Jersey Mike's Subs

They were busy making a large catering order but packed with staff when I walked in, I ordered a #1 (BLT) and the lady who took the order put another woman on the line who clearly had never made one before, seemed to not know they were on the menu. I almost walked out when she put barely on bacon on, had to ask her 4 times for Mike’s way with Mayo (she heard each time but seemed frazzled and kept asking what I wanted on the sandwich) and hot relish, she put about three times the normal amount of relish on. Don’t put a brand new employee who hasn’t been trained on the line at the beginning of lunch rush alone, good way to lose customers and new employees. Not super happy about how the sandwich turned out but I don’t argue in person with ppl and didn’t want to make a scene.

I don't know how it took me so long to try Jersey Mike's, but MAN does it blow Subway out of the water!
Got the Giant sub which is perfect for sharing. The flavors come together so well on all of the subs and the semolina makes it.
This isn't a place I would normally choose to dine in at because the tables are quite close to the line, but there are also 2-3 small tables outside which is a nice option. Parking is also great and clean

Great sandwich unfortunately they get my order wrong every time I visit. I'm not a big fan of melted cheese paper. Some employees need to get there food handling license. I'm pretty sure you can't push the trash down and then make a sandwich without washing your hands.

The Service & Employees at this location are Rude and made it a personal “deal with it” experience. I ordered a Turkey & Provolone with Rosemary Bread toasted, the person fired up the grill and made a Philly Cheesesteak. Don’t know how he confused that but we asked if they can make the original Turkey & Provolone. The Manager rushed making the Turkey & Provolone as fast as he could and tossed it on the table without toasting The Sandwich. Left us speechless in the way how he handled the situation. It made me feel like I did him dirty in a past life over this sandwich… 1 star.

I wasn't going to stop here, but I found a good parking spot, so I went in. Ordered the mini turkey sandwich and chicken cheese sandwich, regular. I figured one was for lunch and the other for dinner. I was surprised at how filling the turkey sandwich was.
When it came time for dinner, I wasn't very hungry, so I cut a piece of the other sandwich. It wasn't pre cut, so it was easy to cut off a small piece. I was surprised at how tasty it was! I'll have the rest tomorrow 😌.

Very bad experience instead of greeting customers as the other Hollywood way store 3015 N Hollywood Way Burbank does. I was told by employee next time you can ask us for your order when I was standing there didn t even knowledge me. I did the mistake ordering at this store. They have set the bar for sandwiches. The line moves pretty quick. Their grilled steak sandwich can take a while so order in advance. Great selection of delicious sandwiches.

Danica made my #13 sandwich and it was the best service that Ive ever had from jersey mikes. She wasnt stingy with the ingredients, she presented all my options for me and she made sure my sandwich was made to my liking. 10/10 would recommend getting a sandwich from Danica. She deserves a raise.

This store is perpetually disorganized and chaotic. My pick up order was incorrect and when I tried to call about it to get a refund, it too over 2 hours to get through to someone. I allegedly spoke to a manager who was quite frankly dismissive and rude. He told me to email him with my name and address and he would mail me out coupons for the food that I was not able to eat, but paid for. He said he would reply to the email. No reply. No coupons. And Im out the money I wasted .Completely disappointed in the service and the way I was treated for politely asking for a refund of the price of my sandwich.

Can corporate please take a closer look at this location? They do not allow the customers to use the restroom here, they keep a permanent out of order sign up and only allow the employees to utilize it. I am no longer going here now because of this unfortunately. The branding is being tarnished by the owner of this location, shame on you for lying to the public and telling the employees to lie. UPDATE: they now have the bathroom open, will leave the review as leverage to prevent them from closing the bathroom again but i will increase the star in this rating because the service and food is good.

The lady at the counter was the friendliest and most helpful cashier I have been served by recently. My sandwich was started by the male crew member and then customized by the lady I mentioned above. They are a great team!!! Parking: In the same lot with CVS, Smart & Final, and Starbucks, but I had no problem parking.

Picked up my sandwich that was ordered online to find that it was incorrect. The staff was rude to me and said they refused to remake my sub. Happy to say I will not be coming back here, what a mess!

Be prepared to walk out into an unsanitary place. The restroom is always out of order. People are walking around the place with their hands full of stuff no one would want on the chairs tables. The owner of this establishment must be really cheap to have the restroom fixed or the workers too lazy to clean. Any case, Timothy the Supervisor and the girl lead there are always kind enough to detour customers to Starbucks to wash your wands. I will be reporting them to their headquarters. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Im addicted to Jersey Mikes. The people at this spot are pretty awesome, too. Ive only had 1 or 2 people with an attitude problem. Everyone else is super awesome, helpful, and willing to go that extra mile to make your experience awesome. If you like spicy and you havent tried the cherry pepper relish yet, DO IT.

Jersey Mikes replaced the 24 Hour Subway that used to be in this shopping center. I get the Original Italian prepared Mikes Way. I have never had a problem with the sandwiches at this store. There is always a line so you know they have built a satisfied fan-base since they opened.

Jersey Mikes is the schznick for sandwiches! The turkey sandwich had me salivating akin to Pavlovs dog!!! The bread was perfect; i.e., not too crunchy & not too doughy, the turkey was fresh! It smelled so good I had to pull over & park to take a few bites...okay, I ate half the sandwich along w/those crunchy chips . Ill keep coming back when I want my sandwich fix; masticating nevers been more pleasing to my mouth. This location was particularly busy at the time we had gone. It was about 2:45pm on a Wednesday. I got the chipotle chicken cheese steak which was fantastic. It did take a little while to make though and I was in a hurry. Staff seemed a little overwhelmed.

I asked the person who prepped the beginning of my sandwich if he could kindly finish the making it as the person he was trying to hand it off to, prepped a mushroom sandwich and I didnt see her change her gloves. and Im allergic so I was being cautious. After much unnessary back and forth from the employee he made my sandwich and still handed it to her to wrap. She wrapped it with the gloves on that she touched that mushroom sandwich. The original employee seemed to be a manager with such a nasty attitude regarding my simple request for safety. I do not recommend eating here if they will not respect Simple allergy requests

This was my second visit to Jersey Mikes and Ive gotta tell you their sandwiches are delicious. I got hooked on their sandwiches just over a month ago when my boss bought a mixed party platter. The quality of their bread is amazing and they dont hold back when it comes to their meats. Theyre Hands Down the best sandwich Ive had since Quiznos went out business. The manager refuse to give me hes name and when I asked for the corporate number, he tried to switch things around saying that I had cone last week and disrespect the store, that guy has no education and no experience to be a Manager. Very rude and disrespectful I will definitely never eat at that place.

This Jersey Mikes has it together! Staff hustles, including expiditer for pick up. Been going to this one for years and my store order, including online, have always been correct. Talk about BUSY! Never disappointed with service. However, Ive been to the Jersey Mikes in Glendale (placed ordered by mistake) and that one did not put extra meat on my sandwiches when ordered... $6 wasted.

Pretty bad service, you would think ordering ahead of time on the phone or online would be faster but for some reason they dont start preparing the order until you show up to pick up the food and the store is empty of any walk in customers I came in after calling in and had to approach the counter two times before they started making my cold sub. It was 3pm on a weekday. I cant imagine coming here during busy times.

This might be the slowest JM I ve been to across the country. It takes them even longer to get thru call ahead for pick up orders. When I went to pick up the last subs the person at the registers actually said It ll come up next eventually and I watched them serve 4-5 people that had just walked in slowly before I received my order. There were 6 people working. Two walking around, three making the subs, and one person arranging paper bags.

Very disappointed. Having worked for a different Jersey Mikes for two years, as both a shift lead and eventually an assistant manager, the past couple visits have not exactly been a sub above. Im disheartened by the lack of friendliness, speed, order accuracy, and the overall customer experience. There shouldnt be an issue EVERY time I order here. Will give them one more shot because, hey, I understand. Ive quite literally been there, behind the counter and slicing on a crazy day. Everybody has bad days. But problems arise again? Ill just head to a different Jersey Mikes location.

Fantastic place. Genuine care from well trained personal. My wife has wheat allergies and the bowls on their menus are a great alternative to a sandwich. The thorough cleaning before her order is prepped has impressed my wife whos allergies can cause esophageal convulsions that causes her throat to shut. No fun when your watching someone choke on a piece of food. I would also say no picnic for the person choking. Thank you Jersey Mikes.

Great sandwich as usual, but they ripped me off. When you sign up online with your Birthday you get a coupon good for a free Regular sandwich & 22oz drink. (The coupon is good for a year). I asked if I could make the sandwich a Giant & pay the difference. After leaving I looked at the receipt & realized they over charged me. The Giant is $15.50 the Regular $9.19, the difference is $6.31. They charged me the full price of a Regular of $9.19. Oh well at least the sandwich is good & a Giant is 2 days of food for me as the Giant is 18

We went into this place 5 minutes ago and needless to say it was the worst experience. You can only get offers or discounts if you re a cute girl. We went in there for a promotional offer that Facebook said you can just walk in and get and the person said you need a coupon. But the girl behind us got the promotion, so we were just standing there looking dumb. Also, the sandwich took 20 minutes to make. It was two hot sandwiches with meat and cheese in it. These are predatory men that work here.
