Food was good. We got the dinner for 2 deal that comes with 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 4 sides, and dessert. New York strip delicious. Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, veggies did not disappoint. Waiter was a little distracted and service could use improvement. Took forever for the waters and I had to ask for the bread. Not the first time this has happened so slightly disappointed in that.

When I went on 9/7, it was empty but also real quiet and I liked it. Our server was nice and made sure we were good! We celebrated a birthday here and they had a small cowbell with balloons on the table and had a card! It was really sweet of them. I ordered a Steakhouse Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and they were good. The drink, Mango Rasberry was also really good!

Really good and juicy steak. Had the feast for 2 people for 69 dollars, worth the money. Fast service. Nice atmosphere, not loud. Booth are high enough and you don't see other diners which makes the experience more private if you're into that.

If you looking for a good steak with the best price - just go to Black Angus . Why ? First , steaks here so delicious- my favourite Ribeye. Second, everything brings so fast and it’s keeps your time . Servers always help you with choices . Third, the restaurant so quiet and nothing doesn’t disturb you when you’re eating your delicious steak. And in the end the best part- cookie dessert. I love this place.

I'm visiting here again for more than 10 years ago. The steak is cooked exactly the way it's asked for and with amazing flavor. The mashed potatoes were very delicious, although it can use a bit more flavor, such as some gravy on top. Mac n Cheese could use a bit more seasoning other than just butter. My favorite was the fried zucchini and the shrimp. The portions were a bit small, but I'm not a big eater, so it was just right for me, so we can just leave it as that in that case. Cheese cake was for dessert, and it tasted perfect. Can't wait to come back.

They need new chefs cause apparently the concept of medium rare is lost on them and take almost 40 minutes to send raw meat I almost hear it moo at me and walk away with the cowbell sound. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day here. Not even the butter was melted for the steak I almost heard it still churning. 1/10 experience the water was at least watery

If you've been to Black Angus, you know what to expect. It's cowboy steaks and really good ones. We had the campfire feast for two: crispy zucchini for the appetizer, grilled salmon and top sirloin steak with loaded baked potato, steak soup, lobster, bacon, Mac, and Caesar salad, with a red velvet cake for dessert.

The food was fantastic, we loved it. Service was outstanding, Dahlia outdid herself. If it were up to me I'd give her a raise. As it is, we tipped her very well. She was attentive without being overtly, talkative or nosy. She refilled our drinks without even having to ever ask us if we needed a refill. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them. In short was the best service I've had in a very very long time.

Host & Hostess 0/10 , we requested for another Table due to our parents having a difficult time moving. The answer I received was NO . It was reserved. I told the host that we too had reservations. Went to black angus on thanksgiving and to my surprise it was exceptional. I didn’t have to worry about cooking or the clean up it was fantastic. The turkey dinner was great the food came out quickly considering how busy it was. When I say busy I mean it was beyond packed with people. I’m guessing everyone had the same idea as I did. They did not disappoint. I’m glad I made a reservation. The service was friendly and the food was good. We will be coming back next year!

Made a Thanksgiving reservation and the wait is still an hour! What a failure of crowd management. There are hoards of people waiting outside, and they won't even text when the table is ready, so you have to stand around the whole time. Ridiculous. On the upside, the waitress was very friendly and once we were sat (over an hour after checking in for our reservation), the food service was quick.

Thanksgiving is an epic disaster here. Hour+ wait WITH RESERVATIONS. Manager gave the excuse that they stopped open door but there are MANY tables open around the restaurant. So bad. I hope Elon buys Black Angus to fix this disaster!

Apparently, this location, and I was told all locations, had taken the limit of how many reservations could be set on open table for Thanksgiving. Essentially, if you had made a reservation, you are still going to wait as long as two hours for a table. Totally unacceptable, completely unprofessional.
The staff that is here seems to be handling a very unhappy and large crowd that extends well into the parking lot fairly well. However, what I have not seen in the hour that I have been waiting is a manager. I assume the manager is either hiding in their office or is sitting down to have Thanksgiving dinner while his or her customers are all in the parking lot.
I will never come to a Black Angus again based on principle alone. I feel as though I was tricked into a long wait on Thanksgiving so that they could have the r
evenue.

Horrible. Waited 35 minutes fir a cobb salad to go. Bread was microwaved to death, salad was thrown in, eggs looked like a hack job and old. The hostess was pleasant and tried but won't return. I work up the street and decided to try them. Mistake. Walked there so too tired to go back and return the meal.

The food was great. Can’t complain. Chips were a bit salty.

The service was not up to par. As I’m typing, I see (6) people that work here — not one has come to check on us. They’re standing a few feet away. We’re done with our meals, waiting to put in our dessert order. We’ve been finished for 20 mins at this point.

This staff just needs better management. I’d recommend checking on guests more frequently, on some rotation, so that immediate needs are addressed (ex, A1 sauce provided, utensils, etc). It might be nice for the server to also notify the guest of a temporary break. Just courtesy.

If those would get corrected this dining experience would be a 5-star.

We have been here twice in the last 4 months and both times, everything was exceptional. We ordered the dinner for 2 and choose the salmon and filet and they cooked the filet perfectly and the salmon was moist and flaky. The honey Brussel spouts were amazing. The green beans were perfect and the potato soup should not be missed. We have tried outback in Burbank twice also and we really prefer, by alot, Black Angus. No contest.
BTW, the manager made sure everything was to our liking.

I came with my father. He had Filet mignon i had rib eye and it was good. My nephews (both 8yrs) love coming to this restaurant. A pleasant environment and fast good service. Plus i find the waitresses good looking, pleasant to the eyes. Lol. You'll enjoy this place. Not many restaurants know how to cook steak, but this one does. Even on their menu they have a guide as to how the the different cooked meat will look (rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done).

Time to update the review, it's been a while since we were here and I left a subpar review. I remember leaving 3 stars and hearing from Black Angus the very next day apologizing because the food was lackluster. Well, I wish time had been kinder and I could leave a better review, but I can't. In fact, the service star went down.

We spent an hour and a half here on a Wednesday evening. Not what we expected at all. Appetizer and soup took more than 15 mins to arrive, and the server, Samantha, could tell I was irritated.

Dinner arrived about an hour after we sat down. The BBQ chicken was good, my half rack of ribs were very dry. My wife's steak was an odd mix of medium well and very rare - I don't think I'd ever seen a steak cooked like that before.

We ordered dessert WITH DINNER, so one would assume it would come out shortly after. NOPE, in fact we waited 15 mins after the check came for our cookie we ordered to go before we gave up and left.

It's sad that I didn't think this would be a worse review, it's been a few years since the last visit, but I'm certainly remembering why we don't eat here.

Food service was so slow. I understand that people aren't coming in for a quick dining experience but we waited over 30 minutes between salads and our entrees.

The bussing staff was amazing and worked their tails off but we were so frustrated waiting. We brought my children and they were losing their minds with hunger. Our waitress also seemed to disappear for chunks of time, I don't know if she was avoiding us out of embarrassment, but I would have appreciated more check ins and maybe an offer at an attempt to expedite my children's meals since they were getting very anxious waiting for their food and were at risk of being a nuisance to other guests.

The food was fine, the biggest issue was disappointing slow service. I don't know if it's from being understaffed or what but I would not recommend this if you don't have several hours to waste waiting around or you are overly hungry.

With attention to Eric Mintle We were yesterday 4/16/2023 eating dinner at Black Angust located in Burbank, Ca. I ordered baby ribs full rack and my friend new york steak. We left some food so I ask to waitress for some boxes. Michelle did a very good customer service. This morning I prepared my lunch , I went to lunch around 1:00 0' clock 1 minutes to heat the ribs when I tried to eat they were burned. I do not think cooker or chef going to eat burn ribs. Very dessapointed.

My family had a get together celebration for my step father's 76th birthday with quite a large family turnout. Consisted pretty much of 2 Seniors, 8 Adults, 2 College Students, 1 High Schooler, 3 Children and 2 Toddlers that are less than 3 years old and really our tables makes up 6 different family tabs. The restaurant and our waiter accomadated our family with a booth that was comfortable location seating wise-to have a little get together where sometimes our toddlers are less than patient and crying and yet still not have to be the center of the whole restaurant. So we appreciated this Black Angus was accomadating to our large family dynamics in seating and mostly willing to separate our large family bill at least 5 ways. I also appreciated my delicious Prime Rib Steak and all of my family appreciated their delicious steak entrees, children liked their fried chicken tenders choices and myself liked their desert. They have a simlar desert similar to that, that looks like a "pizookie" (a baked cookie with vanilla ice cream) that was very delicious and highly recommend if want desert choice.
Thank you Black Angus for hosting my family and showing courtesy to us while honoring the man that my family grew up taking us to your restaurant most of our youth and young adult lives so many times. We appreciated being able to celebrate and cheerish a honorable man and staple to our family at your location.

While we were eating appetizers, servers brought main dishes. While some of us were still eating main dishes, our sever brought desserts, so I asked the server if this was a normal service to bring next meal even though we had not finished and she said yes because of crunch time. The restaurant was not busy at all, so we felt we were not welcome and we felt the server was asking us to leave ASAS.

This was my first time trying Black Angus. Hubby likes Cattlemans, and we frequent Outback and Texas Roadhouse. I honestly have to say, out of the 4, this has been my favorite. The server we had was also bar tending and she was still attentive, helpful, and patient with my hyper 6 year old. The food was AMAZING!!!. Love the fried Zucchini, my fillet fork tender and the lobster oscar topping I added, really sealed the deal. BEST BLOODY MARY I HAVE EVER HAD. Will absolutely be back.

Great food from here. I usually get the ribeye or top sirloin. Cuts are cooked to medium rare about 90% of the time. The sides are great also, my choice are broccoli and and green beans. The service is consistent and never have problems with the workers. Last time I had Nuria and she was great! She had such a great attitude. Definitely recommend this place!

I'm loving this place! From the 1st time I stepped in here, 4 years ago, the food had gotten better & better and the service is unreal! Miss Andrea has been an absolute delight!!! She is so attentive & on point, it's almost like she can read my mind. Lovely and very, VERY easy on the eyes. But, the atmosphere & the ambience of truly great for anything from sports (like tonight's all start game) to an intimate date night. This place is a gem that I'm actually glad is not super well known. It feels like it's my own little paradise.

Wanted to give this place a try, I went years ago and got some reason never came back but I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised! The food was good, the meat was a bit gamey for me but I think that’s my fault I will order it medium well next time. Overall the food is very good for the prices. The service was great, always refilling and making sure we were happy with the food, and I gotta say I love the ambiance and decor! We definitely will be back!

We came here for dinner on a Wednesday night. We were greeted and seated quickly. Service was fine. But the food was awful. I had the grilled chicken. And it had no flavor. None. Not a speck of pepper or salt. My stepson had the chicken tenders. They looked like chicken fries minus the chicken. My husband got the side of broccoli and it was literally 2 little pieces of broccoli. It looked like a garnish more than a side. We were all very disappointed with the food. The carrot cake was okay.

Tonight, I went to the Burbank location and had the BEST service I've had in ages. All of Black Angus' servers are consistently great, but Aliyah T was just amazing! She was cheerful and friendly, attentive without being pushy and intuitive as to what makes a meal more than food. I really hope to be seated in her section next time I go. She really made our dinner terrific! Back again with great service and delicious food. I was able to cash in on the deal fir the campfire feast, and feast we did!

This place took a noticeable deviation from the quality of aged steak they used to serve.
Whoever is responsible for deciding to change suppliers for the steaks needs to be removed from any decision-making possession.
The steak was tough and dry compared to the many, many times I've been here before.
The sear on the steak was the worst I'd seen, and it was seasoned poorly as well.
This reminded me of the one time i tried walmart steak. It's dry and chalky.
Get rid of the person responsible immediately.
I will not be coming back unless I hear back from management confirming the correct changes have been made.

I have dined hear often for Birthdays, Anniversaries, and just because I have a craving for red meat. Recently joined family for their 60th Brunch experience and wow, for the price it was exquisite, and very tasty. The low was the bloody mary and and mimosa, but those aren't typical. The one low that has been consistent the last few times I've gone including the brunch was their shrimp. It tastes old, and a bit mushy. I would stear far away from the shrimp, especially the shrimp cocktail. But that could be due to the nature of which it was served (Cowboy/Wagon Wheel sampler and Bloody Mary during a prix fixed meal).

Their ribs, and the barbecue sauce is top notch. The rye bread and butter is a staple. If I don't take my wife, I always have to ask for one to go!

Their steak and Filet Mignon, so good. The wedge salad is a must and the asparagus or brussel sprouts albeit hit or miss, are so good when they hit. I also suggest the baked potato soup!!! Bomb!!!

Oh, and always, always polish the night off with a cowboy cookie. Bon appetit!

First time here and the Ribeye steak was awesome so tender full of flavor cooked perfectly definetelly will come back for more steak and also Tim our server was on point.

Delicious food, pretty huge portions-- highly recommend the ribeye!!! And everyone in there takes customer service seriously! I came in within the last hour open and they took care of me beautifully! Mariana is delightful!!! It's a hidden gem! I love the giant, tall booths! Very intimate and quiet.

If you prefer a side of chaos with your dining, go to BJ's or wait forever at In&Out, lol!

Thank you to our server, Jessie, for the excellent service. My wife and I thank you, brother. Thank you to the cooks for some delicious food. My wife and I loved the atmosphere, but our only complaint was that the restrooms were a bit filthy, unfortunately. Aside from that, our experience was great! Management, please make sure your team is cleaning them restrooms often.. Thank you.

Last try. Nothing like it used to be. Prime Rib was dry and tasteless. Fried zucchini was the best thing.

I'm visiting here again for more than 10 years ago. The steak is cooked exactly the way it's asked for and with amazing flavor. The mashed potatoes were very delicious, although it can use a bit more flavor, such as some gravy on top. Mac n Cheese could use a bit more seasoning other than just butter. My favorite was the fried zucchini and the shrimp. The portions were a bit small, but I'm not a big eater, so it was just right for me, so we can just leave it as that in that case. Cheese cake was for dessert, and it tasted perfect. Can't wait to come back.

So let's start off my family, and I was very excited to try this place, obviously, because of the PROMO of the bundles with steak included and dessert. My family got their food before me because they didn't make my meat medium rare, so they did it again and the same thing. I had to eat it as I felt bad for the waitress. Also, I was hungry and couldn't wait any longer. Despite that, the wait time for my order was like 20 min or more. (For my plate) no discount was given. .. we also ordered a to-go order, and the dessert was not given, and it came included. Why pay so much if you are not going to pay attention to details and specifications from your customers. This is the first and last time here. I'm sorry I tried to give you guys a chance, but the service was not delivered.

This place has a great atmosphere and clean environment. Bathrooms were immaculate. However, I had the prime rib and it was very fatty. I got the cowboy cut but more than half of the steak was fat. I was quite disappointed. Also the service was quite poor. It wasn't that busy. However, they seem to put me in a corner and forget about me because I was dining alone. Still not a bad place but not the best cut of meat or service. I would go back but I would definitely mention to them the poor service and meet quality in the future then after writing this the owner had the audacity to reach out and offer me a free meal and I was like sure why not and he says email me at this link and then I never hear back from him and I just start receiving a ton of spam.

An average ribeye & sides, slow service, & dated decor.
The Manhattan had too much vermouth, the wine tasted like the bottle had been opened for a week, & the server never asked if the drinks were okay.

Always get the potato soup and cheesy bread. Ranch is always amazing. Cherry cokes are the best here for some reason. Teriyaki chicken is always amazing.

I LOVED this place! The filet mignon did not dissapoint, neither did the mashed potatoes, etc. I normally eat at a similar restaurant but I noticed this one is much more quieter, and we had a much more personalized service. The only thing I noticed was that the potato soup was a bit saltier than my usual restaurant. That being said, the flavor was not a problem at all. I can say that something I really liked was the thickness of the steaks and how precise the cook was with the temperature. There are endless great things I could say about this place, but I will end it with "I'll be back".

I had the 12 oz Prime Rib (Medium Rare) with Au Gratin Potatoes and an Iceberg Wedge salad with Blue Cheese dressing. All of the food was perfect. Delicious. The service was adequate. The waiter served me iced tea that had 4 or 5 little ice cubes in it that were so small they had all melted after about 5 minutes. When that glass of tears was down to about 25% full, he asked me if I wanted a refill. I said sure. He brought me another full glass, this time with 3 little cubes that were nearly completely melted. I asked him for a glass of ice, which he promptly brought. The ambience of the place is nice. Big, cushy booths, comfortable. But it's a family restaurant with little kids crying, or making noise and generally noisy all around,which is the way a lot of places are these days. It does use nice, big, cloth napkins, so that's a big plus in my book. Bottom line, it was a good experience with great food. I'd go back in a minute.

It was my first time in this restaurant that for me leaves a lot to be desired.

1 the bathrooms are scary apart from dirty, old people don't clean them

2 the food without flavor
