This place is great. I enjoy eating here. Sometimes the service can fluctuate depending on how busy they are but it's still good.

Came here and asked for extra olives on my sandwich. The man serving me told me “we can’t do that” he put on literally 4 half olives on the foot long. Never ever been to a subway in my 15 years of coming have I been told “we can’t put on extra” I completely refused the sandwich and walked out. Disappointed, selfish and greedy workers here.

On Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 7:24 pm I placed an online order for a sandwich and a soda for $20.70 but I made the mistake of ordering it at this store and I couldnt cancel it in the app and the option that the app gave me was to call the store, which I did call the store and a man answered who did not want to give me his name, then I explained that I made the mistake of ordering it at this store and I asked him to cancel my order on the tablet and he said No, I asked him can I get my refund? and he said no, not in person and not in the app which is a different corporation, then I asked him, what solution do you give me? and he replied that there is nothing that can be done, then I asked him, can I go tomorrow for my sandwich? Im far away right now I cant, it was my mistake but I can go tomorrow for the sandwich since I paid for it and my soda and he said NO! that he couldnt give me the sandwich that they already had ready and made and that I should go get the sandwich today, I dont ask for it for free. I have been dining at this location for many years now. Things have changed dramatically since the new management. I stopped getting subs here because they hide the meats from you when they make it. I dont get that. Your sandwich comes with small small portions of meat. Up until recently the cookies still tasted the same. However, thats not the same anymore. They are cutting corners to save money. I just ate what tasted like a cookie that was 2 days old. No. Just dont come here until they improve.

I had an excellent experience at Subways this location recently! I was greeted nicely by the staff, which immediately made my visit enjoyable. The outstanding customer service, with friendly and attentive personnel who made sure I had a wonderful lunch, was what truly struck me. Taken all together, Subway offered not only mouthwatering cuisine but also a friendly environment and excellent service. I will be back soon, for sure!

I made a mobile order through the Subway app. One buffalo chicken wrap, 2 churros, and 1 bag of chips. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed when the worker gave me my bag, it felt a bit cold. I asked if the sandwich was toasted. He replied yes. I opened the bag to check my food, and while the chips were fine and the churros was hot, the wrap was freezing cold. I went back to the cashier and told him that it was not toasted. He said that it didnt say to make it toasted on the receipt, but the thing is the app didnt give me options on whether on not I wanted it toasted, but that shouldnt matter. I dont know if this guy is new to this job or what, but he should have toasted it anyway. Ive been ordering from the app for a while and I never had this issue. Thankfully, he toasted it, and while the wrap was toasted, the inside (the chicken, lettuce, sauce, etc) was still a bit cold. Not as cold as before, but still undercooked. I was so frustrated at this point that I didnt even bother to finish it. The chips and churros were good, though.

I recently tried the Footlong Churro at Subway at 401 S. Glenoaks Blvd, and it was an absolute delight for my taste buds! The Footlong Churro was golden brown, perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The aroma of cinnamon and sugar was irresistible, making my mouth water before even taking the first bite. Try the Footlong Churro at that place for a delightful departure from the usual you wont be disappointed!Nice and clean restaurant.The service is usually fairly quick.

The restaurant was very clean and the staff very warm and friendly. Amo served me with a smile. We had a nice communication. I asked for double cheese and meat, and he put the same amount of vegetables. My sandwich was so big it couldnt be closed. I will go every day and enjoy fresh sub.

Ordered a Titan Turkey sandwich. I specifically asked Frankie( A Teenager ) to remove the white dough from both side, toast my foot long with Mozzarella cheese before adding the Turkey meat and the veggies. Had to stop him as he was toasting the sandwich with the Turkey and asked him again please only toast the bread and Mozzarella cheese. Later noticed he has used Chedar cheese and the bread was not only not toasted but, it was cold and under cooked. It was the worst Subway experience ever. Parking: Too many businesses in this shopping center

Cashiers were rude and confused. Like its first time someone walking in. They dont serve you if you dont have a mask but at the same time, you can dine in. Once I asked her what part of this makes sense, she told me to walk to the store you have to have a mask and as soon as you get in , you can take it off if you wana sit at the table. The store is literally few feet . Whoever made this policy I believe was very high . Btw no signs at front or inside to mention mask is required

Purchased an ultimate spicy cheesy garlic bread unfortunately the sandwich was too oily and upset my stomach, spoke with manager Natalia and she informed me that it s a very oily sandwich. I m leaving this comment because Natalia handled the situation well and and even offered me some Sprite to help with my stomach ache , i m glad this location has a more caring manager than the last and And I just wanted to say that you guys are doing a good job.This location is worth coming to compared to other locations where do they do not hear you out or care about your opinion.

I had a little time to kill before working a noon shift and gave this location a try for the first time. When i walked in the place was empty around lunchtime a red flag i should have heeded. The single cashier on the floor was glued to her phone and when i asked about the menu i was showered with the most uncalled for attitude. I found a dead fly inside my cup, got another cup to find all but 4 of the fountain drinks were stocked, and as you can imagine the place wasn t too sanitary. I promise i ll get to writing positive reviews on here but i want to warn people just trying to get a hassle-free lunch to steer clear.

Very disappointed, went for lunch with my wife and she orderd a soup with her sub. After we paid and sat down we noticed we didnt have a spoon. I asked for a spoon and the guy said they ran out so he offered a fork. If you know you didnt have any spoons you should let your customer know before buying a soup. How else will you eat your soup with a fork? Very dissatisfied wife couldnt even eat her lunch.

This is one of my go to Starbucks locations. It is quite spacious, and the staff are awesome. I pretty much always find a spot to post up at, that also offers a place to plug in my devices, which is great as well.

For some reason every time i go in for lunch its messy and the guys that work there act lazy and unprofessional. they dont seem to have fresh bread because on recent past two visits the bread was sour. One time I even left a tip and said Ill tip you if you guys clean up and put fresh bread out but nothing has changed since so Im no longer going there for my lunch breaks. Goodbye

Take some pride in your job. Employees hide in the back to play on their phones, are tatted up, dont smile, the floors are dirty, the bread is made poorly, and nothing is kept freshly stocked. Who is managing this store? I would fire immediately.

i went here around 7pm and jules helped me for 3 sandwhiches her and her coworker were talking the whole time no badge but i think he was wearing makeup looked drag idk anyway he was doing something in the back cause she starts laughing while making my sandwhich i hope he didnt do anything to my sandwhich cause he had to go in the back to get microwave my chicken anyway very rude i dont think i will be coming back here anytime i work with food and costomers a big grocery store ralphs and i taljk alot im going to spread the word about this subway no bueno employee who r not actknowlodging costomers
