Cute little chain-type spot that offers lots of fresh, clean, healthy food. Has soup and salad that tasted like we made it at home. No weird fillers or packaged flavours. Was just what we needed after a sudden airline cancellation and chilly weather. Clean spot with big enough tables to work or bring a little game (like we did). Sweet employees. Great amount of parking in its own lot.

Super friendly staff and a great meal. They were handing out free cookies which were just amazing and a nice touch to our dine in experience. They were so good we bought some to take home as well. The side salad with fresh fruit was a nice surprise to the sandwiches we got. Some firemen were in line ahead of us and got their meal for free which was so nice of the business. Very community and family oriented establishment in a prime Burbank location. Will be a regular spot for me!

Overall food is good. Some is great. Portion size leaves a lot to be desired. Got the BBQ tri tip sandwich. The chipotle aioli is amazing but does not make up for the amount of flavor the tri-tip. I should have went to handy market for their tri-tip. The salad is good but again small portion. The tomato bisque is great, very rich in flavor. The double chocolate cookie was good. Would have been great if it was fresher, the cookie was drying out. I like trying a new place at least once a month. Now I know I don't plan to come back to spend my hard earned money here again.

Amazing !! Bread is so fresh and one of a kind, So Cal sandwich was perfect, and tomato bisque was so delicious. Ambiance is great and family and kid friendly. Staff super kind and friendly as well

I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had here because of the service provided by Jessica. I really felt like a VIP and she made sure my salad was made just like I like it. Everything was perfect and I can't wait to come back.

I ordered a sandwich at Urban Cafe in Burbank, located at the intersection of Hollywood Way and Verdugo, and found a cricket in the salad that came with it.
After showed to store manager he gave me a card for a free sandwich next time, but honestly, I don’t think I’ll be returning. I felt it was important to share this experience so others can be cautious.

This is my new go to place for all of my salads and healthier meal options. It always seems super quiet, so I hope that they are getting lots of business as I do not want this place to close down as the next closest place is Miles and Miles away.

Cute little restaurant. Nice patio in good weather. I took myself to lunch and sat outside. I had a roasted chicken sandwich with a very fresh salad. I will say that the sandwich needed seasoning. It was fresh and moist, but not much flavor. The freshly baked bread was good but needed salt. The spread of chipotle sauce was slippery and bland to me. The chicken was juicy but lacked any flavor. But, it was freshly prepared and served to me at my table, ergo, the ratings I gave. I would not go back.

This location is in a strip mall with two gyms and a grocery store ajacent. The parking lot was quite full due to gym classes this evening and we had to park in an adjacent lot near some closed shops. When we drove in, nobody was in line and then we arrived and several couples were in front of us. My kids enjoyed watching the bread being made while we waited. I ordered the Bahn Mi and enjoyed it. I like that it comes with salad. My husband enjoyed the bbq sandwich. The bread is so fresh and delicious and used for everything. My kids thought the pizza was okay. I like the fun drink names and they even have a shirley temple on tap! We chose to sit in a divided room which worked cause my kids are wild and nobody else was around. Ample outdoor seating too. The single person bathrooms also have one with a changing table and were very clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the delicious food. Enchilada soup was absolutely delicious and so was there a bon mi chicken sandwich. 10 out of 10 will definitely come here again.

Sandwich portion size kind of small. Online order was not ready in time. Even after reminder order was not delivered. Had to ask another time about the status of my online order and after that order was handed over.

Love their Keto Cobb salad with steak. Very generous with the meat. Replace the blue cheese dressing and blue cheese sprinkles with mozzarella and the balsamic vinaigrette (tangy, yum yum)

SUPER impressed! I don't say that often. Reasonable prices with superb flavors which is rare to find nowadays. Ample space in the parking lot, and the option to sit outdoors. Mobile order with app is awesome and there is a dedicated area for pick ups.
Roomy space where you feel comfortable and the restroom area is private all the way in the back. Super clean (here at 8:15pm)
Drink options are good and not your typical coke and such.
Will definitely come back and also start visiting the Pasadena location

Oh my gosh! We were so excited to see this come to Burbank! We had visited another location and loved it! Happy to report, the quality is consistent from location to location. Excellent food choices for healthy living, friendly staff, fun decor, outdoor seating.

And when you're done, you can go right next door to Menchie's for a free sample of frozen yogurt.

The food has always been great here, including the ahi tuna salad, but after the last visit, the ahi salad was not up to par. I usually get that but have since been ordering the tri-tip sandwich, which never gets messed up.

I get the. Keto protein salad with grilled chicken. I've been to many urbane cafes and they make it the same at each location. The ingredients are always fresh And the portion is big.

Wonderful food and wonderful service. I visited for the first time last week and Leela was so welcoming! I was honestly really indecisive but she was extremely polite and patient with me, I'll definitely have to come back and try out more menu items.

I walked into Urban Cafe having a rough day, and left feeling so much better. Not only was the food fresh, fast, and delicious (I got the Baja bowl), but the service could not have been more outstanding. Matt took my order and immediately started turning my day around. He and John recommended their favorites of the cookie choices (and damn, was that a delicious chocolate chip cookie. Crispy edges, gooey center, sheer perfection). Tera and Julia were my chefs and my bowl was light and refreshing, yet completely filling. John checked in with me at least once throughout the meal. The entire experience was great. The crew really helped turn my day around, and I couldn't be more appreciative!

I love this place. I usually get their chimichurri steak sandwich. Their homemade bread used to be toasted longer (which I miss!) but it's still delicious.

The sandwiches are delicious. But I had a bad experience. In the new year, I picked up my order and as I arrived home I realized 2 items were missing. It was very inconvenient since I had guests and had to leave them and go back there to get the missing items, however I called and they told me the only option is I go back and pick them personally. It is the cafe's responsibility to make sure the order is being packed correctly. Not a good customer service.

I got turned on to UC at my last job. I'm a fan. Love the Abbotts southwest vegan salad. 😋 I'm over the moon happy that Burbank has its own location now, so I don't have to go to Noho.

The Urbane Cafe is a truly great place to eat! Along with a personable and friendly staff, the food is phenomenal. While my wife was extremely pleased with the fresh soup, my ahi salad was superb. Aside from the many food options, the restaurant is immaculate and has a very welcoming atmosphere. For that matter, John T, the manager, made a point of stopping by our table to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our order. In addition, when we stayed a little longer to chat with some old friends, John delivered freshly cooked bread to our table.

All in all, the Urbane Cafe is a wonderful place for anyone hungry for a healthy and delicious meal.

They hosted a special day to thank teachers. I just went with some teacher friends and had dinner. I ordered the cranberry brie turkey sandwich and it was delicious. I also added a lemon white chocolate chip cookie that was incredible. The place is cute and has some nice outside seating and the service was awesome and everyone was really friendly and kind. I will for sure return and tell my friends.

I have a terrific time at Urbane Café. The grand opening was complete success. Look at all the crew and staff at the event. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and told me all about the food. They have put together a well thought out menu that is fantastic. Homemade bread for all sandwiches. Wow, it was delicious.

The chicken sandwich was juicy and the salad was fresh. They have 3 lemonades. Traditional, Mango and Watermelon. I can say that the watermelon lemonade was the best tasting lemonade that I have ever had. They have hot sauces available with all the condiments. The craft soda is a nice touch. They have my favorite: Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches on homemade bread.

The Burbank Fire Dept was there to taste the food. I guarantee that they loved it.

The have a great kid’s menu and the cookies!!! Well, look at my photos.

Urbane Café has plenty of parking and the food is excellent. I will be back.
