Pleasantly surprised how good my meal was. Order the Chicken Pesto Caprese sandwich with sourdough bread. As this was my first time trying this place they gave me a free cookie which was yummy. Would definitely come back again for a lunch.

My order took a while but the staff were proactive in checking with me when I came in and letting me know the status of my order.

It was a Friday evening so the speed at which they were handling all their orders was actually pretty good.

Food was immaculate. Highly recommend their spicy curried couscous!

I recently visited Mendocino Farms in Burbank after a late evening flight into the airport and was pleasantly surprised by the delightful experience. From the moment I stepped in, the warm and friendly staff made me feel welcome.

My favorite dish of the night was the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada. The combination of fresh ingredients, the flavorful quinoa, and the amazing dressing was simply divine. I'd come back to Mendocino Farms just for this salad alone!

As the evening progressed, I noticed the staff starting to clean up, but when I asked for to-go containers so I could tailgate and enjoy my meal elsewhere, they were extremely accommodating. Their willingness to go the extra mile truly made the experience memorable.

The atmosphere at Mendocino Farms is perfect for a casual yet enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal with friendly service. I know I will definitely be back on my next visit to the area!

We got the Quin Salad with Chicken added and Peruvian Steak. Salad was good but OMG! The Peruvian was delicious! It BURNED like hell the first couple of bites but after you got used to the spice you don't want to put down the sandwich (I’m a bit sensitive with spicy food) The salad was a good big bowl but the Peruvian sandwich was about 8 inches long. I just wish it was just a bit bigger but overall I'm more than satisfied!

One of the best (if no the best) sandwich chains. I tried it out for the first time around a week ago and have had it 4 times since. Each time the sandwich has been perfect. Fresh and flavorful sandwiches that leaves you feeling good after you eat it. Workers are also very friendly

The quinoa super salad is delicious! I ordered it by replacing the lettuce with spinach. More nutrients ☺️. I also get it veggie style. No meat and it’s really filling for hours! I swear. Has outdoor sitting. It’s a new location. The design is beautiful and nice area too!

Mendocino Farms is the absolute best, and this location is particularly wonderful. They have a parking lot as well as street parking nearby. The inside is large and has some seating, but the outside patio is really the nicest spot to enjoy your meal. The staff is always very attentive and friendly, they are glad to make suggestions or accommodations and are very knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, 10/10!

I placed an order for catering, but got an email that it was canceled. When I called, Greg let me know that they weren't able to deliver to my address, but had already rerouted my order to the store that could, and took care of the whole thing for me. Excellent customer service!

I had the 'Not so Fried' Sandwich. It was not bad, but they slathered so much aioli in it and it tasted so eggy, it ruined the sandwich. The manager here is excellent and very helpful however. I think they need to be a bit more precise when making their sandwiches. The girls at the front counter are somewhat rude.

This places sucks but it’s nearby where I live so when la traffic is bad just make sure you check your food and order strategically. Also if they ask for your number don’t trust that they’ll call you to tell you your food is ready because they won’t.

Husband and I LOVE mendo. We go to all the valley locations all the time. It’s quick, healthy, tasty and the stuff is always so nice. 5/5 for customer service! We are vegetarian, so we always get either the Vegan Bahn mi,curry couscous , avocado quinoa salad, or impossible taco salad. Super excited for the Porter Ranch location opens soon!

Plenty of seating and on a good weather day, it's nice to sit outside and eat some lunch! Or you'll catch sight of a car show next door. And the food is good too! Never been disappointed

I got a headache for the 3rd time in a row now after eating food from here. For the first 2 times, i thought its just me and my body doing this. I never had any headache issues. The 3rd time confirmed it. I am not sure how to think about this. I ate Vegan Bahn mi and chicken caprese sandwich here.

I got a steak sandwich. It was decent, definitely not the best. But what disappointed me the most is the bread. It felt like it was too much of it. They need to replace it with something else.
My friend got pork belly with another bread and he liked it. I might try something else next time

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service and delicious food I recently experienced at Mendocino Farm, Toluca Lake.

My wife, kid, and I visited the restaurant for the first time last week, and we were absolutely blown away by the quality of everything we ate and drank. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff, Michael who made us feel right at home. Our server, Jackie, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, and she made some excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The "Not So Fried" Chicken sandwich was simply outstanding. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the toppings were a delicious combination of flavors. The Watermelon Street Cart Salad was also a refreshing and flavorful dish. And the Rose Lemonade was the perfect way to cool down on a hot day.

Plus, if you are a fan of Couscous then you must try Spicy Curried Couscous. It's delicious!

We would highly recommend Mendocino Farm to anyone looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience. The food is top-notch, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. We can't wait to go back again soon!

I love this place! It's fun to sit outside in their seating area, kind of like a wrap around porch. The food is amazing (the prosciutto and chicken sandwich with a side of curry? omg, heaven). One annoying thing is that the parking is difficult--don't even try to park at Bob's, they'll see you immediately and tell you to move. There's parking in a lot right next to it, but it's only free for 1 hour. If that's enough, then it's totally good!

I am not usually a negative review giver, but if you have an allergy please be aware this place doesn't always get it right. It's sad, because the food is delicious. Today was the second time I have ordered a salad here through Uber Eats and called about an almond allergy only to have the salad delivered with a dressing containing almonds despite confirming the substitution over the phone. The person on the phone is always apologetic, but that doesn't change the fact that it's a really dangerous mistake with serious consequences.

Would not recommend if you have a serious food allergy.

It took 4 employees and 30 minutes to find my order They keep saying it was coming out It was a online pick up They wrote wrong name and the receipt was inside the bag They have no system for pick up
Anyone can just walk in a grab a bag and leave No one will notice because they are busy with no system

Decent food but atrocious customer service. The deliveries are infuriatingly unreliable. The last time I ordered from them, half of my order was missing. How does that even happen? Trying to contact them is a joke too. No people on the phones, just Muzak. Not sure if it’s disorganization, bad leadership, or apathetic staff but this place has let me down too many times. It used to be so good - that’s why writing this review is truly saddening. I’d love to give them stars back

Wonderful place to enjoy a great, fresh meal. I have been here several times now and have not yet been disappointed. My personal favorite is the Avocado & Quinoa Superfood Ensalada. The ingredients are always fresh to include the chicken. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful should you have any questions or need help ordering. Service is quick and the indoor/outdoor seating is welcoming as well. The meal portions are large and the cost is more than fair given the portion sizes. In addition the menu selection is varied enough that their is something for everybody.

Honestly.. after having ordered from here the last three times. You guys have messed up both me and my partners order and has made it ultimately very unsatisfying. I made the mistake of coming back to this location today and ended up in the same exact outcome as the last few times. PLEASE YOU NEED to read the orders and make sure you ADD AND REMOVE the right things from the right entree. So Thank you but we won't be returning this location for a while. We need to know we are going to get what we are paying for

Sandwiches were fresh and flavorful. Staff is friendly and courteous. Establishment is clean and there is plenty of seating. I ordered the Pork Belly Bahn Mi Sandwich and the Chimichurri Steak and Bacon Sandwich. They were both very good.

Hotel has a good location. Walking distance from the MRT and major eating places. Downside, not really comfortable with the paintings on the wall especially when the painting has eyes! Kinda creepy when u sleep and the paintings staring at you.

This location is phenomenal! I order lunch for my whole office, so I had 8 meals set for pickup. When I arrived, someone else had taken the bag containing all my orders. Without delay, Christopher and the staff (angels?) got to remaking all of my orders and had them ready in less than 10 minutes. I didn’t expect them to work that fast, and I certainly appreciated the effort because lunch at my office didn’t start late at all despite the hiccup (and all the food came out great!)

If you already enjoy delicious sandwiches from Mendocino, I highly suggest eating at this location - there are magicians at work here!

Indoor and outdoor sitting and restrooms available. There's limited parking lot, but there is street parking some areas are restricted to residents with permits.

This place is awesome and has great options (including vegetarian and vegan options). The food is fresh, and delicious. The staff are wonderful -- the person taking our order bent over backwards to help us pick something. The restaurant is comfortable and has an easy vibe.
