It's Boba Time - Canyon Country

First time going into It's Boba Time and it was a great experience. The cashier was real friendly and welcoming. I did mention it was our first time there and to give my daughter and I a little extra time to order and he was happy to do so. Didn't once look irritated or bothered. Thank you for being real welcoming to me that means a lot. Ordered a regular Thai tea with Boba and a strawberry one, their number 6 and both were made well and were absolutely deliscious. The prices are great for something made fresh and on the spot as you order. Thank you highly recommend to stop and get yourself some Boba drinks.

I normally get pretty great service when I come in, but today was the worst. I came in to the location here in Canyon Country on Sierra Hwy. It was only one person sitting down waiting, there was no heavy traffic. With three employees visible to me when I first came in, I was never greeted or even asked to please hold on for a moment. The employees all seen me visibly there waiting but not one person came up to acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. When the young man on register assisted me he never greeted me, did not apologize for the delay, nor did he ask me what I wanted, he literally sat there looking at me to start the conversation.

As a former customer service manager for over 20 years, now food critic, this is unacceptable customer service. Especially in the food and hospitality industry. Please coach all of your staff immediately on the proper way to greet customers when they are coming in, or having to wait. I expect better or this location will began to get a bad reputation for its poor service. Boba Trap on Soledad Cyn has excellent service and great quality Boba. I will take my business there and encourage others to do the same.

Then waited another 10 to get the drink since there was a crowd already waiting for their drink.
Highly recommend that management should get ready for the Summer with more staff.
Find another Boba place if you are in a hurry.

Excelente Service. Thank you for having Shaved Ice. Got the Mango Shaved Ice (Bowl) and it was delicious. I was in another Boba Time location around the area and the service was so bad that I decided to leave and drive 15 more minutes to this location. 🙃 Loved it! Best decision ever. Worth the drive...And the staff was super friendly. Definitely, coming back!

When I went to this boba shop I ordered the peanut butter banana boba drink without boba, it was fast service but when I tasted it. The drink tasted like water and bland, you can’t even taste the peanut butter at all or the chocolate it’s like a drink with color but with a bland taste of just banana and water. I hated my service on my drink.

service is bad, really bad. all employees seem to work with headphones in, people waited to order for 10 minutes as they all seemed confused in the back trying to complete orders. i suggest they work on having a completed order list on their screen for mobile orders and more tenative staff for helping walk in orders.

Was 2nd in line and it took 15 minutes for my order to be placed. It seemed like the employees cared more about talking to eachother and joking around rather than helping customers. If you want a quick boba do not come here. They are very slow.

Bought taro boba slush here and it came out watering down and tasteless. I only seen water, ices and little taro powder. Very dissatisfy with Boba Time. They use to be very good. Not sure if I want to go back again.

My go-to for boba. Always had a good experience at this location. The staff is friendly but be prepaid to wait for at least 10 to 15 more if there is a line. This place is popular because it is the best. Most places in the area taste artificial and powdery but not boba time. There are a few locations but this is by far my favorite.

I ordered a pistachio withe extra pistachio. MY drink was watery with no extra pistachio...I drove all the way back because why keep a 7 dollar drink if it's terrible..the snotty little girl that calls herself the manager refused to give me my money back . Iam a regular customer at this location sadly I won't be back

Went there twice for a shaved ice and was told they weren't making them. I figured maybe they were out of materials but the last time I went someone just said they didn't want to make it so they told me they weren't making them. Why offer items and not want to make them for your costumers?

The holy grail of boba shops in the SCV. Yes, there is a bit of a wait time to place and order and even to pick up, but that's because they are ALWAYS BUSY. That's usually a good sign and it is in this case. The cookies and cream shake is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Boba is always fresh, nice and chewy, never had a hard boba situation. Try the mango smoothie or mango shake, you will be pleasantly surprised. Don't have any coffee based drinks like ice latte, that's really not their specialty...go to Starbucks for that.

If you want good tasting boba, go to Sharetea. They have very good boba that never disappoints. Every time I come here hoping that my drink will be better than the last. I’ve had to go back to exchange my drinks many times. The drinks don’t seem to be rich in flavor nor sweet. My tea seems like it’s water, ice, and dye. I don’t know what they’re doing different. They were good at one point. Not coming here anymore. I’m wasting my money at this point. Summer is here and I have no problem driving to Sharetea (even though it’s further for me).

If there is 0 rating, that's what i wld have given. I walked in literally 10mins ago, there was no line at all, 3 customers waiting for their order with their receipts in hand, stood for a good 6 minutes and made eye contact not once with 2 out of the 3 staff behind the counter ( the black guy with dreds and one of the girls) and yet, no one acknowledged my presence nor apologized for keeping me that long and allowed a potential customer walk out. I also have work to do or other responsibilities besides stopping to spend my hard earned money where it's not worth the stress.

I myself work in a customer service environment and that was NO WAY of treating anyone especially someone coming to patronize what u have. Your business surely needs a revamp in their customer service approach. Will surely spread my extremely bad experience so pple know other options might be worth their time and money

Before Sharetea opened at Valencia Town Center, I would always get my Thai Tea Boba fix at this place. After going to Sharetea, I will never go back to It's Boba Time. You cannot taste the richness and flavors the way you do with Sharetea's drinks. I know that it isn't just me because I have taken co-worker's too, and everyone that goes to Sharetea tells me how amazed they are with their drink. If I had the money, I would open a franchise.

Went in today with my nieces who love boba with ice water and my peace tea. We order it often from them and today the cashier told me they cannot make ice water with boba. I thought it was a joke and was willing to pay full price as a tea. They then proceeded to tell me that the owner came in and told them they cannot make that drink. This place has the worst customer service and staff. Will definitely become a Boba Crush customer, which is right down the road, from now on.

Drinks were overall very good! The reason for two stars is that it took over 20 minutes for our drinks to be made with three orders in front of us, and two people making drinks. Other customers in line waited just as long just to put in their orders.

It was like any other Boba Time I've been in but the two employees there rocked! They had a line out the door and still were courteous and had drinks out in a timely fashion. And they tasted great!

Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area.

Everyone needed boba lately since it's been so hot, but the reason for the 3 stars is mainly how disorganized the flow of the lines (entry, order, and pick up) and the amount of people yall just let in. It's a small store, the most should have been 6 to 8 people, I love your drinks, but I prefer you guys consider your employees and everyone's safety first. No one can tell me otherwise, cause every other boba franchise actually follows the guidelines.
