This is the worst service I got in the subway. The girl who was working over there her name was nadee was very rude, and gave a lot of attitude. She didn’t know how to make the sandwich, she didn’t know common sense. And when I asked her for the manager she gave me the store number so I would not be able to complain about her. I will not return to this subway again.

I asked for a lot of sauce and for them to label the sandwiches so I don't have to open someone else's sandwich. They didn't do either. Now we are stuck with dry sandwiches with no flavor.

My friend and I were just waiting in line, not minding the EXTREMELY slow service, and the lady repeatedly kept glaring at us and letting us know that we could not be helped at the moment. Despite us being understanding, she was very annoyed of us and made a rude face when we said that it was okay. I didn’t know that it was rude to be understanding and patient. Also, I was extremely disappointed in the service that was provided by Jordan tonight. Slow service, skimped out on vegetables, and did not heat up my meat of choice. He was not at all helpful about answering the questions we had regarding our food. Everything we said to them was a burden and would not be taken into consideration; did not know being polite was such an inconvenience. Something to remember for the next time we order here. Extremely disappointed in their service. There was also two food delivery drivers who were still waiting the entire time we waited up until we finished our food. We understand it’s busy, but try to communicate with the customers.

The latino lady and latino man working at this location at 11:40pm on 02/29/2024 should not be working in the service industry. I came before closing and asked them if they were open and they said yes i asked for a footlong and a salad and the lady did it with a bad attitude putting one tomato a pinch of lettuce and got offended when i asked her to please add more and let me choose what i wanted in the sub since i didnt want certain vegetables. They then proceeded to abuse me in spanish which I speak calling me Pendej* and mother&@%^ I told them I speak spanish and they said so what we will call the cops because apparently Iam abusing them for asking to choose my own ingredients??? The cops came and I asked them to check the camera to see if I was really doing anything wrong. The cops wasted their time to come handle this situation I hope I get a response from the manager this is not okay! If you are miserable and don’t want to work then you shouldn’t be working in the service industry!

Today I was so exhausted from work and didn't give me time to eat anything, so I tried to find something not to heavy since my stomach was empty and all of the sudden in a red traffic light made looks around and in front of me I see SUBWAY and I said myself that's the place so I turned around and was able to get my favorite sandwich, so delicious made with fresh vegetables, fresh bread and delicious dressings to choose from, thanks so much SUBWAY you made my day, I got so happy with my combo of sandwiches, snacks and my drink, you can choose from a great variety of delicious sandwiches cold or hot and that was exactly what I need... SUBWAY is soooo delicious 😘👌🥪

I went to pick up an online order for 2 sandwiches. Both sandwiches did not have cheese on them...and it was steak and cheese. Unbelievable..workers needs understand how to take orders.

I order online for the deals but watch them make it to make sure it's done right. They still managed to not fix it the way it was ordered and I get some attitude back when I mention to them they're doing it wrong. I don't like to have to watch but this is the reason I do. I only go because it's cheaper priced than any other location and within walking distance away.

Maddie, decided to give my fiancé attitude about a sandwich. I thought it was pretty basic that when you toast a sandwich, you toast the meat and the cheese, not just the cheese. She shouldn't be working in a service industry if she cannot do it with a smile and a good attitude. If she really doesn't like her job that much, she should quit. Maybe management should just fire her for having a poor attitude with customers. She has terrible customer service, I would definitely recommend you go somewhere else. Any other subway is better.

This worker named Tatum is so amazing!! She reminded me I have a coupon on my app to save 2 dollars! She knows how to work hard and had a friendly vibe I love seeing that so I will definitely come back again thanks to her!

The workers there Are the most depressing I've seen. Specifically that old Indian lady. Zero customer service and makes the slopiest sandwich. I ordered a foot long she put 6 inch worth of meat. Like why is she employed still? She stands there yelling at the workers. I asked for avocado she just throws it on the sandwich by time I open to eat it. Im collecting all the avocados in the wrap. Horrible man. 😂

Great service, I know this is going to sound crazy but in a world where people don't want to work now these people are working late and made me the best subway sandwich I've had since the last time I visited here. These people alway take care of me when everyone else is closed, and they do it with quality, also rare in this day. I will be going back tomorrow night to make site they get a larger tip than the 4 I have tonight. Thank you.

This Place deserves 0 stars. The woman making my sandwiches was rude, choosing the cheese, not cooking the bacon for one of the sandwich, when I told her I didn’t want the bread toasted. You would think, you don’t serve uncooked bacon. Then when I mistakenly said I wanted cucumbers and called them pickles she turned and told her co-workers, “she don’t know pickles from cucumbers.” I though what is wrong with this crazy woman? If she doesn’t like doing this job, quit, simple as that. The owner should see that this place looks dirty, and his employees look unkept like they just got out of bed.
I suggest others to complain to food licensing when it looks dirty and being served uncooked bacon. We need to hold them accountable for bad service.

Charged me $11 for 1 veggie pattie wrap where it should be $6 and change as per other subway. The lady gives me a cold look and says this is how it works in our system and you have to pay $11. In other subways when they put 2 veggie patties they charge $11 and not just 1 pattie. Take it or leave it deal. We requested the other lady who was a shift supervisor, returned the sandwich who helped us in refunding the money.

I ordered on DoorDash at an annoyingly late time because I had just got off of work and I ordered a tuna melt. Unfortunately the toaster was down which I didn’t even notice my sandwich was not toasted because I was so hungry and it was so good. They threw in a free cookie for me and honestly give those workers a raise because they were nice when they didn’t need to be and 10/10 sand which!

Past couple times i ordered the tuna sub I ended up with a really bad case of diarrhea. Turns out a article online stated Subway serves fake tuna. Not 100% confirmed in lab DNA tests but it was unidentifiable. Subway states it's cooked tuna. So maybe bad cooked tuna? Diarrhea both times. No more for me.

I rarely write negative or even subpar reviews on Google. You can go read my other reviews. I always try to compliment the positives and move on.

I ordered online and got a confirmation email, and went to the store. The employee told me that he did not receive anything. He asked me how I ordered it. He asked, doorstop? I said through the website which is what I said when I came in. He said he didn't get an order

WHICH IS FINE. TECH ISSUES HAPPEN BECAUSE QA ANALYSTS DON'T DO THEIR JOBS.

But he said I had to go back and re order on my desktop. What kind of time wasting, illogical statement is that? He said since I ordered on a desktop computer, I should go back and re order and come back.

Just say "if you want something, you have to order it again here and pay for it"

He made it seem like I was trying to get a free sandwich, I also talked to him afterwards, and his responses just seemed like he didn't want to talk to me. Did I previously take his girlfriend away from him or something?

The lady who was making my sandwiches today (Liz) was extremely rude. I placed my order online for pick up. When selecting more of a topping you expect more then 2 pickles on a footlong. I asked if I can get cookies instead of chips in my combo. Mind you the advertisement states 2 cookies or a bag of chips plus 1 free cookie with a combo. When I was picking my cookies i selected 3. She was going to charge me for 1 cookie. She said i only get 1 cookie for the combo and 1 cookie for free. So not only did i not get what i paid for her service was disrespectful. I ordered 4 sandwiches. All of them had barely anything on them, dry and just all around not a good sandwich. Horrible experience.

This location is usually very stingy and half the time rude. Don’t get me wrong, I have had a lot of good interactions as well but the negative times are starting to take a toll and I’m feeling the need to post this. My order was placed by app and asked to put extra on all the ingredients. There were 2 pieces of bell pepper and little sauce . Plus the bread taste old. Plus when picked up the lady was very rude.

It's a Subway. Don't go in expecting too much, don't walk out disappointed, and with nothing else in the area open 24hrs except donut shops, you'll be back eventually

I went here at midnight because I couldn't find any other place that was open that late in Burbank and I was disappointed. The food was okay, but when I walked into the store I smelled something weird and lost my appetite a bit, I looked at the veggies and meats and everything looked like it was just thrown in there and not replaced very often like it should be. The location is pretty convenient and the food wasn't bad, neither was the service, so I will continue with 4 stars

One of the best ways to know if an establishment washes their produce is if the sticker is still on it when it is out for service. I know the quality of employees is very low now a days and subway brings pretty much everything in already prepared. But obviously the last step isnt being taken. The sandwich I ordered was to be as expected so I'm not complaining just dont want to get a food borne illness. Obviously I didnt pay for the avocado

The Indian worker , Shelley , is the rudest most uncivilized person I’ve ever encountered in a subway! I mostly stop in late at night and the employees are always nice and polite. But today my daughter wanted to get something from there after school and we got treated in the most horrendous way. She needs to be educated in western customs and learn how to treat others with respect. It’s a shame to find out that she’s the manager as well.

I tend to get dinner late from time to time and this is one of the more convenient locations for me to grab food. The service is usually fairly quick and the staff is very nice. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
