This location is across the street from the mall. The burgers are cooked to order and taste delicious. They have several options for burgers and also chicken too. I usually order the shake shack burger and you can order as a single or double. You can order from the kiosk or at the counter.

There’s lots of seating inside but parking is a bit difficult to find as the parking lot is tiny and they have a couple spots blocked off for pick up and then a couple more for electric vehicles.

Went yesterday night with my pup. It was a great and easy experience. I ordered the double cheese burger with fries and an oreo milk shake. So good! The food came fresh and right to my table. One of their employees YaYa brought my pup some doggie patties and my dog loved it! She is a great employee with a good heart! Thanks for the great service!

Burgers are really good, price is kinda high for what you get, but the quality is very good. BBQ burger is my favorite with the BBQ fries. The shakes are really good too, I like the seasonal flavors.

They make it standard to ‘Add Tip’ even when you take out. If you choose ‘No Tip’ the employees become rude. They “accidentally forget” stuff. So here’s your Tip — if you don’t like how much you get paid, ask for a raise or get a better job. Don’t take it out on the customer who doesn’t feel like tipping when *taking out* already overpriced fast food.

I was assisted Jessie who was extraordinary. Uber Eats made a mistake and Jessie made it right by helping me with an amazing smile, while being kind and gracious. Went yesterday night with my pup. It was a great and easy experience. I ordered the double cheese burger with fries and an oreo milk shake. So good! The food came fresh and right to my table. August 2024: Avocado bacon cheeseburger - small (slider size), taste average. Strawberry milkshake - thick, not much strawberry. Ultra modern decor. High tech kiosk. Came to feed my stomach. It did the job, but not impressed by this East Coast burger joint.

Frankie took my order and was super friendly and accurate. He noticed i had a dog outside and told me about the treats and burgers they have for dogs which i bought. Clarens was really friendly as well when he handed me the food. This place is always clean and quick.

My favourite burger stop in California. Their shack burger with cheese is delicious, the shake fries with cheese are yum ( and I don't normally enjoy cheese fries) and I recommend their shakes.

If this is what California thinks custard is, they need their head examined. I guess growing up in the midwest I was spoiled with having some of the best custard there is.They don’t even have custom custard machines, very sad! Try harder!

Really really SLOW service. I was there for almost an hour waiting for just two burgers and fries it was very upsetting. I don’t have a lot of time to spend with my husband and it was wasted on what should have been a smooth and easy process.

According to my teens the chicken burger wasn't anything spectacular. They prefer the spicy chicken deluxe or whatever from mcds. The maple shake was delicious (but we all got.. tmi= loose sGot.. soon after) I believe it was from the shake or fries because I didnt try the burger. Coincidence?!

Ended up going to Shake Shack because the In N Out near by was impossible to park due to too many cars and people. As far as burgers go, it tastes that it is high quality, but not relative to the price being paid. I had a Spicy Korean Chicken Sandwich while my friend had a Korean BBQ Burger. It was good, but not quite similar to the real deal then it hit me that is an interpretation of what it is being described.
Because we were hungry, I will say that it hit the spot, but I don't I will stop by often.

Ordered Shackburger, cut fries, chicken bites all of them were very salty and not advisable for BP patients. Too much salt and oily. Can’t even imagine like IN OUT BURGER.Sunset lemonade is also not good.only good part is beef patty and overall not really worth for money.

Well the cheese burger had 2 cherry tomato slices on it and the oil the fries were cooked in is old because the fries have a bitter aftertaste. I asked for ketchup and the guy pointed to some paper cups that people eating there would use, but he packed my bag to go. I just wasted .$12.00 for a burger and fries. Dont recommend

I came back after 1 year and had a better experience this . I got burgers this time in lieu of the chicken sandwich to try something different. We added some specialty milkshakes which they change every month. This month they are based off the movie Trolls. One of them had cotton candy do on top and pop rocks inside.

Love the ambiance at this location. There is lots of indoor dining. Located across from the AMC theatre. Definitely a fun treat before the movies.

Shake Shack is my favorite place to go for a satisfying and delicious meal. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, the fries are crispy and salty. I love the variety of options, from the classic ShackBurger to the veggie-packed Veggie Shack. The staff (Chierelle!) are always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean and cozy. Shake Shack is the best burger joint in town, hands down!

The food here was amazing for fast food. I had the stack burger and cheesy fries. The girl who helped me Ayana had the best customer service skills. I have worked in costumer service the past 25 years so I appreciate great service when i get it. She made good, honest recommendations and really engages with the customers. Everyone should take a page from that young ladies book. Her excellent attitude and friendly demanor definitely set the bar high and she should be used as an example of what customer service should be.

The only reason i did not give this 5 stars is because the portions you recieve for the amount of money you pay is a little disappointing although the items are filling and everything was very tasty the sizes were on the smaller side. I do hope they open one of these near Simi Valley. They hands down have the best shakes ever! And i love that they use custard instead of ice cream for the shakes. That definitely sets their shakes above board in comparison to any of their competitors.

We ordered for a total of four family members. We had chicken tenders comma burgers and the chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado as well as shakes. The food was hot, good service, quality way oversalted even for fast food. When I bit into the crispy chicken sandwich, the chicken itself was good, but the salt was so overwhelming that it disguised the taste of everything. I could not even finish the sandwich. We all decided that the experience was less than good And this was not my first time eating there. I think we are done. I have certainly had better. I was definitely hoping for a better.

This place is very difficult to see from the street (Topanga) as it's set back a bit and no sign is visible if you're heading south. Turn in is also a bit tight and you have to exit via an alley which is full of holes and potentially sharp objects. Use caution. But the shakes are great and service people are excellent.

While a couple in our group loved the food, for others it was a pretty meh experience. The staff were friendly enough but for the price (we were over $65 for a party of 4), I would’ve expected MUCH better than what we ended up with. Some people love Shake Shack but, for me personally, I’ll take In-n-Out all day over this and it will cost a lot less to do so.

Tried again the Shake Shack on Topanga Blvd and Victory but was disappointed. The store is nice and clean but no one at register and used the kiosk instead. I prefer face to face interaction. After getting the food the burger was flat and soggy. It left an empty taste and lack any flavor.

Never ate at the shack before. Heard it's a big deal in the east and so I had to try it. I'm not a big fan of fried burgers...so in'n'out is similar to me. But this burger just had an odd taste to it.....kind of like castle burger. Some people like it I guess, otherwise it would never get such popularity, but it's just not for me. Fries.....they were like krinkle fries you can buy at the grocery store. Not bad, but not amazing. Never got to try the shakes.

Not impressed with the burgers at all. For the price of a Double-Double you get a small burger that is sized for a child and just ok. The fries tasted exactly like Burger King, not a compliment in any way. I know the shakes are supposed to be good, but the food is meh. Not eating here again.
