The ambiance was delightful and the décor was beautiful. The food presentation was very elegant, but unfortunately, the taste was disappointing. The burger had an unpleasant, greasy odor, and the salmon also smelled off. The Persian chicken was dry and lacked any accompanying sauce or broth. However, the Bliss Bowl salad was excellent. The pistachio croissant was dry and stale. On a positive note, the tea service, presented in a teapot, was exquisite. The above comments came from my mother who is a retired chef.

We fought our way thru west facing sun to this restaurant...Traffic was hell but when we arrived and sat down all of it washed away when our drink order came and the Burnt Orange Cadillac margarita was on point...The server Louis was outstanding...the Food was just the same..The Wagyu Truffle burger I ordered was perfectly executed The Fries were cooked Crispy and salted with precision. Check out this place folks!

Ashley was Amazing!
Great recommendations on drinks and food. The atmosphere was chill and vibey! Loved the decor and the covered outdoor patio area. The Wagyu burger paired with the Duck Fries Yaaaassss! Heaven! It was just enough without feeling stuffed. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious, farm-to-table, and very well prepared. The ambiance is amazing for couples, as the garden-like atmosphere and mood lighting is beautiful. Our server was attentive and came over regularly to check on us. The prices can creep up on you as the dinner prices are quite high for a small serving of food, if you include appetizers, drinks, and sides along with your entrees. Some appetizers and sides cost $25+ for a relatively small serving.

One of the BEST restaurants in CALABASAS!!!! I’ve been here many times and love the food and the service.

Great starter is their PERSIAN PLATE which includes 2 very tender Sumac-Marinated Prime Beef Tenderloin Skewers!! Very delicious!

My absolute FAVORITE item in their menu though is their TRUFFLE WAGYU BURGER! It’s ultra delicious and so juicy. Best burger of ALL time!!

Other great choices:
Truffle Pasta. Sauce is very delicious!!

This is a must try! Incredible flavors and dishes. I only wish I had taken more pictures. The burger is by far, the best burger I have ever had. Everything works with the sauce, bun and fresh toppings and it’s not overloaded. The chefs style is clean and simple with every dish yet packed full of flavor. We started with cocktails, which were seasonal specials, and a whipped goat cheese mousse. I could have ended the night here and lived on the whipped goat cheese for the rest of my life. I would have died happy. For the main course, our small group shared a kale-abasas salad, the braised short rib, served over buttery mashed potatoes, a roadhouse classic burger (note comment above), and the wild scallops with exotic mushrooms, fresh tarragon, caviar and lemon beurre blanc. We ended our meal with the Basque Ube Cheesecake (shown in picture). I had never had this flavor in anything, let alone cheesecake. What brilliance. If the picture doesn’t make you crave it, then just challenge yourself to step into the unknown. You will not be sorry. I can’t recommend this place enough. The ambiance is on point, the service high end and you’ll likely benefit from celebrity spottings. Kudos to Rose and the chef for making this an special memory. 🫶🏻💐

Rochelle was the bartender for the night and she took care of us for 3 hours without making us feel like she was busy. We didn't order food just wanted to have a great time and she was the best and delivered service. Thank you for making our night fun! We will definitely be back to see Rochelle 😊

Took my girlfriend over the weekend and I have to say this restaurant is the right spot to take your girl. It's sexy and beautiful and the food is incredible. We had the Persian chick and the lamb shank it was beyond delish. The wine is incredible. Ashley's are server was more than informational and attentive. They had heaters and blankets, it was so cozy. Thanks to Roses for making my date night a solid one.

Do not believe the great reviews as I did. But if you like the feeling of getting ripped off then you should go. If you like to pay $30.00 for literally one piece of pita and one spoonful of whipped yogurt (Persian appetizer), then you should go. If you like being "mistakenly" charged $75 instead of $45 for a bottle of wine (I caught the mistake) then you should go. If you then like to pay additional 4% "living wage" added to your bill, then this is your place.
We should have known to leave when only 2 other tables were full. The place looked abandoned, as it should be.

Recently went to Rose's with friends for the first time and we had an amazing time. The outdoor area is unique and beautifully done. Luis, aside from being a lovely person, was extremely attentive and made us feel so special. The attention we received was if we were dining in a fine restaurant. If you are near Calabasas, don't pass the opportunity to try it out. I will most certainly go back!

The prices here are outrageous for sitting around a bunch of artificial flowers. I cannot express how small the dishes were. Dinner for four adults (two cocktails total - not per person, just two cocktails in all) was $500. The pasta was such a small amount of food. They give you such a tiny amount of flatbread for the dips, there was just no food…. It just doesn’t make any sense…. Like, why? We can put a strawberry in the middle of hummus far more cheaply on our own and it’s like… what do they think is going on here? Art? The grilled cheese was good but I’m sure it was $40. And, to be clear, we ordered NO MEAT.

The servers were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. Food was okay besides a simple "no lettuce/tomato"on a burger ( tomato allergy) caused issues. My friend got his food ( salmon- delicious but very small portion of veggies with it like 2t) and was nearly finished before I received mine because they had to remake it ( not by my asking) because according to server they had put tomatoes on it. I told them no big deal, it would be fine but it was insisted they were remaking it. Then when it finally came out I was told they had accidentally put ketchup on it, did I want them to remake it. I didn't.
Pretty high prices. Would not dine here again.
Update: Owner responded saying they take allergies very seriously so that's why the wait was so long but order still arrived with product I was allergic too. They mistakenly added ketchup after remaking because they accidentally added tomato... That's not taking allergies seriously. Waiter also made it a point to tell us they weren't charging us for the first burger they messed up on, well of course you aren't. 🙄

I had the pleasure of joining my girlfriends for lunch at Rose's Garden Bar, a charming establishment that was completely new to us. To my delight, the ambiance was thoughtfully themed, creating an immersive dining experience. The diverse menu and enticing happy hour offerings added to the appeal. As we arrived, the intimate bar area caught our eye, but as we ventured further into the venue, the space transformed, evoking the grandeur of a Las Vegas restaurant.

One of the culinary highlights was the Truffle Wagyu Burger, a tantalizing Chef's Special featuring Snake River Grass-Fed Wagyu, crispy lettuce, juicy tomato, rich Sharp White Cheddar, flavorful Red Wine-Onion Marmalade, and zesty Herb-Citrus Truffle Aioli, all nestled within a perfectly crafted House-Made Brioche Bun. The impeccable service further enhanced our experience, leaving a lasting impression.

I LOVED my time here. My family visited this beautiful restaurant for my brother’s birthday and we got the best service from both Ashley and Rochelle. Those girls are such sweethearts and they ACTUALLY care about their guests. I ordered the matcha latte with oatmilk and Ashley recommended I get it with a tiny bit of vanilla and OH MY GOSH!!! That was the BEST matcha I’ve ever had. It wasn’t overly sweet and the matcha powder they used shined so beautifully in the drink. And that tiny bit of vanilla was the best recommendation ever. I ordered the roasted rainbow carrots for my meal and I wasn’t the biggest fan just because it was more sweeter than I anticipated so my sister talked to Rochelle about it and she helped us out and I ended up getting the vegan burger that MELTEDDDD in my mouth. Lord I should have chosen that the first time but it came so quick and it was actually so perfect. My brother ordered the fried oreos which you can never go wrong with, and Ashley guessed I was vegan and she brought us a raspberry sorbet that was a thousand times better than talenti. Shoutout the chefs for being so outrageously talented and Rose for making one of, if not THE BEST restaurant in Calabasas. The menu is so adorable and unique. And I will a thousand percent be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Ambiance was stellar! We sat on the patio and the breeze on a hot day was delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed the little birds chirping and flying through the chandeliers. I ordered the truffle burger. It was absolutely decadent! I order a side of ranch and it was watery, boohoo. I ordered a hibiscus sweet tea, very refreshing. I wish there had been a coaster as I dripped tea on my tee shirt, cue more tears. Our server Ashley, was delightful! She was very helpful and attentive. I'd definitely go back!

Ashley hosted and served us and what ever you guys are paying her…increase it. Give this woman a promotion, a raise and a bonus because she went out of her way to make sure we got everything we asked for. She even made our drinks for us and when I tell you that drink had me floating on cloud 9, I’m not exaggerating. Best coffee I’ve ever had. The food was super delicious as well. Less than one star! The service was terrible! It took over 15 minutes for us to FIND someone just so we could get water after we sat down. And another 20 minutes to order food and drinks. They claim to be fresh farm to table, but I couldn’t get anything prepared the way I like it because everything was already pre prepared. The waitress never checked on us once while we were eating! When she finally came back she asked if we wanted desert picked up 2 plates and left without even waiting for our answer. Oh, I forgot to mention everyone at our table received their dinner except for me, finally I had to go to the front and pick up my own food.
If the food was exceptional. I could forgive the bad service, not the case at Roses Garden bar.

Worst service ever. I planned a Birthday dinner for my cousin who's a clean eater, called ahead of time to arrange a birthday dessert, and my cousin unfortunately had the worst experience out of the group. we waited 15 minutes after being seated for a glass of water. our sever looked miserable, was unfriendly, and when my cousin went to order and asked if she could have her dish without sauce the server said no. My cousin ended up ordering a side of avocado and steamed broccoli because the server was unwilling to offer anything without sauces or to alter any of the dishes to meet her allergies. The Birthday dish never came out (I was told notes would be added to the reservation and I told the host who seated us). we waited forever for the check so finally went up front. They charged $16 for a bowl of steamed broccoli and $6 for a small slice of avocado. The experience ruined the night which was supposed to be fun. We couldn't even go elsewhere to get my cousin a birthday dessert because we sat so long, everything was closed after. By far the worst experience ever.

We had lunch there and really enjoyed the truffle wagyu burger and fries! Ashley was the most amazing waitress and we had two dogs that she adored and gave them water bowls. She let us know they had a pup menu as well so we ordered chicken and broccoli for them that they loved! Will definitely be back for dinner!

We were shown to our table where we sat literally, without exaggerating, for at least 20 minutes while waiter after waiter passed by our table without acknowledging us nor even a single eye contact. I asked a woman cleaning a table a couple of tables away from us if she could find a waiter for us but after waiting for another 5 minutes we left. On my way out I told the host that we have been waiting all this time and no one had even acknowledged our presence and his answer was "sorry" matter of factly without any concern.

Went here with my wife and mother-in-law and we had an excellent time. From the ambiance to the food to the service everything was top tier. Dustin and Ashley were very nice and provided amazing service! I ordered the Wagyu Truffle Burger and wedge fries and i was stunned! So much flavor in each bite! I’d say it’s the best burger I’ve ever had! 9.8/10! On the way out we ordered to-go late’s and took pictures with the flower walls. Will be back often!

I had the salmon entree. It was very tasty and the vegetables were tender and cooked perfectly.
My wife had the Persian plate - the meat was overdone but was seasoned well. The vegetables perfectly done.
Hudson our server was very capable and there when needed. 👍

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the truffle wagyu burger, kale-a-basas side salad, rose roll, raspberry sorbet, and a mock-jito with lavender. Everything was 10/10!

The atmosphere and aesthetic were also gorgeous! Lots of Instagrammable moments. The service was great too. Our servers, Hudson and Ashley, were warm and welcoming and super attentive.

I can’t wait to come back and try brunch!

Our meal at Rose's was fantastic! Took my wife and our kids there for my wife's birthday. The atmosphere and setting is perfect for anything from a casual lunch to a romantic dinner. The menu contains many unique items and everything we had was delicious - especially the whipped eggplant! Ashley was our server. She provided suggestions and descriptions that helped to make sure our first experience at Rose's was a memorable one.

Dinner was better than I expected. My chicken was not dry at all and the flavor was mouth-watering. Our server, Ashley, took really good care of us. What a fantastic surprise. Looks like a tiny little bar, but then opens up to a gorgeous open space fully decked out with lights and a flower wall. The few bites I had were so tasty as well as the drinks. Can’t believe that Ashley managed to cater to all the people (at least 20) that were with my company and mix up cocktails. What a great time!

Decided on Roses Garden bar to celebrate a friends birthday! Service was excellent from the second we stepped in the door. Our waitress Dairy showered us with smiles each time she came by. We were a bit tipsy and she remained patient with us. We plan to come back at night to see the ambiance. I hope Dairy is here again to help. I had the smash burger. OMG 101 approve. Had to eat it with a fork and knife. Paired with the Persian Rose adult bevy is chefs kiss. Oh music is great too. The mirror is the women's bathroom is perfection. This restaurant nailed it! Can't give enough compliments to Dairy. She made the experience memorable! ♥️

I took my wife here to celebrate our 5 year anniversary after reading positive reviews and seeing the pictures. I thought this place would be a change since we don't come to Calabasas often and it looked like a beautiful place. I made reservation off OpenTable and put that we were celebrating our anniversary in advance. I got a text a week before our reservations that they were moving to Yelp reservation now but my spot was still good. When we walked in where the bar was at, they didn't look busy for a Thursday night. The person walked us to our table near the fireplace and they didn't have too many people dining inside. The flowers, decoration and layout of this place is very beautiful. The only I had was with this pitch noise that was coming out from the speakers, lights or street which I couldn't identify. For our entrée, I went with their Prime New York Strip steak at medium rare and I was able to get double fried with it. My wife got the Pan Roasted Salmon at well done. We both loved our dish, I thought my steak was seasoned perfectly and my wife enjoyed the sauce of the salmon. The steak knife that was given to me wasnt very sharp so I had a hard time slicing my steak and it was hard to flag down someone since they didn't check on us. It did take a while for our food to come out and it was difficult to get a refill on my drink since the waiter wasn't around or attentive to us. We had like 3 different people from taking our order, delivering our food and finally getting someone to refill my drink after I flagged her down. I don't think they realize we were celebrating our anniversary since they never asked what brought us there. It took a while to ask someone for a check and then to get my receipt as well. I saw the other table burger order and it looked delicious.

We came to say goodbye to a buddy who was heading to LAX, our server Ashley B. understood our time constraints and was super helpful with food suggestions. 2 Grass Fed Smash Burgers with awesome fries and a Rigatoni Bolognese that would make momma proud! These arrived quickly and perfectly prepared! So Yummy!! The seating was near the fire pit, the patio was comfortable and relaxing on a cool 52 degree Calabasas night. We cannot wait to come back and spend a bit more time and try some new menu items. Thank You Ashley for going above and beyond!
