Kiosk on Level 1 in front of Target.
I got an old cinnamon roll. I know that the mall season can be slow outside of the holidays but selling expired food is bad business; it tastes terrible and it made me sick, definitely ruined the experience for me. I don't think I'll eat a cinnamon roll for a while.
Day old bread is good for croutons, not customers.

So far, I have had two bad experiences in a row. I came here because it’s closest to my home. I came here and purchased 2 boxes of Cinnamon rolls and when I got home and opened a box, there was a black curly hair right at the top of the white frosting on the cinnamon rolls. The workers there were not wearing any hairnets to prevent any hair going on the cinnamon rolls when they are preparing them. I thought to myself, ok things happen.. I recently went again on Saturday & purchased 2 boxes of cinnamon rolls. I came home and and warmed one up, I cut a piece and put it in my mouth, while I was chewing it, I felt a piece of thin string like a hair or something in my teeth, I took it out to see what it was, and it was a piece of brown hair!! I have blonde hair so I know this was definitely not mine. I will definitely not be coming back to this Cinnabon place and definitely do not recommend unless you don’t mind eating other peoples hairs in your cinnamon rolls while you eat them. Very disappointed. I strongly recommend that the cooks that prepare the cinnamon rolls wear hairnets to prevent hair in the food.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant, it was about 7pm, an hour before closing, they had no more big (classic) cinnabons left but asked if I could wait about 10 min for them to come out of the oven fresh, I said ok happily. About 20min later she gives 2 to the couple ahead of me also waiting for theirs and gives me one of the SMALLEST "classic" buns ever, not even filling the box and all the ones she put in the window are way bigger than mine. If you're going to make people wait for a large fresh cinnamon roll that costs $6.99 you should definitely give them the bigger ones and put the rest on display to get cold and miserable. Ruined my whole night.

This location is full of miserable people that work there. They had a 4-pack for $19.99 so that’s what we ordered. She said sorry we can only do the 6 pack we don’t have 4 pack boxes left. So we said “well can’t you just put 4 of them in the 6 pack box?” She refused and said we must pay for them individually.
She gave major attitude and would not serve us what we ordered FROM THE MENU. Then tried claiming it was policy?? So it’s policy to not serve something from the menu?? Dillusional employees who clearly are miserable and project that onto customers.
We left buying nothing and will never buy from there again.

Cinnabon used to be so good back in the day, I don’t know what happened, but it’s not tasty at all.
My husband brought home 10 in a box and I heated up one in the microwave and it wasn’t good. I will try in the oven next time and see if there’s a difference, if not, in the trash they go.

Every time I come to the mall I HAVE to go to cinnabon. Obviously the cinnamon rolls are good but I come here for the coffee. The frozen cold brews they offer are amazing. Every time I have come to this location everything has been super fresh.

They said they were closed. They were helping other customers waiting in line.. they were supposed to close at 9 when we got there it was 8:55 and they told us it was closed after the other customers. By the time they told us they weren t going to help us there was two mins left. My friend is pregnant and all she and her baby wanted was Cinnabon. Never had a bad experience but this actually kind of ticked me off. I m sorry but at my job, if you re in line before we close, we WILL honor that. Just like in n out, just like chic fil a, just like any other job would do. ESP In food. It s not like we were going to ask for a fresh batch & there was plenty Cinnabons.

Cinnabon is the pinnacle of cinnamon roll decadence. I happily drive from Ventura County to the Topanga Plaza to buy boxes of varying sizes for my family. Can t figure out what size to buy? Not a problem! Cinnabon has mini-bons, center of the roll-bons, regular sized Cinnabon s, four-packs and six-packs. *drools*
