco atmosphere. We live around the corner, so it's a frequent spot for us, especially on cooler evenings.

She saved my dog when it ran into oncoming traffic! She physically stopped the semi truck with her own two hands, even pushing it farther back so my dog was 100% unscathed. Then the solar eclipse happened and she was the last one illuminated before the sky went dark. One arm holding my little pug, the other halting the truck. She is truly incredible! 🫡🐶
