Great local mom and pop donut shop est 1994. Delicious donuts, made right there on site. Very friendly staff, they made a short video with my phone of the donuts being made. Up close and enjoyed watching them being made. There are so many options to choose from. Very reasonably priced, great selection. Can't wait to enjoy some more when in town. This place hands down has some of the best donuts I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. I had a strong pregnancy craving for a good donut, and their original glazed one was everything I needed. Also the blueberry donut with the crumble on top was divine. The staff was really patient and helpful as well. I will definitely be back!

Best donuts in the area hands down, not super sweet like all the other donut shops. Just had a horrible experience here. The employees obviously have zero customer service training. We were not expecting this as we are return customers having spent alot of money here in the past. The young guys taking orders were both trying to complete the same tasks at separate windows. One guy was rudely confused that we were only getting 1/2 dozen of donuts and made an issue about changing the box. Like it was our fault. They took their time heating up the croissant. We had to remind them to heat it up. They had snotty remarks about us being there at all. It was an unusual experience. I do not recommend. The donuts are nothing exceptional. They are available. We will not be returning unless bribed.

I was in town and was staying in an Air BnB down the road and I just had to come and get Rolling Pin! We ordered a box full of donuts for my family. All were delicious and gone in a split second. Thank you for always being consistent with quality donuts!

LITERALLY THE BEST DONUTS IN THE WORLD!!!! Long story short, a friend bought me one of their blueberry glazed donut years ago, and I instantly fell in love. For years, I never knew where he bought them and who made them. Tonight I freaking found them!!! Reunited and it feels so good! Thank you Rolling Pin Donuts for starting my new year off right. Rolling Pin is such a cute little, hidden gem of a shop. The staff are helpful and friendly. I love how we can watch them make fresh donuts right through the windows. My all time favorite is their classic blueberry glaze; a dozen of those alone will change your life. Next up, is their blueberry crumble glaze, so fantastic and just different enough from their classic. Then we have their white sprinkle cake-y version. Omg, it was unlike any other sprinkle I've ever had. The dough tastes so special. Idk what it is. Maybe the thickness. Maybe the chewy, but perfect texture. Definitely packs all the sprinkle favor you want, and then, some! Their classic white sprinkle is next. Last, but not least, idk what it's called, but it looks like a small loaf of crumbled glazed bread; and it tastes amazing. Basically make sure you buy a dozen. Get two of each, because I guarantee you'll want another one of each for later. Oh and I almost forgot, the best--and most dangerous for my figure--part...they are open 24/7!!!! I can't wait to bring all my friends here for donuts.

Update: Picked up and eaten within 2 hours. Something is wrong with the recipe or that particular batch. Picked up 4 different types. Review: Think I was given yesterday s doughnuts . Microwaved 15 seconds to resuscitate freshness. Can be difficult to get in/out due to limited parking right off Las Posas Rd.

Why dont they sell when workers inside, service windows open and plenty of donuts sitting there in the window? 10/6/24 2:10pm. Dumbest thing Ive ever seen. 5 racks of donuts displayed but the two guys would NOT seel me a few of them. They said it was because they are still baking more and need to fill up trays. That is exactly like me going into anywhere, say Kohls. I want to but a shirt. Sales people say NO. You cannot buy anything because we have more shirts we want to put on the rack. Rolling Pin managment decision? BAD business modle. You just lost a loyal customer. Dear owner. I see your reply. I WAS going to write about futher obvious flaws and illogic in your response. But you did it and readers for me. Anyone who reads your reason are going to think the exact same thing. You have and are paying for employees. They are baking and basicall standing around. You have available product to sell. But you choose not to make money. Just having a sign that says closed doesnt make this the most ridiculas way to run a business Ive ever seen. And yes I know you have one in Ventura also. And I sure hope that location does not have the same profit loosong proceedures as the Cam location.

The donuts are 10/10 excellent. We have been coming to this establishment for years and more than half the time the men behind the counter have been rude. I understand that it is hard to hear orders/hear what the men behind the counters are saying, but being rude to customers is unnecessary. I d still come here for the donuts and for the nostalgia. I don t expect to have a pleasant experience with the workers, unfortunately.

I went to the new Rolling Pin doughnuts in Ventura on September 1st 2024 and was the only customer there around 1pm and such a team of rude employees. I will never go back. I stood at the counter for five minutes while the four employees behind the counter totally ignored me. Didn t say hello or may I help you. Nothing. They just chattered with each other. I finally said I guess you don t care about me ordering so bye. There was a lady walking in at the time I was leaving and told her I hope they don t ignore you like they did me . There are other really good doughnut shops around and would rather drive a little further just to be treated with respect than these four employees who could care less.

Honestly if I could rage this place a 0 I definitely would. The last couple times I ve been here the customer service has been the worse. Today a white male decided to be very rude and complaint about me not wanting a jelly filled donut. I asked him for a regular chocolate sprinkle instead of the jelly one. He proceeded to make rude comments about me not wanting the jelly filled donut, when I had payed extra for the jelly filled and just asked for it to be swapped with a chocolate sprinkle. I don t like leaving reviews but today I had to. I will not be disrespected by these employees especially in front of other paying customers. That s why I don t go here because of the nasty customer service.

Probably the best donut I ve ever hard - so warm and fresh! My husband had the donut with chocolate and sprinkles on top and I had the glazed donut. There was a line, but we only waited about 10 minutes on a Wednesday around 9pm. I m also in my second trimester of my pregnancy so I was especially happy with our choices :)

A nice, broad selection of various donut styles! All freshly made! A local, popular donut shop. Fast counter service. Mention getting a dozen donuts in advance so they open a carry box instead of reaching for a small paper bag. Now I know what all the hype is about. This place is really incredible. Great atmosphere. Theres a line when you get there on the weekends, but dont be scared. Takes less than 5 minutes to get help. They have some incredible donuts. We tried the blue sprinkle donut, a caramel milk filled donut and a old fashioned crumb. Everything was bomb. We cant wait to go back next weekend and try something new. Maybe a stuffed cronut and of course they have coffee and milk. They have cool pins and stickers as well as some t-shirts its well worth the stop. Cant wait till theyre Ventura location opens since its a little closer to my house. There is plenty of parking

My husband went by today because he loves the tiger tails. He asked for two and a chocolate donut. The person who worked there picked tiger tails from a day ago, in the back, instead of giving him fresh donuts. He could taste how old it was and when he brought it home, without him even telling me, I could tell the donuts were not fresh. This is one of the reasons I no longer enjoy coming here. You need to do better. Handing someone old donuts is not ok. It can be tasted believe it or not.

Recently discovered this gem; and, I have to say that as far as doughnut joints go, this is THE one. No indoor seating, but who cares. The quality of the doughnuts is outstanding when compared to Spudnuts with a larger (and more hilarious) variety; grab a jumbo, and youll see what I mean. Staff have ALWAYS been excellent and just SO kind; ya know, that warm/smiling variety. BEST PART!? - Open 24 hours a day! Decent parking unless its super packed for an even like Valentines Day, but even then, its fine. Atmosphere is lovely, with that side-o-the-road shack feeling to it. Reminiscent of something straight out of the 50s. Do yourself and whoever youre hanging with at the time a favor and check them out. P.S. - Grab a blue icing doughnut; youll have no regrets.

Best donuts ever! I have never been disappointed with Rolling Pin. I especially love their chocolate chip donuts. Super yummy! They have a great assortment of donuts, many of which I have never seen anywhere else. It is a walk up donut store and you are ordering at a window. There is some outside seating with a nostalgic 1950s feel. Many of the customers drive up and take their donuts to go. If you like donuts, you will be amazed with Rolling Pin. Everytime we visit my sister in Camarillo got to this place.Now before a dozen would fill up the box but this time the box got filled to 3/4 so that means according to there new size the took the amount off of 3 donuts. They use to be fluffy and even taste better.They taste like they used a different flour and were dryer. So overall I believe theyve gone Hollywood since they are getting another location they made the prices go up and cut done on there quality and quantity thats why they get 2 stars. Next time I will go to another local donut shop,they have lost my trust in there business.

I was lucky enough to get to spend my exchange year in Camarillo, and I absolutely loved Rolling Pin! Theres always a long line, but theyre extremely fast and nice. The wait is definitely worth. Their donuts are delicious and unique. The also serve coffee, and that is good too. Theyre not really expensive and its a really nice treat. I love Rolling Pin and I miss it everyday. I want a store in Italy!

THE BEST DONUTS! We live in Utah, but make a few trips to the Rolling Pin every time we re visiting family. We waited an hour for tiger tails tonight and totally worth it! The chocolate filled chocolate chip roll is to die for especially when they re still warm.

Seriously! I was coerced into going because I dont have a sweet tooth. If you grabbed any single donut, it is likely one of the best of that genre. Yeasty, perfectly soft, not oily...go for the cinnamon roll, raspberry filled, and devils food.

10/10 !! Best donuts Ive ever had! My kiddo loves it here too. They have benches, so we always order our donuts and some milk. The customer service is always very friendly and welcoming. They make us feel like family.

Awesome donuts!! Probably the best donuts I ve had, next to Stans in the Bay Area. They have this giant donut for bigger appetites. Although, the regular donuts can satisfy a healthy appetite as well. Also, I liked their donuts better than Randy s. Don t @ me.

The donuts were amazing and very fresh. The taste and texture is the best. Though you always have to wait in the line to get your order it is totally worth it. If youre in SoCal definitely recommend trying these donuts. The best ever!!!!

Best donuts ever. Always a line but worth standing in it. Open 24 hours most days. Credit cards accepted but they charge a 50 cent fee. If you are visiting Camarillo, this is a must try place in my opinion.

Great Donuts! We loved It! Unfortunately they had yesterday (Thursday) and Today (Friday) Closed. Dont know why, it was 2pm. They had Donuts in the Window, but the Workers do no Service. I dont know if they did a Reset and make fresh Donuts Break or what. A Information next to the Closed, Sign would help... So the Opening Times are not right :(

Be there early! One of my favorite donut shops. Great bites and tons of good selections like their breakfast stuff if you get there early. Stuff does sell out quickly so be there early and you wont be disappointed doing so. Great donuts too, fluffy, nice crust. Offer a good amount of variety. Cant go wrong

What a cool name! Fast and friendly service even with a line of customers. We were told this is a popular donut place. I normally drink black coffee but decided to try the vanilla cappuccino. It was extremely sweet so I added straight black coffee to it. Delicious. The donuts were yummy and my grandchildren were pleasantly surprised!
