The Brioche sandwich is delicious! I usually order the poached eggs, which are always cooked perfectly. This time I decided to try something new and over the past few days I’ve also tried the breakfast burrito. (My only critic is I wish they had other spicy salsa options) After trying the brioche sandwich it’s my new favorite on the menu and a must try!

We were looking for a nice brunch spot and this place didn’t disappoint! It was beautiful inside, the restrooms were very clean and the atmosphere inside was great. The food was absolutely amazing!!! We got the Nutella and Banana pancakes, Brioche Sandwich, Poached egg toast and the avocado and burrata toast. The side salads were made perfectly. We loved everything we ordered and it wasn’t overpriced at all. Great brunch spot!

What is with the spice? I got a salad and no where in the description did it say spicy. The dressing was so spicy, I could not eat the salad and ended up throwing it away. For those of us who cannot eat anything spicy, you really need to have those details in your menu descriptions. What a disappointment and what a waste of money!

I’ve eaten at Olive & Thyme several times, and it never disappoints! This is one of my favorite restaurant stops when I’m in town from NC. Was served by Wendy today who was just so friendly, sweet, and helpful. She really made mine and my daughter’s time there that much better with her wonderful service and lovely smile. In addition to great food, Olive & Thyme is beautiful, has some great fun treats and non-food finds, the bathrooms are always clean, and the service is always great!

Sadly disappointed. The Orange juice is not freshly squeezed even though I asked to confirm. It is not true. It’s not fresh. The mango French toast was not good. The bread was good but the mango didn’t taste good at all. I was hoping for uncooked mango. It was also extremely hot. I wish I could get my money back. The place is really pretty though.

Decent place, and there’s a few really good servers.
But now that you can’t order if you sit at the counter, it kinda kills it. If the food or coffee was absolutely fantastic, I wouldn’t mind waiting in line, though.

Very nice cafe. My mom absolutely loves this place. Everytime I come to visit Burbank, she wants to go here for brunch. I do understand the hype of the place as it has such a cozy feel inside and nice tables to sit outdoors. They have a little bit of a bakery even for sweets. My favorite thing is their matcha hot tea. Awesome brunch spot. Highly recommend.

You all need to go there asap. I had the best breakfast sandwich of my life at this place. Ordered the brioche sandwich with sourdough and it was life changing. Extremely cute place! Had high hopes, but not the place for me. When I walked in, the person who took our order was chatting with another employee and not being here before, I wasn't aware I needed to go somewhere to order (it's not obvious). Had the short ribs hash without Sriracha, but I really don't think that would have helped. Not salted and the meat was gamey, but you can definitely tell the eggs are high quality by the yoke color. Asked for mustard to help, which is a standard for hash, and got spicy brown, which isn't the same. My son had the breakfast burrito, and he enjoyed it. I had the latte and it was pretty and tasty❤️

We were heading to the Warner Bros studio so we said we would check this place out as it was close by.

Firstly, the positives! The service and atmosphere was nice. Friendly, real and genuine interactions with all staff members. It had a neighbourhood feel to the place.

The food was very nice. It was not anything special or memorable but it had flavour and was ready in about 5 mins. I got the breakfast burrito and my wife got Avo & Toast. We also got 2 coffees and a croissant.

Nothing about this place was bad by any means and I would recommend you take a visit but there are a few things I would improve:

1. It was a little expensive for what you get. Our breakfast cost $60. For a place where you order at the counter and get your own water, we thought it was a little pricy.
2. For a sit down restaurant, the water cups were single use plastic. I really am not some environmentalist but I did think it was odd that they used the same system as a fast food joint while charging premium pricing. I would suggest management change this to reusable glasses.

What a quaint spot! Went the day after Thanksgiving and it was pretty busy. We had the short rib hash, the tuna salad sandwich, and an egg white scramble. All of them were pretty excellent and I personally had the short rib hash which was flavorful without being overly salty and the eggs were perfectly over medium. I love the vibe here and the unique products they sell. Oh yes, I think the highlight may have been the oatmeal cream cookie which was like the cherry on top on a great meal and experience.

Been curious about this spot for a while, whenever I ride my bike around I would always see people jammed in this spot having a good time. Finally got to try the place out yesterday and was happy I did. The ambiance was very nice and the service was amazing.

We ordered ourselves some breakfast items, some coffee and sandwiches. While the food descriptions on the menu was very appetizing. The actual food are O.k. my friends Bacon/Egg/Brie sandwich while it looks good was too saucy. It had a weird flavor that was not described in the menu and so did my breakfast burrito. Coffees are good but not strong at all, very sweet.

All in all , an O.k. spot, not dying to go back but glad I went. On to the next one and there is a lot of cool spots along Riverside.

Ewwww . The grossest experience I’ve had in California. We requested pancakes and the guy taking order acts as if I asked for an organ. Literally gave me the rudest response and when I politely stated oh sorry it says breakfast all day, his response “I know what it says sweetie”. In such a rude tone. How about your owner stops being lazy and updates your little paper menus. But if not, then be more kind to someone simply requesting what it has. That shouldn’t be too hard. But either way it’s an unpleasant, noisy, dirty place. The front door is disgusting and the ambience is bad. Do not recommend. Clean your floors. Went to The Great White yesterday for a breakfast burrito and such a better experience !!!! Go there !

Olive & Thyme is a great restaurant and has an excellent staff. Wendy came to clear some of our dishes at our table, and noticed one of them hadn't really been eaten. She cared so much about our experience and what could be better about the food. She offered to get us something else and when we said the rest of our delicious food was more than enough, she took the partially eaten dish off our bill. We will DEFINITELY be coming back the next time we're in Burbank!

Ordered Chicken Pesto sandwich- chicken was completely unseasoned. You'd at least hope for a sear in this case, but nope- perfectly, shiny white. Pesto was lightly spread as well, so no significant flavor there. For the price, $16 plus tip because of course you have to tip, absolutely not worth it.

My side of lettuce was literally just that- leaves with some light oil. Given that the oil itself also had no flavor, assuming it's very low quality olive oil.

Quality of food overall was great, but completely tasteless. Don't come here if you have taste buds, there's better chicken sandwich and salad places around.

I will be up front that I don't love the food here. It's good but it's not great? It's almost a Joan's on Third but less delicious? But the food isn't bad it just doesn't match up to the decor, ambience and service. It's a very easy place to grab a coffee or lunch meeting or pass an afternoon. They do validate parking if you can't find a spot on the street (the parking structure is a little bit laborious). Service is very pleasant and thorough. They don't have great views on their patio like a lot of Burbank restaurants but it's pleasant and well kept.

We each ordered a drink, I had a salad and my companion had a chicken sandwich. Total with tip was over $65. Honestly it was not any better than chain restaurant food. I also feel like if you are going to charge a premium, the service should be excellent--it was just meh. There are much better restaurants in the area at the same price point that are much nicer.

I loved the ambiance. Met a friend for lunch at 12:30 - probably its peak time. It was packed. I used the valet parking $6. We were there for about 2 hours chatting and in the first hour, we were practically shouting since it was so loud in the restaurant. I had the Chinese chicken salad. I didn't like it all that much because I didn't like the way the chicken was prepared - kinda stringy in texture and chewy. The salad portion was surprisingly large though. I couldn't finish it. It also could have used more dressing. I would not order again, but I'm curious to try other items on the menu like a sandwich or come back here for breakfast/ brunch. Overall, classy decor and trendy vibe. Would probably return here to try new things or have a bite with a friend.

This place was AWESOME! Solid atmosphere and food was really good. I had the breakfast burrito and my gf had the avocado toast. That's not really my thing but I must say it was by far the best avocado toast I've ever had. Amazing flavor.

Food was delicious. Ambience was great. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. Order at the counter and food is brought to you. Manager stopped by each table. A nice touch.

This place was a gem. The food was absolutely delicious. I had an open faced salmon sandwich and my son, who is the pickiest eater I know, had an avocado and buratta cheese open face sandwich that he devoured. It was the middle of the afternoon when we sent so it was not too crowded. You order yourself and they bring the food to you. The service was quick and pleasant. Employee came by a bit later to see how everything was and if we needed anything else. They sell some lovely items in the store too.

The new girl is nice, but the “experienced” employee was very rude. I was only trying to order pancakes and a chai latte via the Caviar app, but the app wouldn’t allow me to order both at the same time (due to the odd way they organized their overlapping menus pertaining to breakfast & brunch). I have dealt with similar issues before (as I order online from diff. venues practically every day). So I asked if I could purchase a different item for the same price, and write in the instructions to substitute the item for a chai latte. That way I could receive both of my desired items. She immediately told me no as it would “ruin their system and inventory.” Moreover, she offered no solution or alternative to my issue. I have never received pushed back on asking for something so simple before, especially since I’m willing to pay for a basic food order. They should fix their “system” and overall tone.

Very cute place. We got a breakfast burrito and braised short rib sandwich. Both were well thought out flavors. Will be back.

I was waiting to come and try this place for a very long time, it is a very nice location with a carefully desiged with special focus on details. unfortunately when I arrived it took a while to find someone to seat me, they got me utensils and I asked if I could order say yes and they left then I discovered I should be ordering at the counter I wish if they had better communication so I would not need to wait all that time just to order so I just left I was running out of time.
I hope I could find some other time to visit and try them.
I could not find any olives or thyme on the menu haaa'a

Would love love love it if they stayed open past 2pm. Sometimes it's hard to get there by then for lunch (most of the time).... maybe extend a couple of hours for those of us who don't eat 12-1?

Super cute place, nice atmosphere. A bit overpriced for the quality. Burger was cold, fries crispy but no potato in the middle. Vegan chili was a bit too tomato-y for my liking. Banh mi was tasty but small for the price. May have to try different menu options.

One of my favorite breakfast places. Avocado/ burrata toast one of the best I ever tried. Also, you can buy some unique cute things while you waiting for your order.
