The food is awesome. Every single dish we tried was delicious. It was kind of hard to get an attention of the server since there were only two people and quite a few customers.

A nice place for parties with friends or family events. The food is good, service is fine, location is good. If you're not a hookah fan, this location's design is better than the ventura one because this one, the smoke never gets into the non-smoking section. The difference is in this location, unlike ventura, you can not bring your alcohol, and the prices are triple. Also, make sure to ask them to bring the main courses at a certain time, otherwise they go with the fcfs order. If you go at 9, you'll get the kebab after 11.

Wonderful Armenian restaurant with set menu that includes huge variety of wonderful food, and great service and security, and great music with light show and singers, and a belly dancer on weekends !

It’s very unique restaurant ,I really enjoy be there on any occasion the only things I have concerns about is entertainment is poor Dj always playing some very old songs that really hard to figure out how to dance so please update your music and Dj to play new version of Armenian , Persian, English, latino and other songs instead use the same old fashioned songs , I know you have so many customers besides enjoying their dinner they would be enjoy having great music while using their service , thank you so much and appreciate all your stuff hard work

Such a beautiful restaurant and lounge! Food is incredible. Very much enjoyed the music and dance floor. Family/kid friendly! I definitely recommend, and will be coming back very soon

Last night my husband and I have been invited to my lovely aunt's birthday celebration party and I have to say, we really had great time, totally different experience but we like it a lot. The food was delicious, service was great. The only thing volume of music, was very high for that place , we're close to dance area and I couldn't hear even the person next to me, but overall we had so much fun time, especially the belly dance which was very beautiful and fun. I highly recommend everyone to try this place for any occasion!

Great place with nice music and tasty food, but the BBQ looked like it was made a few days ago. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning or any effective cooling resources, which made it very uncomfortable.

Had a private event for my daughter over the weekend. Mary, William and Satik were there helping and they provided an amazing service. They were all very nice, pleasant and very accommodating with all of the guests, the venue was very nice and clean and the food was delicious.

I would highly recommend this venue for your special occasions.

If you’re craving amazing Lebanese food, this place is a total gem! From the moment you walk in, the warm and friendly vibe sets the tone for a great meal and an even better evening.

The food is incredible—everything we tried was a hit. The hummus was so creamy and flavorful, and the pita bread was soft and fresh out of the oven.

They have so many delicious options, from the mixed grill platter to tasty vegetarian choices like baba ghanoush and falafel. There’s something for everyone!

I’ve tried many Lebanese restaurants, and this one stands out as the best of its kind. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the music is amazing, adding the perfect touch to the atmosphere.

Service wasn't what our group is used to. The food was ok. Some items better than others. But we had a good time visiting and watched the Persian Armenian community dance.

Went there for a birthday celebration, music was so loud, my ears were ringing all night until the next day. Valet parked expensive luxery cars near the building, but took the ones that are not so expensive to the parking structure 2 blocks away. Will never go there again.

Horrible service. A two specific girls were so rude and made us feel unwelcome. Me and my husband will not return here. We will go back to Encino. I do not recommend coming here at all unless you want to be treated rudely. I don’t know what these people were thinking hiring them but this is very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all. Very disappointed!

The food was very good. This is a prefix menu brought out in courses. The only downside is that once it hits 8pm, the music is blaring loud. The music is way too loud to have a conversation. Go hear if you want to dance and party not an enjoyable conversation over dinner.

I have never seen such a bad atmosphere I went there because I was invited the workers and some of the guests were really doing an appropriate things.
But the food is very good tasting very good Mediterranean if you considered to go there don't go for dancing just dining

Came for my birthday in mid-December and it was a great time! Talin helped me book a table for 24 friends to come and eat/drink/dance with me. The venue was very nicely decorated and the food was very good. Some of the attendees were vegan and we all agreed the falafel was excellent. A few of my friends and I are big dancers, and we had a great time on the dance floor - everything from Armenian traditional to dabke, we were on it. Thanks again for a great time!

Ich war während meines L.A. Urlaubs zu einem Geburtstag hier eingeladen (Samstag Abends) die Stimmung war gut das Personal war auch nett und das Essen war auch lecker. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Kleiner Hinweis: Ich selbst bin Armenier und es gehen überwiegend Armenier hier hin daher wundert euch nicht man kann natürlich egal woher man kommt hier hin aber es wird überwiegend von Armeniern besucht. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen für Feiern (Verlobung, Geburtstag etc.) super geeignet. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland.

I went here in the evening with my friend to smoke hookah. this is a very good place. Service and quality of tobacco at a high level. The staff speaks my language which is very nice.

Great place for big groups. I loved the ambiance and want to try to go on a weekwnd when there is a band.
Hookah available. Bread is made there and is delicious.

Amazing food!!!! Whether you're going for a party of 4 or a party of 16! This place is till very tasty food and good service. The DJ here is better than the one in Encino, but regardless of that this is a good location and it's convenient that it is 2nd floor and there is an outside seating too.

Terrace is exactly what Burbank needed. Great food, excellent and caring service, with a great atmosphere. We sat in the outdoor “terrace” section and we enjoyed hookah and tasty drinks. Undoubtedly the best middle eastern restaurant in the area. I was a huge fan of their encino location, and now they have brought a modern and lighter version closer to home

Came here last weekend and it lived up to expectations. I love the place in Encino so it’s nice to have our own in downtown Burbank now. This is where the old Burbank Bar and Grill was located. Food was great, ambiance was good, and plenty of entertainment. Definitely recommend going, especially with a group of people for celebrations.

The restaurant is perfectly designed and the staff is super friendly and really on top of things! The food is amazing. Its so fresh, flavorful and delicious. Ambiance is great, entertainment is fun. Overall everything is perfectly designed to make sure you have a great meal and a lot of fun. They went above and beyond with this place. They also have a really cool rooftop, great bar and nice screen for sports. Staff service is A++
