The food and service is exceptional. Acai bowl and the sushi rolls are tasty and fresh. The staffs are friendly and it’s overall a great place to socialize, have a drink, and fill up you hunger. I like the option to adjust the sugar in your drink.

Build a poke bowl is the best! Normally you get one topping you don't care for, but here you get only things you choice! You get 3 proteins, flavours were bountiful.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about. I eat poke bowls all the time whether in LA or when traveling for work and this is one of the best ones I’ve had in a while if not the best one I had in LA in recent memory. Got it three times now and it was consistently fresh, fully stuffed and delicious. Yes sometimes it takes a minute to get your bowl, but that’s what made to order is.

My friends and I really enjoyed their Fresh poke! Great quality and generous portion! Açaí bowl was delicious too! 2 hour Parking available in apartment/condo building in the back of the restaurant.

The food here is amazing. Ive been so many times now and it has become a go to location in Burbank. The hand rolls are super great for a quick bite and the poke bowls are so good for a dinner option. Friendly staff and amazing food. My only tip would be to maybe order ahead of time because it can take a while to get your food sometimes.

I've tried various menu items and don't have an issue with their food.
The rolls are filling and not out of my prince range.
I love getting kimchi and spam ones.

The acai bowls are great value for what you get. They're always tasty and not so tarty or sour.
I love the granola , wish they would have a raspberry option or semi sweet chocolate bits.

The matcha lattes here , you need to try for yourselves.
My favorite is rose matcha latte.

The young lady working the cash register is super friendly , sweet and smiles a ton.

I had an issue with th3 last gentleman only because he wasn't smiling, deemed a little rude tbh but no other issues. He just seemed like he didn't want to be there or working.

Our first time coming to the physical location and wasn’t even greeted.

Upon going up to the front counter, gentlemen at the front advised we grabbed a menu to the right (which was clearly out of sight).

While filling out the menu, I hear the gentlemen whisper under his ear rudely say “do people really have a hard time following directions?”

I let it go, however, paid for my food and left.

The audacity of this guy to say that blows my mind. Used to order off UberEats all the time from this place but won’t be doing so again.

Really nice and fresh food and a very friendly staff. The bowls and the hand rolls were both really delicious and I loved the option to customize the bowl.

Im not sure how they went wrong with a drink but the Thai iced tea boba was very watered down. It also made me feel unwell after I drank it.

I go here multiple times a week for their handrolls. My favs are the chicken, spicy tuna, and shrimp temprura. Perfect size for a light lunch. Their poke bowls are also fantastic Tried their acai once and i would skip it. Frozen like a rock. Never tried their teas but they look good!

The best poke in my book! They have options that most poke spots dont have like unagi (eel), blue crab rolls, spam rolls. This is the ONLY POKE SPOT THAT SERVES SHRIMP TEMPURA with your poke. The Boba teas here are also organic and compared to other poke spots, theyre generous with their portions. Great service too! You get cash back rewards if you order online. Highly recommend!

Visited this place twice while in Burbank. Had 2 different experiences with the quality and quantity. The first visit the food was a solid 5 stars. It was fresh, plentiful and there seemed to be a real attention to detail (for lack of a better way of describing it). The second time the order was a little bit wrong. They forgot the tofu and the tempura crunches. The salmon didnt seem quite as fresh-maybe. Kinda hard to put my finger on but just not quite as good. Would I go there again...yes. I think maybe I would monitor the order a little more closely as theyre building it. Either way you should go. I had the poke bowl with baked salmon. Vegetarian options: Its poke.

I should have turned around and walked out after being greeted by a very dry and unwelcoming young man behind the counter. He seemed totally uninterested in taking my order and elaborating on the menu for me. This visit left me weary of even eating the food. I simply tossed it.

Used to love this place and come here a lot; it seems like they have a high turnover rate cause I hardly see the same people working here. They seem swamped and under staffed and bc of that the service has dropped off significantly. I was waiting patiently and the girl who took my order just snatched the thing out of my hand and wasn t even the least bit cordial. My boyfriend wanted us to leave but I didn t wanna inconvenience them so we just got our order but I m super disappointed

Used to love coming here for the friendly service I was guaranteed to receive, but the people here while Im waiting for my food are just crazy rude. They seemed annoyed at the fact that we were there. After waiting for 5+ minutes for our order to be taken, with no words the cashier just reached over for our order sheet, took it and went That it? that was about the extent of the words exchanged in the transaction. It used to feel like coming to a family business here.

I went a while ago trying to order boba and the cashier kept on telling me to write my order on the menu. I kept on trying to say I was trying to boba yet they kept on repeating the same thing. I did as I was told then proceeded to get attitude by the workers.

The poke tasted delicious, however I could barely find the pieces of fish in the poke bowl.. The amount of fish was significantly decreased. It used to be a way more.

I love this place! I am not a big poke fan, but this place also offers their bowls with bulgogi, teriyaki chicken and cooked salmon. You can order your protein on salad, rice, or a mix of both, with lots of other topping choices. The hand rolls are also delicious, and the staff are always friendly and cheerful. You cant go wrong here.

The poke bowls are so good and so is the boba tea. Ordering ahead of time on their websites saves so much time, and I feel very welcomed everytime I go in. I recommend this place to everyone looking for poke and boba.

Great food, terrible service. Close early, don t pick up the phones. Plus their website is terrible, completely un-usable. Such a shame because the food was so good here and reasonably priced. Get better management and this could be a 5 star spot

This is my new favorite boba spot, and its only my second time here. It has a nice environment & staff always seem friendly & really helpful. If you like boba or just those kinds of drinks (taro, Thai tea, oolong tea, milk teas, etc.) it also seems like a place thats great for both those who have a sweet tooth (get 100% sweetness for drinks) or those who dont like things too too sweet (75% sweetness or below). Its nice that you get to customize it. The first time I came, the staff (wish I remembered her name) was really sweet & made sure that my drink had the sweetness I wanted in it. My second time coming (around 7:20p today) the guy with the One Piece hat was nice & really helpful. He explained some of the drink menu & recommended I get 75% instead of 100% for the Jasmine Green Tea, & it was great! I think 75% lets you taste more of the drinks flavor without being too sweet. Plus their boba has its own sweet, pleasant taste (like honey boba). For the match teas with mango or peach flavor, o also recommend getting them at 75%.

Weve been here several times. I love that they make Boba from fresh tea instead of powder. Their hand rolls are inexpensive, simple (3 ingredients), fresh, and filling.

My new favorite poke spot. It is a little more expensive then other places Ive been to, but worth it. The fish is really fresh and delicious. They make ordering your poke bowl really easy and its always a good experience. The staff is always really nice.

Went here for lunch and staff was so friendly and helpful. Loved the fresh taste and was so pleasantly surprised that they had gluten-free soy sauce! Will be eating here again!
