Super good food, the chicken wrap isn't spicy but with the jalapeño it is. Very nice staff and the food is A LOT so the price is very much justified.

I was here for the first time. There were no problems with ordering food. I had to wait a bit as she was making a lot of orders for delivery. Fresh food. The food is delicious. Good service. I recommend it.

I normally like to order from this place. But yet again I found a ladybug in my salad. Yes, let me say that again a LADYBUG!! I cannot tell you how grossed out I am! This is the second time. The first time I left them a review on Grubhub, hoping they would start washing their salads. But come on this is the second time this happened to the same person, what are the odds. I would say pretty high if you don’t wash your fresh produce. God knows what else happens in that kitchen!
And after calling the restaurant and telling them, they only said that they never had such a complaint, which is not true because this had happened to me before!!
Sorry not ordering and eating there again!!!!

I have been coming here whenever Masis Kabob inside westfield topanga is closed. It’s my first time to meet the owners though. The experience was better when they are present. They make sure you have everything you need. You wont get the same personalized service when they are not there. So to the staff working here, learn from your the best. Food is awesome. Serving is big. Place is clean. Owners, very nice.

10/10 service the staff are really polite, friendly and happy. The food is amazing and juicy. I order the boneless chicken kebab with rice, the chicken is so soft and succulent, full of flavor. It’s delicious.

I eat here quite often, at one point I was coming everyday for weeks! I recommend everyone going to fresh grill.

The food was delicious. We got the mixed kebab plate and an assorted appetizer plate to try everything for our first time. We loved everything we tried. Favorites were the falafel (so fresh and the herbs in there are lovely), beef luleh, and hummus. Fries and dolmas I would skip next time.

First time here. Order the steak wrap with a salad on the side. Everything taste fresh just as their business states. Very flavorful. Service was on the ball, will definitely be coming back to try one of their kabob plates.

This was my first time ordering from this place and I will definitely never go back!! I found a hair in my chicken kabob plate… I called the restaurant on 8/13 at 1:02pm to inform them about this incident and the lady was pretty rude, very unapologetically stated there was nothing to be done about it.

I have lunch at your vannuys area once a week and I come to your canoga park location once a week I always order chicken boneless wrap after tonight's experience with the girl talking behind my back in spanish just know u guys lost a almost 2 year customer. And I won't be taking my workers to the vannuys/ panorama area either. And to the owner, the girl said u would rather lose a customer than her,(I am not losing my job to honor your order) we'll job. Her name was karla and the fat guy was rude as well and didn't want to provide his name and they called some one on the phone to save talking about me.

I knew I’d like the food just because I’m a fan of this style.
However this place is amazing!!!!
Very good flavor and consistency, as well as presentation.
It looks family owned, not 100% sure but regardless very clean, super nice, customer service was great and the food was phenomenal!!!!
Grade A+

The woman who served us made the best first impression, holding the door for our elderly mother. And when we left she was even more kind and encouraging to her. We ordered take out, but I’d like to eat in some time. It’s clean with beautiful art prints of food. The music is upbeat and fun, and all women singers. They appear to stand for empowering women, which I definitely want to support. Now, when she gave us the food we were surprised at how generous the portions are. When we got home we all shared the food and it was truly something special. The chicken was spiced perfectly and beautiful. The hummus was so creamy and was a notch above every other one that I’ve tasted over the years. The vegetables were masterfully seasoned and grilled. Th rice was delicate and aromatic. The babaganoush was the perfect balance of creamy with pieces of eggplant in it. Honestly, I recommend this place to anyone who loves Mediterranean cuisine.

I had the chicken combo kebab,
Loved everything about it. Humus is so delicious, I can't stop eating it. The rice is great. The salad is fresh and crisp. And the kebabs are juicy and very tasty. I'm picky with food, this is a great meal. I had a beef shish kebab on the side, and again, I loved it. The staff are nice and polite, which is rare to find these days. Good job, everyone
I'll definitely be back.

I would just like to say that the plate itself is absolutely delicious. The only thing that I don’t like is the fact that their hummus and yogurts are so salty they could cut the salt in half and it would still be OK. I have to mix it with regular yogurt to get rid of the saltiness.

I ordered my food and the stuff ask me for Togo or not 2 times and I answered 2 times for togo after 15 min, I came back and I saw my food in the plate on the table and ready to eat !!! But, the funny part is when I said why is not packed up, the big chappy guy was accusing me that, that's why I asked you for togo or not !!!! And the only reason for that happened is he's on the phone all the time instead of being at work...

The individual who took my order was
rude and unprofessional. Person in charge of the food prep wasn't wearing gloves.The server was nice but all the guys in the back were being rude to her. Overall this establishment is overpriced, I've never been to a mediterranean place that charges extra for oinions on a Kabob. I will definitely not return here.

Yeah really good place nothing to do with their food ! !!!! But if you gonna place an order around 9:15 pm before they close go and pick up your self !!!!...place today an order at the time 9:15 and those so call Doordash website promotes service sense they know its about to close ...they say they left your order so call safe place and then they shot their phone service and when you call back is not longer an service!!! Guess what they eat your food for free!!!! Sense they know you will get refunded and whatever you have to go through is not no longer their problem l!!! Still not fear!!!! 2nd time with Doordash we always try to wait wait before they arrive and bang you get the message...buy they don't even call you??? To let you know that food is about to be delivered??? They should have better track on those Uber drivers or Doordash who show up picking up orders and feel so hungry!!! To lie and not delivered!!! Not everyone is the same ...but those late orders specially when restaurants are about to close do your self a favor ! Do not order thru theirs system and pickup your food!!! Big scammers!!!!! Restaurants should ask for ID when they about to close or something in case they do their tricks!!!!! Company should track better their services.
And remember nothing to do with this restaurant 5 I'll give them 5 stars!!!! Other than that pure frustration with this company who just let anyone droop your food who may not even get to their destination.

I was planning a different meal, when I saw this new restaurant in my periphery. Being Mediterranean, I'm picky about my Falafel. I was not disappointed.
I chose a great Falafel wrap filled with Hummus, and all the other pickled goodies that make your mouth pucker. The fact that it was accompanied by a great big salad was a surprise.
(I must have missed that on the menu)
