Ralph’s as a whole has really stepped up its grocery game. This store is no different! Huge aisles full of anything you’re looking for.

Tons of vegan options, gluten-free alternatives. Variety is key here. I was amazed at the dairy-free milk options they have.

Prices are fair with lots of sales happening throughout the store. Definitely sign up with their point system to get the coupon rewards.

Excellent fresh flower section, lots of balloons available to choose from. They also have a fresh deli and food section with a salad bar and lots of healthy options.

Get lost in their alcohol variety! About 3 rows dedicated to alcohol, amazing selections. Buy 6 bottles of wine or beer mix and match and get 30% off, typically a free wine bag to for those bottles.

Super friendly employees. I bought a week’s worth of groceries, and they didn’t mind helping with bagging.

There’s a bathroom here, lots of free parking out front.

I was there right before they closed. I needed some last minute things. The stuff I wanted was on sale. It was a quick trip with excellent service. As I was leaving the store just closed and they locked the door behind me and it was a good night

This is honestly the worst Ralphs I’ve ever been to. The layout is completely different from any other Ralph’s, things that should be next to each other are across the store from each other, and they don’t have basic supplies. Do yourself a favor go to any other Ralph’s but this one.

Today, June 12, 2024, I bought about one pound (0.86 Lb) of king Crab legs from Ralph in Calabasas California for our dinner. Unfortunately the crabs were bad and tasted like gas. This is the second time that I am buying bad/poison meat or seafood from this store.

Stood at the hot food section of the deli for 10 minutes without being helped. Had multiple employees help others and give me eye contact but never was helped. Left the store with no food.

BEWARE OF RACIAL PROFILING! As I was in self-checkout, a female worker approached me aggressively, repeatedly claiming that I hadn t scanned an item and that I had stolen it. We told her multiple times that the item had been scanned, and mind you, the item was a BAG OF CHIPS. She checked which items had been scanned, and the item was in fact scanned. Instead of apologizing like a normal person, she proceeded to give me a discount as if that would make up for the blatant racism that had just taken place.

Decent store. Typical selection. Management needs to address staffing issue. Never seems to be adequate check out staff. I spend more time waiting to check out than making my shopping selections. Unfortunately, as a result I tend to shop elsewhere for quick grab items.

The customer service at this Ralphs is horrific! Specifically Rosa the cashier and Rick the manager? I brought back one bad carton of milk, Ralphs brand, purchased yesterday and still full! It tasted odd so I returned it. I also then spent $70 On new groceries! Rick was visibly shaking when I said I didnt have a receipt for my Ralphs brand within expiration window milk. After i completed my purchase he handed me my new receipt to which i said i dont need it. He said Im afraid i have to insist you take it since you brought back an item! I repeated no thank you I dont need it (my first return in a LONGGGGGGG TIME). He then threw it at me and turned to help next customer. I try to avoid this store and if I must use it, I avoid cashiers here and use self checkout. Why work with customers if you hate people and your job?

This store is beautiful and the staff are always kind and helpful. Today was particularly amazing when I stopped in for the last few items I need for Thanksgiving dinner. When I saw that all the rosemary was already gone, I asked the produce employee, Oscar, if they would be getting any more. He ran to the back and returned with no luck. About 20 minutes later, Oscar found me on the other side of the store and gave me 2 packages of rosemary. I am so grateful that my shopping is done, and amazed to have experienced someone who really went out of their way to provide good service. I felt like he really cared to remember and look around the huge store for me. Thanks again, Oscar!

Went to Ralph s to get a fruit tart and to my surprise, they told me everything is made to order. This is the first time I have ever heard this at Ralph s. Specially when the place was filled with multiple fruit tarts.

Excellent market to make purchases. You can make your grocery and other purchases very comfortably, with ample toothpicks and a variety of merchandise. Ample parking.

The deli lady refused to make a sandwich for me. She said I had to wait in line when there wasnt any line. She was the only one at the counter and just left me standing there and went on the the back room. Terrible service.

This is a good Ralphs. I usually go after 8pm. Parking is easy then and the store is not crowded. Ive been other busier times but its not enough to make you leave. The Ralphs in Woodland Hills is closer, but this drive is worth not having to deal with that parking lot!

Always bad never enough cashiers especially at 8pm-to closing when they created the self check out lanes they trained their employees to tell customers to work for themselves At Calabasas evening short lady & manager have work beef with each other and it s just a bad vibe Bring back the old days (10 years back) where is the good customer service company? Ralph s saving money on micro managing the employees I love Ralph s it s just sad they over work and understaff their stores ( specially Calabasas)

Great service, great products, but I keep getting attacked by birds in the parking lot. Really wish I was joking on this. If there is literally any possible way to deal with that humanely, Id visit way more often. edit: will be removing a star each time I get swooped. this was the 5th time, and it appeared to be the same bird.

Calabasas Commons, Ralphs included, is plagued by terrible customer service. Most, if not all, employees have a bad attitude and smiling is absent from their facial gestures. I ve had no issues at other Ralphs locations; West Hills, Granada Hills, Northridge, Porter Ranch, and many others.

Simply a great grocery store. Before the pandemic I really needed some Ovaltine, and the staff was so determined to help me find it (none of them had heard of it) that, by the end of things, there were probably 4 or 5 of us on a wild goose chase! The problem was that they had completely changed the packaging colors and materials from when I had it last, so we kept going right past it. I was grateful for their help and to finally have my Ovaltine!

Horrible quality fruit. The presentation for a Upscale area was not it at this Ralph s. I d rather drive to Woodland Hills and shop there. Alma and Elizabeth WORST customer service! If I m spending 200$ for groceries I should at least feel welcomed. They looked unhappy to be working!

Best Ralphs in West Valley. Bigger cleaner store than Victory near Falbrook or Ventura Blvd at Topanga. They are open till 1AM, as is the Victory Store.

Employee at checkout tossing your items down the checkout lane so they fall at the end on the ground. Didn t even bother to go grab it and place it in cart. Kept checking items and aggressively tossing them. Another visit, employees rolling their eyes at customers. Except for a good kid at the deli counter and one of the managers (he has glasses, Hispanic) who is extremely kind and helpful, this store s staff is rotten with bad attitude.

I was very grateful for Ryan helping me out at the self checkout. I needed to void an item. He was polite, kind, and most of all helped me get out of the store quicker. Excellent customer service and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

This review is specifically to the employee by the name of Ryan K He is very disrespectful and has an extremely bad attitude at checkout. I shop at this particular Ralph s regularly but he has made my experience awful. I feel bad for the company as he makes their business look very bad

Siñor George @ Produce Department is super friendly and offers PPE if you should need them. But I told Mr. George that its better we bring our own because we can save the stores overheads when we bring our own PPE that fit our needs and save EARTH. Staffs @ Ralphs are super friendly ALL the time Ive shopped at the store for over two decades. Cant beat 5 stars customer Services. Support local merchants. No lines. Shop away.

I shop here for days a week for the last two years the store does not stock their shelves they re out of gallons of water they re out of the brand of individual water bottles that i usually buy ... They don t have organic marinara sauce I just walked out ....as this not the first time I have experienced thus at this location it s just the first time I have posted a review about it ! They really need to stock the shelves .. seriously

I had a problem to buy a beer at this shop with EU ID. According to a manager, I have to have local ID. He didn t even asked for my passport and rejected me. I must say that I have never experienced anything like this in any other store. The manager was either ignorant or stupid.

I love mostly everything about this Ralph s, including the front end manager, and the associates. Unfortunately the last 5 times I ve been here, the deli section is a disaster area. The associates who are serving at the deli counter are awful. They aren t courteous, they don t care about the customer (you can see it on their faces) and today, the associate walked away from my wife and went to take a break instead of finishing the order OR telling anyone. The lady at the counter had to finish the order and had NO IDEA what my wife had ordered. Lack of communication and care are very clear in this specific area of the store. I have no problem amending my score if this deli department gets its stuff together.

I like this Ralph but they need to stop selling all these unbranded organic chocolate bars. I suggest that they try the Belgian chocolate Cote dor they have a wide variety and they are delicious the importer is Mondello. I hope they will listen a good customer.

NICOLE IS BY FAR THE WORST employee Ive met. She gives me dirty looks and is no help at all when it comes to bagging. I hope her manager sees this, because this girl is not worth it to keep in such a lovely ralphs. have her improved or have her fired. please talk to her or i will have to talk to the manager of the store.

You find everything . Groceries, fruits, vegetables, liquors, all types of meat, fish, flowers, balloons, cards. Very well stocked. You also get many organic products at good prices.

Im done dealing with deli here. Nobody smiles, give over the amount you request on purpose and some guy gave me a slab of sliced cheese with no tissue in between and the cheese was stuck together.
